TrackImpact

TrackImpact is a web platform for logging the AI tools, workflows and prompts you adopt, the hours they save and the quality they deliver, turning that record into evidence for performance reviews and team-level ROI reporting.

Overview

What is TrackImpact?

TrackImpact answers a specific situation: employers are starting to factor AI usage into performance reviews, hiring and headcount decisions, a shift the homepage illustrates with public statements from companies such as Meta, Microsoft, Shopify, Duolingo, Amazon and Fiverr. The product performs no AI work itself. It is a measurement and evidence layer sitting on top of whatever AI tools you already use.

Four building blocks make up the platform. The first, Track Impact, is an adoption log: each item is one tool, workflow or prompt you have put into practice, recorded with your reasoning, the hours saved per week, a quality rating out of five, attachments and a status among Planning, Piloting, Adopted and Paused. The free tier covers up to five items with a basic text export and a LinkedIn post generator; Pro adds unlimited items, PDF reports with charts, an AI-generated executive summary, KPI tracking and unlimited attachments.

The second is an AI profile marketplace: more than 1,000 pre-built occupational roadmaps cross-referenced against the O*NET, ISCO, ESCO and ANZSCO classifications, searchable across a stated 56,000-plus job titles. Each profile carries an automation score, a human-in-the-loop score per task, recommended tools and ready-made prompts; browsing is free and full access is unlocked with a one-off purchase. The third is a custom profile generated from your own job description, sector and priorities, with tailored KPIs and ROI projections, also bought once and kept permanently.

The fourth is Teams. Every member keeps a full individual account while the administrator gets an organisation view: activity ranking by member, breakdown by department, adoption rate per tool, total hours saved and aggregated financial value, exportable as PDF or CSV with shareable links and an anonymisation option. Members see only their own dashboard. Notably, the terms vest impact records and AI profiles in the member, even when the team paid for them; removing a member frees the seat without deleting their account.

The limits are structural. Everything is entered manually: no instrumentation, no connectors into the tools being tracked, no API. It is a web application only, in English, published by TrackImpact of Manchester, United Kingdom. Three public demos are open without an account. The site reviewed here is served on mypeas.ai, while the press kit names trackimpact.io as the official website.

What it does

  • Log every AI tool, workflow or prompt you put into practice, with the reasoning behind the choice
  • Quantify the hours saved per week and rate the quality of the output on a five-point scale
  • Attach supporting evidence and move each item through Planning, Piloting, Adopted and Paused statuses
  • Link items to KPIs and tasks, with a human-in-the-loop (HITL) score per task
  • Generate a shareable AI impact report: plain text on the free plan, PDF with charts and an AI-written executive summary on Pro
  • Search more than 1,000 pre-built occupational AI profiles mapped to O*NET, ISCO, ESCO and ANZSCO, with automation scores and recommended tools
  • Give administrators an organisation-wide view of adoption by member, department and tool, valued in hours and currency, exportable to PDF or CSV

When to use TrackImpact / When not to

A quick filter to help you decide if TrackImpact is the right fit.

When to use TrackImpact

  • Employees whose company now factors AI usage into performance reviews and who need documented proof
  • Managers and HR leads who must measure AI adoption across a team and report it to the leadership
  • Learning and development leads running an AI upskilling programme and tracking its take-up
  • Founders and executives who have to justify AI spend to a board in hours saved and monetary value
  • Job seekers and career changers who want a verifiable record of hands-on AI experience

When not to use TrackImpact

  • Anyone looking for an AI that produces the work itself: TrackImpact writes, codes and generates nothing, it only measures the effect of the tools you already use
  • Teams expecting automatic measurement: every hour saved and every quality score is typed in by hand, with no instrumentation
  • IT and security functions that require a DPA, a subprocessor list, a hosting location or a certification before approval, none of which is published
  • Buyers who need a verifiable legal identity before contracting: no registered company name, company number or postal address appears on the site
  • Teams looking for technical integration through an API, SSO or connectors into the AI tools being tracked: none is documented

Pros & Cons

Pros

  • A rare and legible positioning: it measures and evidences AI usage, where the overwhelming majority of AI tools simply produce output
  • A genuinely usable, permanent free tier (five items, the impact log, text export, LinkedIn post generator) with no card required
  • Three complete public demos open without creating an account, so the product can be seen before paying
  • Data ownership favourable to the employee: impact records and AI profiles stay in the individual account even when the employer paid for them, and survive leaving the team
  • Privacy inside the team: members cannot see each other's data, only the administrator sees the aggregate, and the team report can be anonymised
  • Occupational profiles bought once and kept permanently, so no subscription is forced for the roadmap side
  • A 30-day team trial with no charge before day 31, a warning email, adjustable seats during the trial, and pricing displayed in eight currencies

Cons

  • No legal identity published: no registered company name, no company number and no postal address, although the service is paid for by card
  • The site reviewed (mypeas.ai) is not the official website declared by the press kit (trackimpact.io), with no explanation and no redirect either way
  • An internal contractual contradiction: the pricing page advertises no minimum commitment and cancel anytime, while the refund policy imposes a 90-day minimum commitment
  • A restrictive refund policy: no refund except for a demonstrable bug, and the demonstration must be made during a call with support
  • Entirely self-declared data: hours saved and quality are entered by the user, with no measurement or verification, so the evidence is only as good as the entry
  • No compliance documentation: no DPA, no subprocessor list, no security page, no hosting country and no stated position on training models on customer data
  • No API and no connectors, an English-only interface, web access only and no mobile app: nothing fills in automatically from the AI tools being tracked

Trust & Privacy

Data, GDPR & hosting

A consolidated view of how TrackImpact handles your data.

GDPR overview

GDPR compliance is claimed explicitly, but only for cookies. The cookie policy carries a dedicated GDPR Compliance section stating that, for visitors in the European Economic Area, the site complies with the regulation regarding the use of cookies, with three commitments: essential cookies only by default, analytics and marketing cookies set only after consent, and consent withdrawable at any time. The privacy policy never mentions the GDPR: no legal basis, no controller designation. Rights are listed (access, rectification, erasure, objection, portability) but introduced by Depending on your location and without reference to the regulation. Account deletion is described as self-service. There is no Article 27 EU representative, no DPO, no DPA, no subprocessor list and no stated hosting location; international transfers appear only as data that may be located outside of your home country. The legal documents are dated December 2024.

Who owns the data?

Under the terms, the individual member owns the account, the profile, the logged impact records and the AI profiles, even those funded by a team: such a profile vests in the individual member and is retained in their personal account. Administrators own and control neither the account nor that personal data; a team controls only team-level resources, seats, shared settings and reports, and removing a member frees the seat without deleting or transferring their account. Separately, TrackImpact and its licensors own the intellectual property in all website material. Personal data may be disclosed to employees, contractors and affiliated organisations on a need-to-know basis, who may be located outside your home country, or under a court order.

Reuse rights

Your own data is yours to reuse without asking. Free accounts export a basic text report and can run the built-in LinkedIn post generator; Pro accounts export PDF reports with charts and an AI-generated executive summary; team administrators export CSV files and team PDF reports, share them by link and can anonymise member names. The website's own content is a different matter: republishing, selling, renting, sub-licensing, reproducing or redistributing the material is prohibited, and pages may be viewed or printed for personal use only. Using the logo or site visuals for a link requires a brand licence agreement, and framing the pages requires written consent. The press kit is the one exception: official logo files are offered for download to the press, but must not be modified, distorted or recoloured.

Data retention & training

Retention summary
No retention period is stated in figures. Personal information is kept only as long as necessary for the purposes set out in the privacy policy, then to meet legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce policies. While the account exists, the profile, the logged impact records and the generated AI profiles are kept. Leaving a team deletes nothing: the account and its data are independent of the team. Only the account holder can delete the account; an administrator can merely remove a member. Two deletion procedures coexist: a self-service Delete account option in the privacy policy, described as permanent and irreversible, and an email request handled within 48 hours in the help centre. After deletion, billing and transaction records are kept for tax, accounting and audit purposes, and past contributions remain in the team's aggregate statistics in anonymised form.
GDPR contact

Hosting summary

The publisher declares no hosting country, no region and no infrastructure provider. There is no trust or security page, and the privacy policy contains no hosting section. The only transfer-related statement is that employees, contractors and affiliated organisations with access to personal information may be located outside of your home country, with use of the site treated as consent to that transfer; no safeguard, mechanism or destination is named. The third parties identified elsewhere are Stripe, acting as merchant of record for payments, Calendly and Tawk.to as embedded services, and Google Analytics with Google Tag Manager for audience measurement, which is a list of service providers rather than a subprocessor list, and none of them is tied to a stated storage location. As a Guidaio network observation and not a vendor statement, the domain resolves to 143.204.55.78, an Amazon (AS16509) CloudFront address seen at a Zurich edge node: that is a content delivery point of presence and says nothing about where data is stored. Buyers with a hosting or jurisdiction requirement will need to obtain it in writing from the publisher.

Watch-outs

Things to keep in mind

Risks and trade-offs to weigh before adopting TrackImpact.

  • Brand and domain gap: the site visited is mypeas.ai, which carries no trace of any MyPeas brand and serves the TrackImpact site as it is, while the press kit names trackimpact.io as the official website; neither domain redirects to the other, and the published contact addresses, support@ and investors@, are on trackimpact.io.
  • No legal identity: none of the fourteen pages reviewed carries a registered company name, a company number or a postal address; the only location given is Manchester, United Kingdom, in the press kit and the About page.
  • A contractual contradiction to settle before buying: the pricing page states No minimums, Cancel anytime and There's no minimum commitment, while the refund policy states that all subscriptions have a 90-day minimum commitment. The pro-rata refund example is also based on a 480 USD per year plan that matches no published plan.
  • Prices move with the currency detected from your IP address and then your browser locale, and the static values differ from page to page: 79, 149 and 12 USD on the homepage and in the help centre, 59, 112 and 9 GBP on the pricing page. Check the amount actually charged at checkout.
  • Terms and privacy policy dated December 2024, earlier than the Teams offer they nonetheless describe; the privacy policy refers to comments on blog posts and to advertising networks that do not exist in the product. Two account deletion procedures also coexist: self-service in the privacy policy, an email request handled within 48 hours in the help centre.
  • Nothing is published on security or compliance beyond cookies: no DPA, no subprocessor list, no security page, no hosting country, no certification and no stated position on whether customer data is used to train models.
  • The figures and companies displayed are illustrative, not client results: Acme Corp, 186,000 GBP of annual value, fourteen members and the member names are examples, and the Meta, Shopify and Microsoft carousel quotes public statements by those companies without implying any relationship with them. More broadly, the whole measurement is self-declared and unverified, which invites optimistic self-reporting when a performance review is at stake, and can turn a genuine record of learning into a scoreboard filled in for show.
Setup

Setup & Integrations

Technical difficulty

Very low. Nothing to install: it is a web application, and signing up takes an email address, a password and a verification code. The site advertises being up and running in under 5 minutes, and team creation in under two minutes: create the team, invite members by email, members log their work, the administrator follows the aggregate. Nothing technical to configure: no API, no connector, no SSO, no integration. The real effort lies elsewhere: every entry is manual, so the difficulty is discipline, not setup. Live chat, a bookable 30-minute call and a help centre are available.

Fundraising

A Seed round is announced as currently in progress on the investors page, not as a completed raise: no amount, no named investor and no closing date are disclosed. The stated use of proceeds is engineering, sales and marketing, and enterprise readiness covering security and compliance; a pitch deck is offered through a public Google Docs link and investor contact goes to investors@trackimpact.io. No completed funding round is documented anywhere on the site.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Does TrackImpact do the work with AI for me?
No. It generates none of your work. It measures and documents the use you make of other AI tools, recording the hours saved, the quality obtained and the evidence behind each implementation.
Is there a genuinely free plan?
Yes, free forever: up to five AI implementations, the impact log, a basic text report and a LinkedIn post generator. No card is required to start on the individual side.
How much does the paid version cost?
Track Impact Pro is 12 USD per month or 100 USD per year. A marketplace profile is a one-off 79 USD and a custom profile a one-off 149 USD. A team seat is 19 USD per month or 180 USD per year. The amounts shown vary with the currency detected from your IP address and browser locale, with USD as the default.
Can I try the Teams plan before paying?
Yes, for 30 days. A card is requested, nothing is charged before day 31, a warning email is sent, and the number of seats can be adjusted during the trial.
Can I cancel at any time?
The pricing page says yes and states there is no minimum commitment, but the refund policy states that all subscriptions have a 90-day minimum commitment. The two statements contradict each other and are worth clarifying with the publisher before buying.
Can my employer see my data?
Administrators see only the aggregate view. Each member sees only their own dashboard, and the team report offers an option to anonymise names.
What happens to my data if I leave the team?
The seat is freed, but your individual account is neither deleted nor transferred: your impact records and AI profiles stay in your personal account. The terms state that a profile funded by a team vests in the individual member.
Is there an API or any connectors?
No. There is no API documentation, /api/ and /docs/ return 404, and every entry is made manually. There is no mobile app either: the product is a web application.
Is the tool GDPR-compliant?
Compliance with the GDPR is claimed explicitly, but only for cookies, in the cookie policy. The privacy policy never cites the regulation, and there is no DPA, no Article 27 EU representative and no subprocessor list.
Why is the site served on mypeas.ai when the brand is TrackImpact?
The domain serves the TrackImpact site as it is, with no trace of any other brand. The press kit names trackimpact.io as the official website, and both domains answer with the same site, without redirecting to one another.
Conclusion

Should you pick TrackImpact?

TrackImpact occupies a niche that has become real: several large employers now weigh AI usage in performance reviews, and very few tools help an individual or a team document that usage. The product is demonstrable rather than merely announced, with three public demos open without an account, a detailed help centre, priced plans and a permanent free tier. One contractual clause stands out in the employee's favour: impact records and AI profiles vest in the member, even when the employer paid for them, and they survive leaving the team.

The reservations are about governance rather than existence. No legal identity is published: no registered company name, no company number, no postal address, for a publisher that charges by card and describes itself as based in Manchester. Nothing is documented on data protection beyond cookies: no DPA, no subprocessor list, no hosting country, no position on whether models are trained on customer data. Consistency is the second weakness: the pricing page promises cancellation at any time while the refund policy imposes a 90-day minimum commitment; the terms and privacy policy are dated December 2024, before the Teams offer they describe; prices differ from one page to the next depending on the currency detected. The domain visited, mypeas.ai, is not the official website named in the press kit, trackimpact.io, a point to clarify before any purchase.

There is also a methodological limit: gains are self-declared and entered by hand, so the evidence is worth exactly what the entry is worth. For an individual, the free tier costs nothing but discipline and the upside at review time is concrete. For a team purchase, the commitment terms, the missing compliance documentation and the identity question deserve written answers from a young company currently seeking Seed funding.
