What is neoSVG?
neoSVG is an AI vector engine published by Nucleum Softwares Ltda under the name neoSVG Labs, a research team working since 2023 on a single problem: producing usable vector graphics automatically. It covers two distinct jobs from one subscription. The SVG Generator turns a written prompt into a finished illustration; the Image Vectorizer takes an existing raster file — PNG, JPG, JPEG, WebP or HEIC — and rebuilds it as a vector.
What separates it from an ordinary image generator is where the output comes from. Rather than producing pixels and tracing them afterwards, the engine writes native SVG code: raw XML elements, paths, shapes and geometric regions assembled from the ground up. The vectoriser works the same way in reverse, detecting geometric primitives, fitting curves and aligning shapes to the source image instead of scattering thousands of redundant points through the file. The publisher's claim is that this reproduces the node-by-node method of a professional designer, and that files stay light, layered and genuinely editable.
The current model is neoSVG 5, offered in three processing tiers. Base is the fast option for standard work, Pro raises fine detail and path accuracy, and Ultra is the flagship, given maximum processing power and creative latitude — and reserved for paid accounts. Generations can be steered with six named styles: Default, Doodle Hand-Drawn, Doodle Scribble, Memphis Corporate, Retro Cartoon and SaaS Flat. Vectorisation runs either deterministically, returning the same file every time, or non-deterministically, varying each attempt to improve the odds on a difficult image, with every attempt costing credits.
Everything happens in the browser, processed on the publisher's servers, and a beta API is available to developers who want the engine inside their own product. Usage is metered in monthly credits whose cost is displayed before each run and which reset at the start of every billing cycle. Four separate utilities — an SVG viewer, a colour editor, an SVG-to-PNG converter and an SVG-to-JSX converter — are published free of charge alongside the paid tool.

GDPR overview
There is none. Searching the full text and the archived HTML of every page collected returns not a single occurrence of GDPR, RGPD or any European data protection reference. The publisher places itself squarely under Brazilian law: the terms invoke the LGPD, name the Federative Republic of Brazil as governing law and the District of Londrina, State of Paraná, as the exclusive forum. Rights of access, rectification and erasure are announced in the privacy policy, but qualified by "depending on your jurisdiction", and account deletion is self-service. No data processing agreement is offered, no subprocessor list is published, no Article 27 EU representative is designated and no privacy contact address exists. International transfers are announced without naming a single safeguard. Both documents are dated 29 May 2023 and have not been revised since.
Who owns the data?
Under the terms of use, files you create with neoSVG are placed at your disposal and you receive a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use them as your needs dictate. The underlying models, software and every other element of the platform remain the exclusive property of Nucleum Softwares Ltda or its licensors. The FAQ adds an important limit: commercial use is cleared for holders of an active paid subscription, but the licence does not transfer copyright ownership of the generated assets. Personal data — name, email, phone, company, billing and usage records — is controlled by the publisher, which lets you delete your account yourself from the settings, subject to residual legal retention.
Reuse rights
Yes, within limits, and without asking further permission. The terms grant the user a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence over the files produced, to be used according to their needs. Commercial reuse — client projects, merchandise, websites, digital products — is explicitly cleared for subscribers on an active paid plan, while free accounts can only preview results on screen and cannot export the raw SVG. The FAQ carefully separates licence from ownership: you may exploit the output commercially, but copyright in the generated assets is not transferred to you. The generation technology itself stays off-limits and may not be reused in any form.

Hosting summary
No hosting location is ever asserted. The terms say personal data may be transferred internationally, "for instance, when stored on neoSVG's cloud servers located inside or outside Brazil" — an alternative rather than a location — and add that data may be held using cloud computing and any other emerging technology. The privacy policy repeats the point under International Transfers: information may be transferred to, stored and processed in countries other than the user's own, which may apply different data protection rules, and using the service is taken as consent to that. No country, no region and no infrastructure provider is named, and no transfer safeguard is cited. The product pages confirm only that processing runs on the publisher's servers rather than the user's machine. For reference, the domain resolves to an IP address geolocated in the United States on an Amazon anycast node, but that describes how the website is delivered, not where user files and personal data are stored — and the publisher makes no commitment on the latter.

Very low for the main product. There is nothing to install: you sign up by email, then either type a prompt or drag an image onto the vectoriser page, where clickable samples let you watch the engine work before uploading anything of your own. No vector design skill is required — the publisher describes the process as fully automatic. The one technical exception is the API, which is in beta, warns of breaking changes and has no public documentation page, so any integration work would begin with a request to the publisher.

The product holds up well: two engines rather than one, six named styles, three model tiers, clickable samples that run in front of you, four free browser tools, and a pricing grid that states every quota in the open. The output is standard SVG, so it opens in Illustrator, Figma, Inkscape or Affinity and can be reworked node by node — which is the whole point of choosing a vector engine over an image generator.
The company side is thinner. Nucleum Softwares Ltda is named in the terms, under Brazilian law and the courts of Londrina, Paraná. But no postal address is published, the contact page both legal documents point to does not exist, and a single email address is the only channel.
