Three features are genuinely AI-driven. aiChat exposes thirteen named models from seven vendors: GPT-4o and GPT-4o mini from OpenAI, Claude 3.7 Sonnet, Claude 3.5 Sonnet and Claude 3.5 Haiku from Anthropic, Llama 3 70b and Llama 3 8b from Meta, Mixtral 8x7b from Mistral AI, Gemma 2 9B and Gemma 7B from Google, Grok Beta from xAI, and DeepSeek Chat and DeepSeek R1. A prompt manager stores and reuses your favourite prompts, and no API key is required. Notes accept dictation and are transcribed automatically, and Todos can pull actionable tasks out of a spoken description of your day.
Only two named integrations exist: Google Calendar, which also lets you join a video call directly from an event, and inbound webhooks, which let external applications push custom displays onto a board.
Observely is the work of a solo founder, who tells the story in the first person on the About page and signs it ihti. The terms name the publisher as Observely doo, Visoko. Three demo boards are open without an account, and three side tools, Audionotes, a timezones tool and a Pomodoro timer, are free to anyone. The site itself calls the product in its early stages.

GDPR overview
There is no GDPR framework on this site at all. The words GDPR and CCPA appear nowhere in the pages collected, and neither does a legal basis for processing, a right of access, rectification, erasure, portability or objection, an Article 27 EU representative, a data protection officer, a data processing agreement or a list of subprocessors. That is silence rather than a refusal: Observely never states that it falls outside the regulation, it simply never raises the subject, which is why the compliance flag reads N. One concrete right is described, in section 3.1 of the privacy policy dated 30 May 2024: deleting your account removes your email address from the system. Every privacy question goes to a single mailbox, hi@observely.app. The publisher, Observely doo of Visoko, is European but based outside the European Union.
Who owns the data?
The privacy policy, dated 30 May 2024, never assigns ownership of the content you create, and the terms say nothing about notes, todos or bookmarks. The homepage claims your data is yours alone and is never shared with third parties. One clause does transfer ownership: any feedback, idea, improvement or suggestion you send becomes the sole and exclusive property of Observely, which may use, copy, modify, publish or redistribute it without credit or compensation. Anything you post or submit to the service is treated the same way. Google data is a separate case: only your email address is kept, and only if you sign in with Google.
Reuse rights
The documents describe what Observely may do with your data rather than what you may do with it, and they place no restriction on reusing your own content. The privacy policy lists seven purposes: running and maintaining the service, notifying you of changes, enabling interactive features, providing support, analysing usage to improve the product, monitoring the service and addressing technical problems. It rules out selling, renting, trading or sharing your personal information for third-party marketing, and permits disclosure only for a legal obligation, an abuse investigation, personal safety or protection against liability. Data obtained through Google is governed by the Limited Use requirements of the Google API Services User Data Policy. Neither document mentions training AI models on customer data, in either direction.

Observely publishes no hosting location at all. Neither the privacy policy, dated 30 May 2024, nor the terms name a country, a region or a cloud provider, and there is no security or trust page where that information might live: the full sitemap lists twenty-eight URLs and contains nothing of the kind. What the policy does say is a general commitment to appropriate technical and organisational measures, with the explicit caveat that no transmission or storage method is completely secure. The homepage adds a marketing claim of advanced encryption and security protocols, with no certification, audit or technical detail behind it. Outside anything the vendor declares, the domain resolves to an anycast address on Amazon infrastructure and the HTTP headers identify Vercel as the server. That describes a content delivery node, not the jurisdiction where user data is stored, and it should not be read as one. Anyone with a hosting-location requirement will have to ask the publisher directly.
