Mexty is an AI-native platform for creating, delivering and tracking interactive learning experiences. Its stated ambition is to move teams from content generation to learning infrastructure: rather than producing a file that then has to be pushed somewhere else, it combines authoring, delivery, assessment, analytics and governance in one connected workflow. Asked whether it is an authoring tool or an LMS, the vendor answers: both.
The entry point is a chat. You describe what you want — create a cybersecurity simulation, build a branching onboarding scenario, generate an adaptive math activity — and the platform produces a working, fully editable result. Mexty calls this vibe-coding for learning, and claims a no-code experience with virtually zero learning curve. Everything generated stays open to revision: text, visuals, interactions, scenarios, feedback, layouts, navigation and assessments, with a code editor and version history for those who want them.
Supported formats span microlearning, interactive courses, quizzes and assessments, simulations, branching scenarios, mini-games and gamified activities, conversational experiences, adaptive pathways and full certification programmes. Media can be generated by AI or imported from existing documents, training materials and brand assets.
To keep output reliable, Mexty applies a Source of Truth framework: generation can be constrained to validated sources such as internal documentation, official programmes, knowledge bases, policies and academic references. A multi-LLM architecture routes each task to the best-suited model instead of depending on a single one.
On the delivery side, the LMS handles learning paths, knowledge bases, member messaging, users, roles and groups, analytics, and usage and billing. AI agents can be configured with OAuth connectors — Google Calendar, Gmail, Drive, Linear — and scheduled tasks, while the Mexty MCP lets the whole platform be driven from Claude or ChatGPT. Content that needs to live elsewhere exports as SCORM 1.2/2004 or HTML, and finished modules can be sold on the Mexty Marketplace.

GDPR overview
GDPR compliance is stated explicitly: the FAQ answers yes, and the legal notice confirms that Mext SAS applies Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and French data protection law. The privacy policy (Mexty_DP03_2607, effective 1 July 2026) separates the roles of controller and processor, names a data protection officer reachable at dpo@mexty.ai or dpo@mext.app, and lists the full set of rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent and protection against solely automated decisions. The supervisory authority is the CNIL. Sub-processors are published by name, a Data Processing Agreement is available on request and a generic DPA is built into the terms. Transfers outside the EEA rely on adequacy decisions, the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses. No Article 27 representative is needed, the company being established in France.
Who owns the data?
Under the terms and conditions (version Mexty_TCU02_2607, effective 15 July 2026), the customer retains ownership of Customer Content — the files, prompts, documents, media and course materials placed on the platform — while Mext SAS retains ownership of the platform, software, templates and underlying technology. The published FAQ states plainly that the user owns the projects and the generated code and content. In return, the customer grants Mext SAS and its subcontractors a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, process, reproduce, display, adapt and transmit that content, strictly as needed to provide, secure, support and operate the service. Mext SAS states that it never sells customer data.
Reuse rights
Yes. Courses, activities, assessments and generated code belong to the customer, who may edit, duplicate, publish, share, export or sell them without asking Mext SAS for permission. Projects are private by default and become visible only when the owner chooses to share them. Content can leave the platform freely as a SCORM 1.2/2004 package or as HTML, and it can be listed for sale on the Mexty Marketplace with prices and licences set by the author. The licence granted back to Mext SAS is limited to operating the service, not to commercial exploitation. Two limits apply: the customer is responsible for holding the rights to whatever it uploads, and for checking the accuracy, legality and pedagogical suitability of AI-generated output before it reaches learners. Where AI-generated media could pass as authentic, the customer must disclose it.
Data retention & training
Hosting summary
No hosting country is named anywhere on the site, which is the main caveat. The privacy policy (effective 1 July 2026) lists Railway for application hosting, runtime and the application database, and Amazon Web Services (AWS S3) for learning assets, media and uploaded files. The legal notice separately names OVHcloud as the website host, so the two first-party sources do not fully agree. European hosting is presented as an option rather than a default. Other named recipients include Google Workspace, Stripe, Google Analytics, Odoo and AI providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google AI, Mistral and ElevenLabs. Some providers may process data outside the EEA, in which case Mext SAS relies on adequacy decisions, the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, standard contractual clauses and transfer risk assessments. Because the affiliated development subcontractor Mexty AI Co. Ltd is based in Thailand, authorised access from Thailand may occur for support, maintenance, testing and security, under confidentiality, role-based access control and ISMS requirements. Data is encrypted in transit over HTTPS/TLS, with provider-managed encryption at rest where available.

By putting authoring, delivery, assessment and analytics behind one chat interface, and by keeping SCORM and HTML export open, it removes that break without locking customers in. The Source of Truth grounding and the multi-LLM routing are not marketing garnish either; they answer the two objections most often raised against AI course generators, namely hallucination and dependence on a single model.
The pricing is unusually low for the category. A permanent free plan, then EUR 9 per month, puts serious authoring within reach of an individual teacher or a freelance designer, while published seat tiers up to 10,000 seats make the path to an organisational rollout legible.
