The privacy policy, effective 23 July 2022, states in section 4 that "in accordance with GDPR, we adopt appropriate technical and organisational measures". Who owns the data?
Face26 does not claim ownership of what you submit: section 9 of the terms puts the burden on you to warrant that you hold the rights to the content you upload.
