GDPR overview
The privacy policy, last updated 6 May 2026, carries a section dedicated to the EEA, the United Kingdom and Switzerland. My3dSelfie, Inc. names itself as the controller, sets out four lawful bases — contract performance, legitimate interests, consent and legal obligation — and lists the full range of data subject rights, including erasure, portability, objection and complaint to a supervisory authority. Transfers outside those territories rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms, and verified requests are answered within thirty days. Who owns the data?

Reuse rights
You may use your outputs for personal purposes and, unless a restriction is stated at checkout, for general commercial purposes; the Studio plans and the pay-as-you-go credit packs both state that commercial rights are included. Two conditions apply: the invoice must be paid in full and you must remain compliant with the terms. Where a third-party AI provider or an asset library is embedded in an output, that supplier's upstream terms bind you as well. You may not remove watermarks, attribution marks or technical metadata that the company or its suppliers require, and you may not use outputs to train competing AI systems without written permission. Nothing guarantees that an output will be accepted by any particular marketplace or platform.
