GDPR overview
The GDPR is named explicitly in both documents. The privacy policy, updated 2 April 2026, lists access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent; the terms, updated 7 January 2026, add the right to human intervention in automated decision-making and to meaningful information about the logic of the AI processing. Who owns the data?
Section 6.1 of the terms leaves every right in the content you create with you: UseResume claims no ownership of your documents or personal information and takes only a limited licence to store and process them in order to deliver the service. Reuse rights
