What is EasyPrompt?
EasyPrompt is a set of three pieces built around prompt writing and access to generative AI from inside Telegram. Inside the bot, the documentation describes gpt-3.5-turbo as the default model, gpt-4 as an option on GPT Customizer priced at twenty message credits per answer, and Midjourney v5.2 for images. Commands cover the whole surface: /start, /help, /mode, /new, /retry, /balance, /subscribe, /imagine, /blend, /describe, /deletecontext, /reward and /library. Voice messages are accepted as input. The bot works in group chats once it is added, promoted to admin and mentioned, and it checks that the user has joined the @easypromptHQ community group before it answers. GPT Customizer accepts .pdf, .docx and .txt files up to 3 MB on the free plan and 10 MB on paid plans, and applies guardrails so that answers stay inside the uploaded content; the vendor claims it can instantly resolve 80% of support queries and handle more than a thousand chats at once. The state of the service matters as much as its scope. As of 12 August 2026 the public website returns only the Next.js error shell on its home and pricing pages, the library subdomain has an expired TLS certificate, the blog returns 403, and the documentation carries Last updated 2 years ago on every page. GDPR overview
There is no mention of the GDPR anywhere on this site. A search across every page collected, in both extracted text and archived HTML, returned no occurrence of GDPR, CCPA or any data-protection wording. The footer does link to a Privacy Policy and to Terms of Use, but both URLs return 404 and the Wayback Machine holds no successful capture of either, so no privacy framework has ever been published at those addresses. No data controller is identifiable, no Data Protection Officer is named, and no Article 27 EU representative is designated. The N recorded for GDPR compliance therefore reflects complete silence rather than an explicit refusal: the vendor never denies compliance, it simply says nothing at all about data protection.
Who owns the data?
Nothing is stipulated. EasyPrompt publishes no terms of service and no privacy policy: both footer links, Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, returned 404 when checked on 12 August 2026, and the Wayback Machine holds no successful capture of either. There is therefore no contractual statement about who owns prompts, conversations, generated images or the documents uploaded to GPT Customizer, and no named legal entity to hold that ownership. The only related claim found anywhere is a line in the GPT Customizer FAQ stating that all uploaded documents are encrypted and processed securely, which addresses handling rather than ownership.
Reuse rights
No document defines what either party may do with the data. Because no terms of service exist, users receive no licence, no reuse permission and no restriction in writing, and the vendor grants itself none in public either. In practice, conversations pass through OpenAI and Midjourney according to the documentation, but the terms of those upstream providers are never cited and no subprocessor list is published. One durability point is documented: GPT Customizer counts uploaded characters for the lifetime of the plan, and the FAQ states that indexing capacity is consumed irrespective of whether older data has been deleted, which implies that uploaded material is indexed and stored durably.

Getting started with GPT Prompter is trivial: no installation, no account beyond Telegram, just /start and joining the community group. GPT Customizer is harder than its no-code label suggests, because you must create a Telegram bot through @botfather and paste the API token yourself, which is real friction for a non-technical user. Uploads are limited to .pdf, .docx and .txt at 3 MB per file on the free plan. The genuine obstacle, however, is payment: any paid tier requires a cryptocurrency wallet through CryptoBot or MetaMask.

EasyPrompt is a genuinely documented product sitting on an abandoned website, and both halves of that sentence matter. The documentation runs to 23 pages and is unusually specific for a tool of this size: four priced tiers, named models, file formats, quotas, and two FAQs that answer more than fifty questions without dodging the awkward ones. The three Telegram accounts that make up the product still exist and are described by their own publisher. If you live in Telegram, want ChatGPT and Midjourney without an OpenAI account, and are comfortable paying in cryptocurrency, the free tier costs nothing to try and the paid entry point is USD 4 per month. What Guidaio cannot vouch for is everything around it. No company is named, no postal address or email address appears anywhere, and the terms of service and privacy policy linked in the footer return 404 and never existed at those addresses according to the web archive. That means no published position on who owns your prompts, how long uploads are kept, or whether anything is used for training.
