GDPR overview
The homepage advertises “100% GDPR Compliant”. The publisher is established in Germany, so no Article 27 representative is required and none is designated; no data protection officer is named either, and legal@lernaido.de is the single published contact. The privacy policy lists the rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection and restriction, subject to applicable law, plus a copy of the data and account deletion on request. Transfers outside the EEA rely on Standard Contractual Clauses. Children's data is not collected without verifiable parental consent, real names are not required and pseudonyms are recommended; the terms also claim COPPA compliance where it applies. German law and the exclusive jurisdiction of German courts govern the contract. Who owns the data?
