The privacy policy, last updated on 17 May 2026, carries a dedicated section headed Rights Under GDPR (EU/EEA Residents) listing access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, portability, withdrawal of consent and the right to complain to a local supervisory authority. Who owns the data?
Notyai Inc identifies itself as the data controller.
