Favikon
Favikon is an AI creator-intelligence platform for brands and agencies. It scores public creator profiles across nine social networks and covers discovery, vetting, CRM, multichannel outreach, campaign tracking and reporting, driven by Favy, its in-product AI agent, on EU-hosted data.
What is Favikon?
Favikon is an influencer marketing and creator intelligence platform for brands and agencies, published by Moojito SAS, a French company based in Saint-Mandé near Paris. The site sums up its positioning as The AI Infrastructure for Influence. Everything rests on a proprietary index: creator profiles scored across nine social networks - Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Twitch and more - with cross-network resolution, so one creator resolves to a single profile carrying their full footprint. The publisher states the index holds more than 10 million scored creator profiles built on over 200 million analysed posts, with rankings across more than 600 niches. Scores and signals are refreshed every 24 hours and each score comes with its history; the authority score blends engagement quality, posting consistency, audience growth and niche relevance, network by network.
Around that index sit the working modules: Creator Search from a written prompt, Content Search, Lookalikes, Creator Analytics, Rankings, Radar for competitor monitoring, an influencer CRM, campaign management, outreach, a content Tracker and reports, with Payments and Contracts announced as coming soon. Favy, the in-product AI agent, lets you find, vet and contact creators from a single thread. Less common is that the same capability is reachable from outside the application: an MCP server brings the tools into Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Cursor or a custom agent, and a documented REST API with bearer-token authentication covers enrichment, lists, campaigns and analytics - deliberately without a search endpoint.
The product is explicitly sold beyond influencer campaigns: social listening, employee advocacy and PR work, since journalists, podcast hosts, analysts and policymakers are indexed as voices too. On sourcing, the terms restrict indexing to publicly available information from accounts that show professional or commercial activity - no private messages, no non-public posts, and no accounts of children under 13. Data is processed and hosted in the European Union, and creator opt-out is honoured across the index. The marketing site reads in English, French, Spanish, Portuguese and German, and the application's own switcher adds Czech and Italian. Creators wanting a tool of their own are pointed to a separate product, Krown.
What it does
- Find creators across nine social networks by writing a prompt, or by searching what was posted rather than who posted it.
- Vet a creator before spending: authenticity scoring, audience demographics and credibility, score history and brand fit.
- Run multichannel outreach from a shared inbox - email, LinkedIn and Instagram DMs, Favikon DM, attachments, scheduled messages and automated sequences.
- Manage campaigns end to end on a single board, moving creators through pipeline stages from first contact to signed deal.
- Track published creator content automatically by mention, hashtag or keyword, stories included, and approve posts before publication.
- Measure results with CPM, CPE and CPV cost analytics, estimated media value and GA4 click, visit and lead tracking.
- Query the whole index from your own AI assistant through the MCP server, or from your own code through the REST API, and watch which creators competitors work with in Radar.
When to use Favikon / When not to
A quick filter to help you decide if Favikon is the right fit.
When to use Favikon
- In-house influencer marketing managers who run creator campaigns end to end, from discovery and vetting through outreach, tracking and final reporting.
- Social media and community managers who would rather find, qualify and follow creators in a single tool than stitch together a spreadsheet, an inbox and a listening product.
- B2B marketing teams working LinkedIn-first: the site claims comprehensive coverage of professional networks and sells filters such as job title, company and Top Voice.
- PR and communications teams mapping influence beyond creators, since journalists, podcast hosts, analysts and policymakers are indexed as voices in their own right.
- Agencies, talent agencies and technically minded teams juggling many creators at once, including those who want the index available inside Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini through the MCP server.
When not to use Favikon
- Creators and influencers themselves: the site routes them to a separate product, Krown (krown.me), which is outside the scope of this record.
- Buyers looking for a managed service. The site answers the question directly in its FAQ: Favikon is not an agency, and no one will run the campaign for you.
- Very small budgets. The entry plan is 199 USD per month and no permanent free plan is advertised on the pricing page, only a 7-day trial.
- Teams hoping for a marketplace where creators apply to briefs: the publisher states that most indexed creators are not registered and that it does not believe in exclusive marketplaces.
- Mobile-first users and developers who need search through the API: no iOS or Android app is offered anywhere on the site, and the documented REST API has no search endpoint.
How to use Favikon
A typical end-to-end flow, from setup to results.
- Start the 7-day free trial from the site, with no credit card required, or book a demo and talk to sales if you are heading for the Enterprise route.
- Pick the right side of the house: brands and agencies work in Favikon, while creators are sent to the separate Krown product.
- Find creators by writing a prompt in Creator Search, or search by what was published rather than by who published it in Content Search.
- Widen the shortlist with Lookalikes to clone a creator who already performed for you, or browse the free Favikon Rankings by country, platform and niche.
- Open a profile to vet it: authenticity score, audience demographics and credibility, performance stats, brand fit, past collaborations and estimated post price.
- Save creators to Contacts and organise them into unlimited lists and segments. Lists and campaigns cost nothing, but enrichment costs 3 credits per creator and a refresh 0.5.
- Add the selected creators to a campaign board and move them through the pipeline stages, from first contact to signed deal.
- Run outreach from the shared inbox - email, Favikon DM, and LinkedIn or Instagram DMs once those accounts are connected through Unipile - with attachments, scheduled messages and automated sequences.
- Track published content automatically by mention, hashtag or keyword, stories included, approve posts before publication, then measure with campaign analytics and a connected GA4 property, exporting posts and results as CSV.
- Optionally extend the workflow: install the Chrome extension to capture creators from the networks themselves, connect the MCP server to Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini, or generate an API bearer token under Settings, Connections, API Access.
Pros & Cons
Pros
- One platform instead of a stack: discovery, vetting, CRM, outreach, tracking and reporting sit in the same place, which is the theme the customer quotes on the site keep returning to.
- An EU-first data posture: production data is hosted in the European Union, on AWS eu-west-3 and Scaleway in France, and the publisher itself is established in France.
- An unusually transparent Trust Center: 15 sub-processors named with their location and transfer mechanism, 30 days' notice before any change, and a right to object.
- An explicit no-training commitment on customer data, described as applying without exception and not conditional on consent.
- A genuine programmatic surface: a documented REST API and an MCP server that put the index inside Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini or a custom agent, rather than locking it in the interface.
- Strong B2B and LinkedIn coverage, which the site presents as uncommon among competing tools, and use cases beyond influencer marketing - PR, social listening and employee advocacy, with journalists, podcast hosts, analysts and policymakers indexed.
- A real free layer outside the paid plans, with public rankings, no-signup calculators and the Favlabs toolkit, plus self-service data rights - export, consent, erasure - built into the product instead of handled by email ticket.
Cons
- The entry ticket is high for a small team: the Core plan is 199 USD per month, and no permanent free plan is advertised on the pricing page.
- The site contradicts itself about a free plan. The homepage's structured data declares an offer at price 0 labelled 'Free plan available', while the pricing page shows three paid tiers and a 7-day trial, and nothing reconciles the two.
- No third-party security certification. The Trust Center states plainly that its documents are internal policies written and signed by the founders, not certifications issued by an external body.
- The REST API has no search endpoint, so every call must start from a handle, URL or creator ID you already hold; discovery only exists through Favy or the interface.
- API availability is described in two incompatible ways: the pricing page lists API access under the Enterprise plan only, while the help centre says it is available on any plan, including trials, and granted per user by an admin.
- Headline counts do not agree across the site. The customer base appears as 6,000+ teams, 500+ and 10,000+ on the same contact page, and +10K elsewhere; the MCP toolset is given as 43 on the marketing site and 63 in the help centre. None of these numbers can be taken at face value.
- Some sections are visibly stale - a press page whose footer belongs to an earlier era, a contact page still saying seven social networks where the rest of the site says nine - and the retention figures differ too, with the terms keeping message data up to 3 years and the privacy policy capping Unipile message content at 24 months. There is also no mobile application of any kind.
Pricing & Plans
Favikon is sold on subscription. The lowest publicly advertised price is the Core plan at 199 USD per month, with Pro at 299 USD per month and an Enterprise tier quoted on request. Longer commitments are discounted: Core at 179 USD quarterly and 159 USD yearly, Pro at 269 USD quarterly and 239 USD yearly. A currency toggle offers USD and EUR, but no euro amount is rendered in the served page, so no EUR figure is established here. A 7-day free trial is offered without a credit card, and usage top-ups called favicoins can be added as you go, with enrichment costing 3 credits per creator and a refresh 0.5. No permanent free plan is advertised on the pricing page; the homepage's structured data nevertheless declares an offer at price 0 described as 'Free plan available', and the site does not reconcile the two statements.

Data, GDPR & hosting
A consolidated view of how Favikon handles your data.
GDPR overview
GDPR implementation is unusually well documented. The publisher is established in France, so no Article 27 representative is required, and a Data Protection Officer is named in the privacy policy. That policy was last updated on 1 September 2026, the terms on 5 November 2025. Legal bases are stated: legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)) for indexing public creator data, contract performance (Article 6(1)(b)) for AI features. Article 9 data is addressed head-on - political opinions are indexed only from explicit public self-declaration, and the policy states AI is not used to infer them. Rights are built into the product: export (Article 20), consent (Article 7), erasure (Article 17), plus creator opt-out via privacy@favikon.com with removal within 30 days. Sub-processors form Annex 3 of the DPA, with 30 days' notice and a right to object; non-EEA transfers rely on the 2021/914 Standard Contractual Clauses. The supervisory authority named is the CNIL.
Who owns the data?
Favikon is published by Moojito SAS, which owns the platform and its content: the terms protect them by intellectual property rights and forbid clients, users and creators from reproducing, modifying, translating or extracting a substantial part. Responsibility for data splits in two. On creator profiles compiled from publicly available sources, the privacy policy says Favikon acts as an independent data controller. On the contacts you import, your campaign and CRM records and the messages you send through the platform, it acts as a processor on your behalf. Feedback is treated differently again: comments you send may be edited, published, distributed and translated by the publisher, with no compensation and no confidentiality obligation.
Reuse rights
The licence is narrow. The terms allow the platform and its content to be used only for the professional and internal needs of the client, user or creator, and they prohibit reproducing, representing, modifying, adapting, translating or extracting and reusing a substantial part of it. The index is therefore not yours to resell or republish. Exports, by contrast, are a product feature: post analytics and full campaign analytics export to CSV, custom data exports come with the Enterprise plan, and an account holder can export their own personal data self-service, which the Trust Center presents as GDPR Article 20. That is the tension worth naming: you can take the data out, but the internal-use licence still governs what you may do with it afterwards. Messaging has its own rules, too. It may be used only for professional campaign purposes, with no spam and no abusive or repeated contact, and a creator who declines must not be contacted again. If you connect LinkedIn or Instagram through Unipile, you alone remain responsible for complying with those platforms' terms.
Data retention & training
Hosting summary
Production data is hosted in the European Union: the Trust Center names AWS eu-west-3 and Scaleway, France. The publisher, Moojito SAS, is established in France, so the service falls under French jurisdiction with the CNIL as supervisory authority. Traffic is encrypted in transit with TLS 1.2 or above and customer data is encrypted at rest on AWS infrastructure; backups are daily, encrypted and kept 35 days, and the disaster recovery plan is tested at least twice a year. The useful distinction is between two sets of data. Customer Data - your contacts, campaigns and messages - is exposed to a single AI provider, Google Cloud Vertex AI (Gemini), hosted in the EU under zero data retention and contractually barred from training, enforced by technical controls at the routing layer. Public creator data reaches a wider set: of the 15 published sub-processors, the EU ones include Amazon Web Services EMEA, MongoDB Atlas, Elasticsearch, Google Cloud EMEA, Unipile SAS, Brevo and Mistral AI SAS, while Intercom, OpenRouter, OpenAI, Anthropic, Stripe, Mixpanel and Microsoft Clarity sit in the United States and DeepSeek in China, covered by Standard Contractual Clauses, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where certified, and a documented transfer impact assessment.
Things to keep in mind
Risks and trade-offs to weigh before adopting Favikon.
- People are profiled without being asked. Creators are indexed from their public posts without registering, and most only find out if they go looking. That asymmetry is the ethical centre of the product, and it sits with you as much as with the publisher.
- Political opinions are processed as GDPR Article 9 special-category data. The policy limits them to explicit public self-declaration and states that AI is not used to infer them, but the category is handled at all - decide in advance how your team may and may not use it.
- The audience signals on offer - age, location, credibility, political leaning, cause affinity - are powerful targeting material, and powerful targeting material invites misuse.
- Outreach automation across email and social DMs makes mass contact trivially easy. The terms forbid spam and re-contacting a creator who declined, and that responsibility is yours, not the platform's.
- Connecting your own LinkedIn or Instagram account through Unipile puts that account under the third-party network's rules; the terms state that you alone answer for complying with them.
- Messages sent through the platform are stored - up to 3 years per the terms, 24 months for Unipile message content per the privacy policy - and analysed by AI features. Assume nothing you send there is ephemeral.
- Estimated post prices and authenticity scores are model outputs presented with confidence, and the terms themselves warn that aggregated data may be inaccurate; letting a score stand in for your own judgement about brand fit is the easy mistake. Creator payments also run through a third party, Gigapay, whose eligibility rules exclude parties established in countries under EU or UN sanctions.
Setup & Integrations
Technical difficulty
For the everyday user there is nothing to set up: Favikon is a browser-based SaaS and the 7-day trial starts without a credit card or an install. The Chrome extension is a one-click option, connecting LinkedIn or Instagram for DMs means authorising those accounts through Unipile, and GA4 tracking needs access to your analytics property. Only the programmatic routes need real work: MCP is a single command or a small JSON server definition, while the REST API requires a bearer token, per-user activation by an admin, and developer handling of asynchronous enrichment, rate limits and bulk calls.

Should you pick Favikon?
Favikon is a mature, well-documented French product whose compliance posture is unusually strong for its size: EU hosting, a named Data Protection Officer, a published sub-processor list and an explicit commitment never to train models on customer data. Its real differentiator is not the feature list, which competitors largely match, but the proprietary scored creator index and the fact that this index is reachable from outside the application - through an MCP server usable from Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini, and through a documented REST API. It is also broader than influencer marketing alone: social listening, employee advocacy and PR work are sold as first-class use cases, with journalists, podcast hosts, analysts and policymakers indexed alongside creators.
It will not suit everyone. The 199 USD per month floor rules out very small budgets, creators themselves are served by a different product, Krown, and the site states plainly that Favikon is neither an agency nor a marketplace. Buyers who need third-party security certification should note that the Trust Center describes its own documents as internal policies rather than external certifications, and that the API cannot search.
Verify the commercial details before signing, because the site contradicts itself in several places: whether a free plan exists, how many customers there are, how many MCP tools are exposed, which plans include API access, and even how many networks are covered. Note too that no founding date is recorded here: none is published in full, and the About page's founder biography claims only a year, 2020, as the publisher's own statement. Ask sales to confirm in writing anything you intend to rely on.
