The privacy policy, effective 1 April 2024, cites the GDPR and Spain's Ley Orgánica 3/2018 (LOPDGDD) and lists seven rights — access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability and complaint to the supervisory authority — exercised through info@ialaboral.com. Who owns the data?
