T-Pro is designed to sit on top of existing infrastructure rather than replace it: the vendor claims integration with more than 250 EPR and PAS systems through HL7 and API connections, and customer testimonials name Cerner, EMIS Web, RiO, Alcidion and TrakCare. Clinical safeguards are built into the product itself, including a patient consent reminder before recording starts, a visible active-recording indicator and a pause function.

Who owns the data?
Under the Master Services Agreement the customer keeps ownership of Customer Data. T-Pro receives only a worldwide, limited-term licence to host, copy, transmit and display it so the service can operate, and the agreement states plainly that T-Pro acquires no right, title or interest in that data, which is also treated as the customer's confidential information. One asymmetry matters: section 5.5 gives T-Pro ownership of all intellectual property in the software improvements that result from analysing the data. Reuse rights
Customers can export or download their own data, and on request within 30 days of the contract ending T-Pro must make it available for export. Two different statements apply and should not be confused. The privacy policy says that website data is stored in the European Union, with transfers outside the EU or UK covered by adequacy decisions, Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent protections; the Master Services Agreement treats the customer as the data exporter under those clauses. For patient data, the site is far less specific: the clinical FAQ says only that all patient information is encrypted, stored in secure region-specific data centres and fully auditable. Its real strength is coverage: ambient scribing, medical dictation, document workflow, electronic distribution and virtual clinics sit in one platform, and that platform is built to attach to the EPR or PAS a hospital already runs rather than to replace it. The governance posture is unusually explicit for this market, with a place on the NHS England ambient voice technology registry and material aimed squarely at clinical safety officers and information governance leads.
The blind spots are worth naming. Nothing about cost is public, so no comparison is possible before a sales conversation. The Master Services Agreement grants T-Pro the right to train its models on audio, transcripts and medical reports, and assigns it ownership of the improvements that follow, with no opt-out documented anywhere. The Trust Center the site advertises loads empty, so the ISO 27001, Cyber Essentials and HIPAA badges on the homepage cannot be checked against a certificate, and no subprocessor list exists.
