GDPR overview
ON1 states GDPR compliance in plain words: its privacy notice says the company adheres to the data privacy and security standards defined by the General Data Protection Regulation that came into force on 25 May 2018, and it applies a reinforced double opt-in for EU residents, who must confirm their address twice more before any marketing email is sent. Customers can have all their personal data erased from every ON1 database by submitting the help-centre form, with removal completed within 72 hours.
