Overview

What is AdCreative.ai?

AdCreative.ai is a software-as-a-service platform that uses generative AI to produce and evaluate advertising assets. It is published by ADYOUNEED SAS, a Paris company that joined the Appier group in 2025. Clause 1.7 of the terms describes the services as creating advertising assets from three ingredients: one or more Brands, the customer's own Content, and iStock photos and videos. The Brand is the organising idea. A brand profile gathers a logo, colours, descriptions and connected advertising accounts, and the machine learning model is tuned against it so that output stays consistent with an existing identity. The second key notion is the credit: generations are unlimited and a credit is only spent when a creative is downloaded, which makes exported assets, not experiments, the unit of cost. The catalogue is arranged in four families. Generate covers ad creatives, ad copy, product photoshoots, fashion photoshoots and videoshoots, product videoshoots, AI image and video generation, UGC videos, Instant Ads, a creative utility suite and buyer personas. Analyse covers Creative Insights, which reads the performance of creatives in connected ad accounts, Competitor Insights AI, which retrieves rival ads from a competitor's website, and a Compliance Checker. Predict is Creative Scoring AI, credited by the publisher with over 90% accuracy in performance prediction. Automate is Custom Templates. Instant Ads illustrates the approach neatly: paste a web page URL and the platform returns ads ready to launch. Every plan includes more than 100 million iStock images. The platform connects to Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Pinterest Ads and Microsoft Ads, plus Google Drive and OneDrive for files. The publisher claims over 4,200,000 users and more than a billion creatives generated, and displays Snap Inc., Durex, Nexity, Nurofen and La Poste as customers. An Enterprise tier adds models fine-tuned on customer data, commercially safe content, data governance choices, personalised onboarding, a Digital Asset Management API and a dedicated account manager. Access is through the web, with iOS and Android apps offered as a Pro feature.

When to use AdCreative.ai / When not to

A quick filter to help you decide if AdCreative.ai is the right fit.

When to use AdCreative.ai

  • Performance marketers producing ad creatives in volume for Meta, Google, LinkedIn and Pinterest campaigns
  • Agencies handling several client brands, a use case the site documents alongside e-commerce and small business
  • E-commerce and fashion sellers who need product photos and videos without organising a shoot
  • Advertisers who want a predicted performance score and competitor ad research before committing media budget
  • Large advertisers needing fine-tuned models, data governance choices and a dedicated account manager under the Enterprise plan

When not to use AdCreative.ai

  • Anyone looking for a permanently free tool: paid access starts at 39 USD per month once the seven-day trial ends
  • Teams wanting a general-purpose design suite, since the platform is built for advertising rather than documents or wider brand collateral
  • Developers expecting public API documentation: the Digital Asset Management API is mentioned only inside the Enterprise offer
  • Occasional users, as the Starter tier allows a single brand and ten downloadable credits per month
  • Organisations that must keep account data out of AI model training, which clause 10.1 permits with no documented opt-out
Get started

How to use AdCreative.ai

A typical end-to-end flow, from setup to results.

  1. Create an account on app.adcreative.ai by email or with Google sign-in and open the seven-day free trial, which includes 10 credits
  2. Build a Brand by uploading a logo, colours, fonts and a description; the publisher advertises a one-click import of that style
  3. Connect your Google and Meta advertising accounts to tune the model and unlock Creative Insights
  4. Pick a generator (creatives, copy, product photo, video, UGC or stock image) and launch the generation
  5. Alternatively, paste a web page URL into Instant Ads and let the platform build ads ready to launch from it
  6. Generate as many variants as you like; a credit is only debited when you download a creative
  7. Run Creative Scoring AI to rate predicted performance and brand recall before releasing budget
  8. Use Custom Templates to separate dynamic from static elements and scale variations across formats and languages
  9. Push the selected creatives to Meta, Google or LinkedIn from the platform, with no manual download step
  10. Fall back on the Academy's 22 step-by-step tutorials, the help centre at help.adcreative.ai, live chat or contact@adcreative.ai

Cons

Data, GDPR & hosting

A consolidated view of how AdCreative.ai handles your data.

GDPR overview

GDPR implementation is documented and specific. The controller is ADYOUNEED SAS, RCS Paris 843 804 899, based in Paris. The privacy policy is grounded in the French Data Protection Act of 1978 and the Regulation of 27 April 2016, while the legal notice, last updated on 17 September 2025, is published under the French LCEN. A data protection officer is named in section 9 of the legal notice, at legal@AdCreative.ai, although the privacy policy routes rights requests to appier_dpo@appier.com. Stated legal bases are consent, performance of the contract, legal obligation and legitimate interest. Access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability are all listed, with a one-month response deadline extendable by two months and signed identification required to object; the CNIL is named as supervisory authority. Transfers outside the EU rely on adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses. No DPA is published and no processor is named.

Who owns the data?

The terms draw a firm line around the platform itself. Clause 7.1 states that every element of the platform or delivered through the services (code, layout, dashboards, metrics, recommendations, graphics) remains the sole and exclusive property of AdCreative.ai, third-party material such as iStock imagery excepted, and clause 7.3 bars subscribers from claiming any right over the services or the data derived from them. What the customer supplies is defined as Content (campaigns, texts, graphics, trademarks, logos) and what the AI produces from a Brand and that Content is defined as a Project. No clause expressly assigns ownership of Projects to the subscriber; Complete Asset IP Rights appears instead as an Enterprise selling point.

Reuse rights

Nothing in the terms requires the subscriber to ask permission before using generated creatives in their own campaigns, which is the declared purpose of the service, but no clause states outright that the subscriber owns them and Complete Asset IP Rights is presented only as an Enterprise benefit. The wider licence runs the other way. Clause 10.1 grants AdCreative.ai permission to access and use the account's Ad Data for the purposes of the services, expressly including training, developing and improving its artificial intelligence systems; connecting a Google or Meta advertising account extends that access to data extracted from those accounts to optimise campaigns. The privacy policy adds that the data used for training is anonymised, stripped of direct identifiers, and that all AI models are developed and run internally rather than shared with third parties. Clause 10.4 states that personal data is never sold or disclosed to unauthorised third parties and is permanently deleted on request. Clause 12.2 treats sign-up details as consent to direct marketing, with an unsubscribe link or a message to contact@adcreative.ai as the way out. No opt-out from the model-training use is documented anywhere on the site.

Data retention & training

Retention summary
Personal data collected from users is kept for 180 days from the disabling of access to the services, unless it is needed as evidence or retained under a legal obligation. Billing data, including account data held in the billing system, is kept for five years, and invoices for ten years under article L.123-22 of the French Commercial Code. Cookies expire no later than 13 months after they are first set. Deletion can be requested by email to appier_dpo@appier.com; a confirmation is sent to the account address, and the response deadline is one month, extendable by two. Clause 10.4 of the terms commits the publisher to permanently removing customer data from its servers on request. Access granted to Google data can be revoked separately from the Google security page.

Hosting summary

User data is stored on Amazon Web Services servers located in the European Union, in Ireland, according to the privacy policy, which places day-to-day processing under EU jurisdiction with the CNIL as supervisory authority. The Enterprise offer states that GDPR compliance comes with EU storage by default and adds the option to store data in the United States or in any other global location, so hosting for a large account is a contractual choice rather than a fixed location. Transfers to processors outside the EU and EEA are contemplated and framed by an adequacy decision, standard contractual clauses or, in a reference now obsolete, the Privacy Shield invalidated in 2020. Declared security measures are HTTPS with an SHA-256/RSA SSL certificate and two-factor authentication by six-digit code, sent by SMS or generated in a third-party app, for sensitive actions. No sub-processor is named beyond AWS, iStock, Webflow, Stripe, Google and Meta. Note that the marketing website itself is hosted separately by Webflow, Inc. in San Francisco: the American address in the legal notice concerns the showcase site, not the application's data.

Things to keep in mind

Risks and trade-offs to weigh before adopting AdCreative.ai.

  • Account data, including data pulled from connected Google and Meta advertising accounts, feeds AI model training under clause 10.1, and no way to opt out is documented
  • Creating an account grants the publisher a free worldwide licence to use your brand, logo and name in its promotional material without prior approval (clause 12.2), and counts as consent to direct marketing
  • No clause explicitly assigns ownership of the generated creatives to the subscriber; complete asset IP rights are sold as an Enterprise benefit
  • Credits are debited on download, so the real meter is exported assets rather than generations, which is easy to misjudge when comparing plans
  • Permanent discount campaigns and strike-through prices mean the figure you see depends on when you look, so check the full monthly rate before committing
  • Performance claims such as up to 14x more conversions or over 90% scoring accuracy come with no published methodology; trusting a predicted score can quietly replace your own testing and dull the creative judgement it was meant to support
  • Governance gaps worth checking before signing: no published DPA, no named sub-processors despite planned non-EU transfers, a privacy policy still citing the invalidated Privacy Shield, two competing GDPR contact addresses, and no stated minimum age
Setup

Setup & Integrations

Technical difficulty

Low. Nothing is installed: the product runs in a browser at app.adcreative.ai, with iOS and Android apps alongside. Signing up takes an email address or a Google account. The one real setup step is creating a Brand, with logo, colours, fonts and description, which the publisher advertises as a one-click import. Connecting Google or Meta ad accounts by OAuth is optional but required for Creative Insights. No design or coding skill is needed. A customer testimonial reports a first ad produced in around fifteen minutes. Enterprise customers receive assisted onboarding, template and guideline integration, and team training.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What is a credit, and when is one used?
A credit is consumed when a creative is downloaded, not when it is generated. Generations are unlimited. Each plan includes a monthly credit allowance that renews every month, so the real meter is the number of assets you export.
What is a Brand in AdCreative.ai?
A brand profile holding your logo, colours, descriptions and connected advertising accounts. The machine learning model is tuned against that profile so generated assets stay consistent with your identity. The Starter plan includes one brand, the Ultimate plan up to 25.
Is there a free plan?
No. There is a seven-day free trial with 10 credits, cancellable at any time. Paid access starts at 39 USD per month on the Starter plan, or 29 USD per month with an annual commitment.
Which advertising platforms does it work with?
Creatives can be pushed to Meta, Google and LinkedIn directly from the platform. Integrations are also listed with Pinterest Ads and Microsoft Ads, and with Google Drive and OneDrive for file storage.
Is my data used to train the AI models?
Yes. Clause 10.1 of the terms grants the publisher permission to use the account's Ad Data to train, develop and improve its AI systems, and the privacy policy states that anonymised user data is used for that purpose. No opt-out is documented.
Where is the data hosted?
On Amazon Web Services servers located in the European Union, in Ireland, according to the privacy policy. The Enterprise offer adds the option to store data in the United States or in another global location.
How long is data kept?
Personal data for 180 days after access to the services is disabled, billing data for five years, invoices for ten years under French commercial law, and cookies for a maximum of 13 months from when they are first set.
Is there an API and a mobile app?
Mobile apps exist for iOS and Android, presented as a Pro feature. No public API documentation is published; a Digital Asset Management API appears only in the Enterprise offer.
What is the refund policy, and how do I reach support?
Refunds are offered within 7 days on monthly plans and 30 days on annual plans, provided the platform has not been used. Support runs through contact@adcreative.ai, live chat and the help centre at help.adcreative.ai.
Conclusion

Should you pick AdCreative.ai?

AdCreative.ai is a vertical tool rather than a general-purpose creative suite: everything is organised around advertising performance. The chain is unusually complete for the category. You generate a creative, analyse what your connected ad accounts already show, predict how a new asset should perform, automate variations through templates, then publish to Meta, Google or LinkedIn without leaving the platform. For a team shipping campaigns week after week, that continuity is the real argument. The positioning is premium. There is no permanent free plan; the seven-day trial leads to 39 USD per month for a single brand and ten downloadable credits, and the tier that genuinely handles several brands starts at 249 USD. Anyone with an occasional need for one visual will find the tool oversized. The European angle is a real asset for buyers who weigh it: a Paris publisher, AWS hosting in Ireland by default, and an explicit GDPR undertaking in the terms. The file is not spotless, though. Clause 10.1 puts account data, including data pulled from connected Google and Meta accounts, into model training, with no opt-out documented. No data processing agreement is published and no sub-processor is named, while the privacy policy still cites the Privacy Shield, invalidated in 2020. Ownership of generated creatives is never stated outright, and Complete Asset IP Rights is sold as an Enterprise advantage. Headline claims such as up to 14x more conversions or over 90% scoring accuracy come without published methodology. The company passed under Appier group control in 2025 and the service continues to run normally. The verdict is conditional: a strong fit for advertisers producing creatives at volume who can live with the data-training terms, and a poor fit for everyone else.
