Supilot
Supilot is a Polish AI platform pairing an embeddable website chatbot with an internal company knowledge base. Both answer from your own documents using retrieval-augmented generation, handling customer questions around the clock and staff questions in seconds.
What is Supilot?
Supilot is a Polish artificial intelligence platform built around two products sold separately or bundled together. Supilot Widget is a chat assistant embedded into a website with a single line of code. It behaves like a live chat box, except the replies come from AI grounded in the company's own knowledge base. It answers customer questions at any hour, collects email addresses and phone numbers, qualifies incoming leads, and hands the conversation to a human when it reaches the limit of what it knows. An analytics panel reports the most common questions and where visitors came from, and the widget's colours, logo, tone of voice and language can all be adapted to the brand.
Supilot Asystent is the internal counterpart: a company knowledge base with an AI chat interface, delivered as a separate web application for staff. Documents can be uploaded directly, or the assistant can be connected to Google Drive, Notion, Confluence and company email, then queried in plain language. Access controls and user roles govern who sees what, and analytics show what employees search for and where documentation is thin. The assistant also answers inside Slack and Microsoft Teams rather than forcing staff into yet another tool.
Both products combine large language models with retrieval-augmented generation, so answers are grounded in the customer's own material rather than invented. Each organisation operates as an isolated tenant, with data separation enforced at database level. The Google integrations are authorised through OAuth in read-only mode and can be revoked at any time.
The vendor addresses four audiences explicitly: e-commerce shops handling delivery, returns and stock questions; SaaS and technology firms needing round-the-clock support and onboarding; service businesses qualifying leads and answering FAQs; and internal teams looking up procedures and documentation. The sales argument is quantified, citing roughly 5,500 złoty lost each month and around 66 hours wasted, with an average employee spending an hour a day hunting for information.
Supilot is published by House of Bytes, a software house based in Szczecin, and the product launched in 2026.

Cons
- Website, interface and documentation exist only in Polish
- No public API documentation or developer portal, despite an API named in the terms
- No permanent free plan and no stated free trial period

Pricing & Plans
Supilot does not publish a permanent free plan, although account creation is advertised as free. The lowest paid entry point is the Widget Starter plan at 49 PLN per month. Data, GDPR & hosting
A consolidated view of how Supilot handles your data.
GDPR overview
GDPR implementation is stated concretely rather than implied. The terms declare that Supilot processes personal data in accordance with the GDPR, and the privacy policy, effective 26 March 2026, sets out the full catalogue of data subject rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and withdrawal of consent, including disconnecting the Google integrations. Requests go to kontakt@supilot.pl. The policy names its five processors, states that data sits on Supabase and Qdrant servers in the EU region, and describes encrypted OAuth tokens and Row Level Security between tenants. One gap deserves mention: the controller is identified only as Supilot, established in Poland, with no full legal name or registration number. As an EU-established company, no Article 27 representative is required.
Who owns the data?
The terms and the privacy policy treat the customer as the owner of everything uploaded. Supilot processes account details, organisation identity, encrypted OAuth tokens, documents, files and chat messages solely to run the Widget and Assistant services. Each organisation is a separate tenant with its own isolated data environment, enforced through PostgreSQL Row Level Security. Google Drive, Gmail and Calendar are connected read-only, under permissions the user grants and can revoke at any time, and Google data is explicitly excluded from advertising and from disclosure to third parties. Users remain responsible for the content they submit and may close their account whenever they wish.
Reuse rights
Customers keep the right to reuse their own content freely: Supilot indexes documents and generates answers from them, but claims no ownership and no separate licence over the material submitted. Data drawn from the Google APIs is confined to delivering the Supilot services, is never shared with third parties for advertising, and falls under the Google API Services User Data Policy including its Limited Use requirements. AI answers are described as advisory only and not professional advice, so the customer carries responsibility for how outputs are reused. Nothing in the published documents states whether customer data may be used to train models.
Data retention & training
Hosting summary
Supilot states that data is stored on Supabase (PostgreSQL) for the database and authentication layer and on Qdrant for vector storage, both in the EU region. No specific country is named, only the region. The application itself is hosted by Vercel and transactional email is delivered by Resend. AI responses are generated through OpenRouter, which the policy says does not retain the data passed to it. OAuth tokens for the Google integrations are stored encrypted, and access is governed by PostgreSQL Row Level Security so that each tenant's data stays isolated from every other. The publisher is established in Szczecin, Poland, which places the controller inside the European Union and under Polish jurisdiction for data protection purposes. Buyers who need a named hosting country, a documented subprocessor location list or contractual guarantees on transfers will have to ask, because the policy stops at region level.
Things to keep in mind
Risks and trade-offs to weigh before adopting Supilot.
- Answers are only as good as the documents behind them: an outdated file silently becomes an authoritative answer given to a customer
- Staff may stop learning company procedures and defer to the assistant, thinning the very institutional knowledge the tool depends on
- The legal identity is published inconsistently, the terms naming only Supilot established in Poland while the full company name appears solely on the homepage, and no registration number is published anywhere
- Nothing in the published documents states whether customer data is used to train models, and no opt-out is either offered or refused
- Client logos and testimonials shown on the product pages match the publisher's own project portfolio, so they should not be read as Supilot references
- Connecting Google Drive and Gmail exposes a broad slice of company correspondence to a young vendor with no published security certification
- The sitemap advertises pages that do not exist and the Assistant page quotes the Widget's entry price, small signs that published information is not fully maintained
Setup & Integrations
Technical difficulty
Setup is deliberately light. The Widget is installed by pasting a single line of code into the website, which any web administrator or site builder can do. The Assistant requires no deployment at all: it is a web application, and connecting Google Drive, Notion or Confluence is an OAuth authorisation rather than a technical integration. Tone, branding, access roles and knowledge sources are configured from the client panel. The vendor advertises deployment within 24 hours. No development skills are needed for normal configuration, and no API work is required or documented.

Should you pick Supilot?
Supilot answers a real and narrow problem with an unusually coherent pair of products. The same retrieval-augmented engine is pointed outward at website visitors and inward at employees, so a single knowledge base can serve customer support and internal lookup instead of being duplicated across two vendors. For a Polish small or mid-sized business drowning in repetitive questions, the proposition is easy to grasp and cheap to test: 49 PLN a month, one line of code, and a deployment the vendor claims can happen within a day.
Transparency is better than the size of the company would suggest. The privacy policy names all five subprocessors, places data on Supabase and Qdrant in the EU region, and describes tenant isolation through Row Level Security. Pricing is fully published, including quotas and the cost of exceeding them, which is rarer than it should be.
The reservations concern maturity and disclosure. The legal identity is published inconsistently: the terms and privacy policy name only Supilot, established in Poland, while the full company name appears solely on the homepage. No registration number is published anywhere, and no constitution date could be established. The domain was registered in February 2026, so the operation is months rather than years old. An API is named in the terms but documented nowhere. Everything is in Polish, there are no mobile applications, and neither a permanent free plan nor a defined trial is offered.
The sensible approach is the one the site itself proposes: take the 15-minute demonstration, run a short pilot on a narrow set of questions, and measure deflection before committing. Buyers with procurement requirements should ask for the registration number, a data processing agreement and written answers on model training, none of which are published today.
