Overview

What is Visor.ai?

Visor.ai presents itself as an AI agentic platform for enterprise, built around automating customer service at scale. It ships three families of agents: a Voice AI Agent for multilingual phone conversations, a Chat AI Agent for written channels, and a Quality AI Agent that audits conversations. Rather than selling them as three separate tools, the company frames them as expressions of a single intelligent core. That core is called Nexa and the site describes it as an agentic superintelligence woven into every flow and decision, one that anticipates needs, learns continuously and acts in real time. Nexa is credited with continuous presence, adaptive memory, coordinated agents and the orchestration of complex workflows, and it exposes capabilities the company labels Resource Allocation, Advanced Analytics, Real-time Collaboration, Task Management, No Code, Native Integration, Smart Recommendations and Guided Workflows. The no-code angle matters here: agents are meant to be assembled and adjusted by operations people rather than by engineers. Around the agents sits a governance layer in three parts. Oversight gives real-time visibility over voice and messaging traffic through a component called Watchtower, and flags risk and customer frustration as it happens. Analytics turns conversations into quality audits and insights, with dashboards configurable by channel, by agent or by flow. Guardrails covers behavioural control and embedded compliance. The company sums the layer up by saying that every action is transparent, auditable and reversible, with humans approving the decisions that count; agents are put through automated tests before they reach production and monitored afterwards. The performance figures on the site are vendor claims with no published methodology. Visor.ai advertises up to an 85% automation rate and up to 70% of requests resolved at first contact, while its demo page reports 70% request automation, a 30% rise in CSAT and a 40% cut in operating costs. Customer statistic cards show 77% interaction success and 85% booking conversion. The publisher is European and has been operating for several years. It names Gonçalo Consiglieri as co-founder and CEO, Bruno Matias as co-founder and CTO, Afonso Fonseca as Engineering Director and Rita Anjo as Customer Success Director, with offices in Madrid, Lisboa, Porto and Barcelona and stated coverage across Europe, Africa and Latin America. The site runs in English, Spanish and Portuguese, and the demo page claims support for more than 100 languages.

Pros & Cons

Pros

  • Governance is front and centre: real-time oversight, auditability, reversible actions and human approval of the decisions that count
  • ISO/IEC 27001 certification with an annual external audit, plus a public Trust Center holding the certificate, Statement of Applicability and audit reports
  • EU customer data is stated to be stored and processed in EEA data centres, with no transfer outside the EEA for the core service
  • Voice, chat and quality coverage in one platform instead of three separate tools
  • Agents are built without code, which keeps day-to-day changes in the hands of the operations team
  • Customer testimonials are given with names and job titles rather than anonymous praise
  • European publisher, with the site available in English, Spanish and Portuguese

Cons

  • No pricing at all: no pricing page, no published plan and no amount anywhere on the site
  • No free plan and no free trial are announced
  • No terms and conditions page exists; only a privacy policy and a cookie policy are published
  • No public API and no developer documentation
  • No mobile application on either app store
  • No customer is named in text: the client logos carry no alternative text, and awards are readable only as images
  • The Trust Center is a third-party application rendered entirely client-side, so its content cannot be read without JavaScript, and the footer Facebook link returns an HTTP 400 error

Data, GDPR & hosting

GDPR overview

GDPR compliance is claimed explicitly and in some detail. The privacy policy, effective 9 February 2026, cites Articles 4, 5, 6, 8, 13, 14, 21, 28, 32 and 44 to 50, and sets out Visor.ai's dual role as controller and as processor. Data subject rights are listed, with privacy@visor.ai as the contact point and security@visor.ai and securityoffice@visor.ai for security matters. Visor.ai states it is certified under ISO/IEC 27001, externally audited every year, with the certificate, Statement of Applicability and audit reports published in its Trust Center. A minimum age of 16 is set under Article 8. Because the publisher is established inside the EU, in Portugal and Spain, no Article 27 representative is required. No data processing agreement is offered as a downloadable document: the policy points instead to Article 28 clauses inside customer contracts.

Who owns the data?

Visor.ai's privacy policy, effective 9 February 2026, splits responsibility in two. For its own website visitors, prospects and platform users, Visor.ai acts as data controller and decides why and how that data is processed. When a customer uses the platform to build and operate AI agents for its own end users, Visor.ai acts only as a data processor: the customer is the data controller and determines the purposes and means of processing. Customer content such as interaction transcripts, voice recordings and end-user data therefore remains under the customer's control, and end users wanting to exercise their rights must approach that customer rather than Visor.ai.

Reuse rights

No terms and conditions page exists, so the privacy policy is the only source. Data processed on a customer's behalf is handled strictly on that customer's documented instructions, under the Article 28 GDPR clauses embedded in customer contracts: the customer keeps free use of its own conversations, transcripts and recordings inside the platform, and Visor.ai may not repurpose them on its own initiative. Visor.ai uses that content to deliver, support and secure the service, and shares it with categories of subprocessors covering infrastructure and hosting, AI and machine learning (speech-to-text, text-to-speech, natural language processing and large language models), communication and support, security and monitoring, and business tools such as payment, accounting, recruitment and CRM. On training, the policy states that customer data is not used to train generic AI models in a way that would identify individuals, unless specifically agreed with the customer and permitted by law: reuse for training is therefore possible by agreement, and is worth settling in writing. Website and marketing data is processed partly on a legitimate-interest basis with a balancing test, and individuals can object under Article 21.

Data retention & training

Retention summary
Visor.ai says it keeps personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes set out in its privacy policy, effective 9 February 2026, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law, applying the storage limitation principle of Article 5(1)(e) GDPR. Indicative durations are given by category: technical and website logs, around 12 months; marketing and prospect data, for the duration of the relationship and typically up to three years after the last contact; account and billing data, for the term of the contract and then typically seven to ten years to meet accounting and tax obligations. Platform content, meaning voice recordings, transcripts and interaction logs, follows the retention periods set in each customer's own contract and is deleted when those periods expire or when the contract ends. No anonymisation practice is described.

Hosting summary

Visor.ai states that its infrastructure is operated within the European Economic Area. For customers established in the EU or EEA, personal data processed through the platform, including voice recordings, chat transcripts and end-user interaction data, is stored and processed in EEA data centres, with no transfer outside the EEA for the core service. Customers established elsewhere may be served from the region closest to them. The privacy policy, effective 9 February 2026, does acknowledge limited transfers beyond the EEA in two situations: certain AI subprocessors, covering speech-to-text, text-to-speech and natural language processing, and support or incident handling. Those transfers are said to take place under restricted, logged and encrypted access, with Chapter V of the GDPR, Articles 44 to 50, invoked as the legal framework. No individual hosting country is named and no data centre operator is identified: only the EEA region is declared. A current list of subprocessors is said to be maintained in the company's Trust Center, but that page is rendered client-side and its content could not be read.

Things to keep in mind

Risks and trade-offs to weigh before adopting Visor.ai.

  • No price is published anywhere, so the total cost of ownership cannot be estimated before a commercial discussion
  • No terms and conditions page exists: the contractual conditions cannot be read before making contact
  • The training exception, worded as unless specifically agreed with the customer, deserves to be negotiated and written down rather than assumed away
  • No activatable opt-out from model training is documented: the policy describes a default state, not a switch the customer can flip
  • The 85%, 77%, 70%, 30% and 40% figures are vendor claims with no published methodology, and are not independently measured results
  • The Trust Center content, including the subprocessor list and the certificate, is only reachable with JavaScript enabled, which makes the disclosure hard to check or archive
  • Automating a large share of conversations leaves human agents only the hard residue and can erode the team's everyday feel for routine cases: keep the human approval step a real decision rather than a rubber stamp
Setup

Setup & Integrations

Technical difficulty

Presented as low. Agents are said to be built without code and integration is described as native, so day-to-day work should sit with operations rather than engineering. The real effort is that of an enterprise rollout: defining workflows and guardrails, running the pre-deployment tests, configuring dashboards and connecting agents to existing systems. No public technical documentation, installation guide, tutorial or API exists, however, so the difficulty cannot be verified from outside. The only way to judge it is a demonstration and a scoping conversation with the vendor.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What does Visor.ai do?
It is an agentic AI platform for enterprise customer service. It deploys voice, chat and quality AI agents that handle customer interactions across channels, and turns those conversations into quality audits and analytics.
What is Nexa?
Nexa is the agentic core of the platform, described as the intelligence woven into every flow and decision. It builds, deploys and optimises the agents, keeps an adaptive memory, coordinates several agents at once and orchestrates complex workflows.
How much does Visor.ai cost?
No price is published. There is no pricing page and no amount anywhere on the site: access goes through a demonstration or a conversation with the company.
Is there a free plan or a free trial?
Nothing of the kind is announced. The site neither offers a free plan or trial nor explicitly rules one out, so the question has to be put to the vendor.
Where is the data hosted?
Visor.ai states that its infrastructure runs in the European Economic Area, and that for EU and EEA customers voice recordings, transcripts and interaction data are stored and processed in EEA data centres, with no transfer outside the EEA for the core service. Customers based outside the EU or EEA may be served from the region closest to them.
Will my data be used to train AI models?
The privacy policy states that customer data is not used to train generic AI models in a way that would identify individuals, unless specifically agreed with the customer and permitted by law. No activatable opt-out mechanism is documented.
What certifications does Visor.ai hold?
The company states it is certified under ISO/IEC 27001 and externally audited every year. The certificate, Statement of Applicability and audit reports are said to be published in its Trust Center.
Is there a minimum age?
Yes. The services are designed for businesses and are stated not to be intended for individuals under 16, or under the applicable age of digital consent in their jurisdiction.
Does Visor.ai offer an API?
No API documentation is published and no API is advertised anywhere on the site, so any integration work would have to be scoped directly with the vendor.
Which languages are supported?
The site itself is available in English, Spanish and Portuguese. The demo page claims support for more than 100 languages for voice, without listing them.
Conclusion

Should you pick Visor.ai?

Visor.ai is a credible European option for enterprises that want to automate customer service at volume without giving up control. The platform is coherent: three agent families for voice, chat and quality, a single agentic core in Nexa that builds and orchestrates them, and a governance layer of oversight, analytics and guardrails that the company says keeps every action transparent, auditable and reversible, with humans approving the decisions that count. The security posture is unusually well documented: ISO/IEC 27001 certification with an annual external audit, EEA hosting for EU customer data, a public Trust Center and a privacy policy, effective 9 February 2026, that is precise about the controller and processor boundary and about retention periods. The reservations are commercial rather than technical. Nothing about the price is public: no pricing page, no plan, no amount, no free plan and no announced trial, so the total cost of ownership cannot be estimated before a sales conversation. More unusual still, no terms and conditions page exists at all, which leaves the contractual conditions invisible until you are already in contact. The headline figures, 85% automation, 77% interaction success, 70% first-contact resolution, 30% CSAT gain and 40% cost reduction, are vendor claims with no published methodology and should be treated as marketing until they are tested on your own traffic. Visor.ai suits large European organisations with high-volume, regulated customer interactions and a genuine internal appetite for AI governance. Anyone who wants to evaluate, price and buy a tool without talking to a salesperson should look elsewhere.
