Didoo AI
Didoo AI is an autonomous AI media buyer that launches, writes and optimizes Meta Ads campaigns — Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Threads — plus Google Ads, aimed at small businesses and solo founders. Subscriptions start at 69 USD per month.
What is Didoo AI?
Didoo AI is sold less as software than as a hire: an AI media buyer that runs paid social the way a junior buyer would, except that it never logs off. The central channel is Meta Ads, connected through the Meta Business API with read and write access to your campaigns, so the agent can analyze performance and execute changes itself, within the budgets and strategies you have approved. Google Ads is covered today as well; TikTok and LinkedIn sit in private beta, available on request from the dashboard, while Audience Network is typically left out because of lower traffic quality. The workflow has four beats: launch a campaign or attach ones already running, generate creatives on demand, steer the account by message, then let the agent optimize on its own. Instructions arrive through instant messaging — Slack, WhatsApp and Teams, with Slack and Telegram named on the Pro plan — rather than through an ads manager interface. Autonomy is deliberately adjustable. Draft mode is the default, so every creative, audience and budget is reviewed before anything goes live; auto-publishing can then be switched on campaign type by campaign type, and approval thresholds are configurable, the site citing any reallocation above 500 USD as an example. Analysis is quoted at under 30 seconds for a simple question and two to five minutes for a multi-variable scenario. What accumulates over time is brand memory: company stage, past wins, the never-again moments. Meaningful patterns emerge after three to five tests and deeper instinct beyond twenty, and the resulting playbook exports to CSV. Twenty-seven public agent templates cover daily monitoring, monthly audits, creative fatigue, pixel and CAPI health and budget reallocation, while the Pro tier adds Routines, 364K+ AI skills and priority support. Ad spend is never included in the subscription and never marked up: the platform invoice stays on the advertiser's own account. The publisher is Mindoxide Tech (HK) Limited, founded by three named co-founders — Elias Sun (CEO), Rui You (COO) and Sense Jia (CTO) — with Alibaba, Bilibili and Taobao backgrounds, and it keeps a public monthly changelog whose latest entry dates from July 2026. The announced outcome is a 20-30% performance lift within 30 days.

When to use Didoo AI / When not to
A quick filter to help you decide if Didoo AI is the right fit.
When to use Didoo AI
- Small businesses running paid social without an in-house media team or the budget for an agency
- Solo founders and DTC store owners who manage their own Facebook and Instagram campaigns
- Freelance media buyers juggling several client ad accounts at once
- Growth marketers who want to industrialize creative testing, from a handful of hooks to dozens of taglines per cycle
- Advertisers spending roughly 500 to 3,000 USD a month who are looking to replace an agency retainer of around 3,000 USD a month
When not to use Didoo AI
- Advertisers in the verticals Didoo refuses outright: CBD, tobacco, drugs, alcohol, adult products, gambling, forex, crypto, weapons and ammunition, and anything illegal
- Teams whose paid media lives on TikTok or LinkedIn, since both are private beta only
- Brands whose campaigns need to run in the excluded markets (Russia, mainland China, Iran, North Korea, Syria)
- Anyone under 16, who cannot open an account under the terms of service
- Businesses hoping software will rescue a broken product, a clunky website or negative unit economics, which the publisher explicitly says it cannot do
How to use Didoo AI
A typical end-to-end flow, from setup to results.
- Start the 3-day free trial from the website; no credit card is required
- Answer the three onboarding questions, one per screen, which the site says takes under a minute
- Create a first campaign or attach campaigns that are already live, then discuss the product, the target audience and the metrics that define success
- Paste a product URL and let Didoo build the campaign from it
- Fill in the Brand Kit — colors, tags, logo, KYC details — so creatives stay on brand; it saves automatically
- Connect the ad account through the Meta Business API; this step comes after the trial has started and does not block it
- Generate and edit the creatives, either visually or through the AI
- Steer the account in plain language: scale the winners, kill the losers, try a new angle for mothers aged 25-34
- Plug in Slack or Telegram to run the account from a chat window, and use the Integrations tab in settings to see which accounts are connected
- Hand over more of the work as trust builds: the agent optimizes bids, creatives and budgets while you approve the significant moves, and you can cancel at any time
Pros & Cons
Pros
- Agency-shaped output at software prices: 69 to 99 USD a month against the roughly 3,000 USD a month the site benchmarks an agency at
- No markup on ad spend, ever: the Meta and Google invoices stay on your own ad account, with full visibility and control of the billing relationship
- No commitment, no setup fee, cancel at any time, and a 3-day trial that starts without a credit card
- Autonomy you dial in yourself: draft mode by default, configurable approval thresholds and gradual delegation
- Runs from Slack, WhatsApp, Teams or Telegram, so there is no ads manager interface to learn
- Brand memory that compounds campaign after campaign and stays exportable as CSV, backed by 27 documented, reusable agent templates
- Explicit privacy commitments — no model training on customer data, no third-party sharing, deletion within three business days on request — alongside a public monthly changelog (latest entry July 2026) and a site localized in twelve versions
Cons
- No postal address is published anywhere: no registered office, no legal notice page, on any of the twelve public pages
- A single email address covers everything at once: legal matters, privacy, support and account deletion
- No mention of the GDPR, no EU representative under Article 27, no DPO, no DPA and no sub-processor list
- No hosting country or region is disclosed; the only statement is that each instance runs on isolated, dedicated infrastructure
- Payments are non-refundable once made, the free trial lasts only three days and there is no permanent free plan
- Mandatory individual arbitration and a class-action waiver, under Hong Kong law
- Narrow scope and a very young company: Meta and Google Ads only with TikTok and LinkedIn still in private beta, no native mobile app, no public API or developer documentation, a domain registered on 27 September 2025 and a first Wayback capture on 26 October 2025
Pricing & Plans
There is no permanent free plan. Didoo AI offers a 3-day free trial without a credit card, followed by two paid tiers. The entry price is 69.00 USD per month on the Basic plan, a rate that assumes quarterly billing; billed month to month, Basic costs 79.00 USD per month. The Pro plan is 99.00 USD per month on quarterly billing and 113.00 USD per month billed monthly. Quarterly billing is advertised as a 12% saving, that is 10 USD a month on Basic and 14 USD a month on Pro. There is no setup fee and the subscription can be cancelled at any time, but prices are stated exclusive of taxes and duties and payments are non-refundable once made. Advertising budget is not part of the subscription and is never marked up: it stays on the advertiser's own Meta and Google ad accounts.

Data, GDPR & hosting
A consolidated view of how Didoo AI handles your data.
GDPR overview
The GDPR is never mentioned on the Didoo AI website: none of the twelve public pages contains a single reference to the regulation, so the publisher neither claims compliance nor denies it. There is no EU representative under Article 27, no data protection officer, no data processing agreement offered and no published list of sub-processors. The privacy policy, effective 28 September 2025, is built for US law: California (CCPA access covering twelve months, deletion), Nevada (opt-out of sale) and COPPA, plus a generic clause granting access, correction, restriction, objection, erasure and portability in certain jurisdictions. The operator, Mindoxide Tech (HK) Limited, is established in Hong Kong, and the terms are governed by Hong Kong law with mandatory individual arbitration and a class-action waiver. A single email address handles every request. EU buyers should treat GDPR coverage as undocumented rather than established.
Who owns the data?
Didoo AI's stated position is that the customer owns everything they bring in. Users can download all of their data at any time or have it wiped completely, and the publisher says it cannot see your campaigns, your customers or your results, that it trains no model on customer data and that it shares nothing with third parties. Under the terms of service effective 28 September 2025, user submissions remain the user's own responsibility, while Mindoxide Tech (HK) Limited keeps the intellectual property in the site and the platform itself. The Meta ad account, the billing relationship with the platforms and the learning playbook, exportable as CSV, all stay on the advertiser's side.
Reuse rights
Under the privacy policy effective 28 September 2025, Didoo AI collects account details (first and last name, email, phone number, username, encrypted password, city, time zone), card number and billing address at purchase, session interaction data, and automatic log data such as IP address, browser, domain, pages viewed, search terms and ads clicked. Data drawn from connected advertising platforms such as Meta is stated to be used only to deliver the service and not to be shared with third parties. The declared purposes cover account creation and management, payments, two-factor authentication, customer support, personalization, aggregated analytics, product improvement, marketing including Didoo's own Google Ads campaigns, security and legal compliance. Information may be disclosed to authorities for legal compliance, transferred in a merger or acquisition (with an opportunity to object) and shared with the publisher's affiliates and business partners. Didoo states that it does not sell data to data brokers, that it honors Global Privacy Control signals, and that its Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel cookies may nonetheless qualify as a sale under certain US laws. On the customer's side, exported data and the CSV playbook can be reused freely, with no permission to request.

Hosting summary
Didoo AI publishes almost nothing about where its data physically sits. The only claim on the site is that each customer's AI instance runs on isolated, dedicated infrastructure. No country, no region, no cloud provider and no data center is named anywhere across the twelve public pages, and no list of sub-processors is published. The third-party tools that are named — Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel and Google Ads — say nothing about where customer records are stored. What can be established is jurisdictional rather than technical: the operator is Mindoxide Tech (HK) Limited, established in Hong Kong, and the terms of service are governed by Hong Kong law with mandatory individual arbitration. One point deserves care: the site's public IP address resolves to a Cloudflare anycast node, which identifies a CDN edge and says nothing about where the data itself is hosted. Buyers with a data-residency requirement should ask before subscribing.

Things to keep in mind
Risks and trade-offs to weigh before adopting Didoo AI.
- Payments are non-refundable once made under the terms of service, and a three-day trial is thin cover for that kind of commitment
- The 69 USD a month headline assumes a quarterly commitment; month to month, the real entry price is 79 USD
- Read and write access to your Meta ad account through the Business API is a broad permission: an agent that can change budgets can also spend them
- Handing over the account can erode your own media-buying judgement; if the agent's reasoning is never questioned, it becomes hard to tell a good decision from a lucky one
- Corporate transparency is thin: no postal address anywhere, a single email address for legal, privacy, support and deletion requests, no GDPR mention, no Article 27 representative, no DPO, no DPA, no sub-processor list and no disclosed hosting country
- Several claims cannot be verified: the homepage ad spend and active SMB counters render as zero in the static HTML because the values load client-side, the named testimonials are not tied to identifiable companies, and announced results differ across pages (20-30% on the homepage, an average of 27% on the faster-campaigns page)
- Mandatory individual arbitration, a class-action waiver and Hong Kong governing law, from a company whose domain was registered on 27 September 2025: recourse would be distant and difficult
Setup & Integrations
Technical difficulty
Low. Onboarding is three steps, one question per screen, and the site claims it takes under a minute. The 3-day trial starts without a credit card; connecting Meta comes afterwards and does not block it. That step is an OAuth authorization on Meta's side, through the Business API, and needs no technical skill. Nothing to install or deploy: it all runs in the browser, and pasting a product URL is enough to generate a campaign. Optional extras: complete the Brand Kit for creative consistency, and plug in Slack or Telegram to run the account by message.

Should you pick Didoo AI?
Didoo AI makes a clean offer: agency-shaped work at tool prices, on a deliberately narrow surface — Meta first, Google Ads beside it, everything else still in beta. For a small advertiser already spending on Facebook and Instagram, that focus reads as a feature rather than a limitation, and the pricing logic holds: 69 to 99 USD a month, no markup on ad spend, no commitment, and platform invoices that stay in your own account. The real differentiator is not raw automation but graduated autonomy. Draft mode by default, configurable approval thresholds, auto-publishing enabled campaign type by campaign type: you decide how much rope the agent gets, and you can inspect what it remembered because the playbook exports to CSV. The privacy commitments read well too — no training on customer data, no third-party sharing, export or deletion on request within three business days. Against that sits a thin corporate record. No postal address is published anywhere, one email address handles legal, privacy and support alike, the GDPR is never mentioned, there is no DPA and no sub-processor list, and the hosting location is undisclosed. Payments are non-refundable, the trial runs three days for an agent that says it needs three to five tests to find patterns, and the company is barely a year old: the domain was registered on 27 September 2025. The verdict follows the profile. For an SMB or a freelance buyer already on Meta, willing to test cheaply and keep an eye on what the agent does, Didoo AI is a reasonable bet. For an organization subject to the GDPR, or one that needs a contractual paper trail and a named counterparty, there is homework to do before signing.
