What is MuleRun?
MuleRun is an AI agent platform published by Intelligent Cloud Computing (Singapore) Private Limited. Its pitch is a workforce rather than an assistant: instead of answering inside a chat window, an agent takes the whole job and hands back a finished result.
The architecture follows from that premise. Each account gets a dedicated cloud computer that stays powered on, with its own disk and workspace, so a task assigned in the evening keeps running once the browser tab is closed. Paid tiers size that machine explicitly, from two cores and 4 GB of RAM on Plus up to eight cores and 16 GB on Pro.
Eight modules are documented. Chat is the entry point, an observable conversation where the agent's reasoning and tool calls stay visible. Computer is the persistent machine itself. Drive stores files shared between you and your agents. Knowledge holds reusable skills and past experience that the system injects into a task automatically. Pages publishes static or dynamic sites in one click, with custom domains and databases. Datasources plugs in third-party data APIs. Browser Connector is a Chrome extension that runs work inside your own browser, keeping credentials and sessions on your machine. Scheduled Tasks handles recurring jobs and delivers results to MuleRun or a connected messaging channel.
Beyond the web interface sits a command line installed through npm, covering coding sessions, the machine, storage, page deployment and Studio, the multimodal surface for images, video, speech and music. An API is documented and roughly forty OpenAPI specifications are published, naming the third-party models reachable through the platform: OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Veo, Alibaba Wan, Kling AI, Midjourney and ByteDance Seedance among them. MuleRun is explicit that it orchestrates these models rather than training or hosting them.
The public showcase groups results into websites and apps, reports and documents, presentations, and browser games, each with a viewable output and a reusable template. Safety checkpoints request approval before critical actions and confidence thresholds are configurable. An iOS app shipped in May 2026, and the site is published in seven locales.

GDPR overview
There is no GDPR implementation to report, and that is the finding rather than a gap in the research: across every page collected, the words GDPR and General Data Protection Regulation appear nowhere, neither in the rendered text nor in the raw HTML. The framework MuleRun does name is Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012, with a dedicated Singapore addendum covering consent, cross-border transfers, access and correction. A Data Protection Officer is appointed and reachable at intldpo@mulerun.com, and a Data Processing Addendum is published for Creators, again built on the PDPA. Data subject rights are stated conditionally, phrased as depending on where you live rather than anchored in European law. No Article 27 representative is designated. European users should treat compliance as unverified rather than assumed.
Who owns the data?
Under the terms of use you keep ownership of your User Content, a category covering both the prompts and files you submit and the outputs the agent produces. That ownership is qualified by a licence you grant MuleRun and its affiliates: worldwide, royalty-free, covering inputs and any outputs you hold rights in, and allowing the company to operate, optimise and enhance its products, including internal research, service improvements and brand promotion. Feedback you volunteer is treated separately and more broadly still, under a perpetual, irrevocable licence carrying no confidentiality obligation. MuleRun also disclaims any duty to store your content or hand back a copy of it.
Reuse rights
You may reuse what the agent produces without asking permission. The terms confirm that you own the intellectual property rights in your User Content, outputs included, so commercial use is yours to make. Two limits deserve attention. Outputs carry no guarantee of uniqueness, and the terms warn that identical or substantially similar results may be produced for other users, so exclusivity cannot be assumed. And you stay solely responsible for reviewing accuracy, appropriateness and third-party rights before acting on anything, having also warranted that you held the rights to whatever you submitted in the first place.
Data retention & training
Hosting summary
MuleRun states that it generally stores personal data on secure servers located in Singapore, and its Singapore addendum puts it more plainly still: your personal data will be stored in Singapore. Transfers out of that jurisdiction are anticipated rather than excluded. Data may be reached by officers, employees, support staff, agents, third-party service providers and their own subprocessors, and by affiliated companies, any of which may sit in other countries. Those transfers are governed by the Personal Data Protection Act 2012, under a commitment to maintain protection at least comparable to the Singapore standard. The security measures named are industry-standard TLS in transit, identity, credential and access management, and internal access limited to staff who need it for their work. No European region is offered and no data residency choice exists. Separately from anything the company declares, the site's own IP address resolves to Hong Kong on an Alibaba group network, which describes infrastructure rather than the location of user data.

Eight documented modules, a command line on npm, a documented API with some forty published OpenAPI specifications, an iOS app and seven site locales add up to real engineering rather than a wrapper around someone else's model. The core claim, that an agent should hold a persistent machine and finish the job instead of returning text, is genuinely different from the chatbots it compares itself against, and the published gallery lets you inspect actual outputs before spending anything.
Pricing is public and readable, the free tier is unusually generous with its daily credit refresh, and the credit model is stated plainly, though it does mean the real cost follows usage rather than the subscription line alone.
