What is MimicPC?
MimicPC is a cloud workspace for open-source generative AI. Instead of installing ComfyUI, Stable Diffusion or a voice model on your own machine, you open one in a browser tab and it runs on the company's GPUs. The founding story on the About page frames this as AI equality: removing the installation, deployment and hardware barrier that stops most people before they have created anything.

GDPR overview
There is no GDPR implementation to report. Across the fourteen pages collected the words GDPR and CCPA never appear once. No Data Processing Agreement is published or offered, no subprocessor list exists, no Article 27 EU representative is named and no Data Protection Officer is designated. The privacy policy grants access, correction and deletion rights only "depending on your location", exercisable by writing to support@mimicpc.com, and mentions international transfers protected by unnamed "appropriate safeguards". The document carries no effective date. MimicPC is operated from Singapore by CYBERBYET PTE. LTD., the terms are governed by Singapore law and disputes go to arbitration in Singapore. Who owns the data?
Under the terms of service you keep ownership of what you bring and what you make. Section 3.3 states that users retain all rights, title and interest in the content they create, upload or share, but grants MimicPC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, sublicensable and transferable licence to use, reproduce, distribute, adapt, display and perform it in connection with the service and the company's business operations. Section 3.4 adds that MimicPC claims no ownership over AI-generated output, while warning that similar or identical results may be produced by other users from the same inputs. The platform itself, its software, logos and trademarks remain the property of MimicPC.
Reuse rights
Yes, within limits set by the models rather than by MimicPC. Section 3.4 of the terms confirms that you own the AI-generated content you create and may reuse it without asking permission. Commercial reuse, however, depends on the licence of the model that produced it: the homepage FAQ states plainly that MimicPC cannot give legal advice and refers users to each model's own terms. That distinction matters, because the catalogue mixes permissive and restricted models — FLUX.1-schnell allows commercial work while FLUX.1-dev does not, and Stable Diffusion 3.5 caps commercial use at one million US dollars of annual revenue. Content you upload stays yours, subject to the broad platform licence, and NSFW output is banned whichever model produced it.
