Amplifiles
Amplifiles turns real estate listing photos into finished marketing videos in about five minutes, adding AI camera motion, voice-over, captions, music and agency branding. Pay-as-you-go from $1.50 per image, with 1,200 free credits on signup.
What is Amplifiles?
Amplifiles is a browser-based service that turns the photographs already taken for a property listing into a finished marketing video, with no shoot, no crew and no editing suite. It is published by Aava AI Oy, a Finnish company based in Tampere and founded, according to the company's own documentation, in 2023.
The product works in two layers. Quick Animations applies one-click cinematic motion to each photograph, producing a five-second clip per image: push in, pull out, an orbital rotate, a truck left or right, a pedestal up or down, a locked static frame, or a drone-style rise. Ambient effects, timelapses and time-of-day shifts, including a ready-made golden-hour look, belong to the same layer. Creative Mode is the advanced layer, producing variable clips of three to fifteen seconds: virtual staging that furnishes an empty room while leaving walls, floors and windows untouched, adding people to a scene, AI close-ups, speed ramps, and start-end frames where you fix the first and last shot and the model generates the motion between them. Anyone who would rather not write prompts can pick from a library of ready-made guides tested on real listings. Most videos mix the two layers.
Around that sit the production essentials: an AI voice-over advertised in more than thirty languages, captions synchronised to it, licensed background music, and branding with the agent's logo, photo, contact details and brand colours. Transitions between shots are adjustable, and a built-in editor lets you change clip speed, reverse a movement, crop or trim at no extra cost. Photographs are uploaded directly or pulled in by pasting a Zillow or MLS listing link. Exports are watermark-free MP4 files in 1080p, 1080p Enhanced or 4K, delivered in 16:9, 9:16 and 1:1 at no extra charge.
The publisher claims more than 50,000 videos produced and active users in over 75 countries, covering residential sales and rentals, holiday lets, commercial premises and off-plan developments. Turnaround is advertised at roughly five minutes.

When to use Amplifiles / When not to
A quick filter to help you decide if Amplifiles is the right fit.
When to use Amplifiles
- Real estate agents who want a video on every listing without booking a videographer
- Real estate photographers adding video as a paid upsell to an existing photo shoot
- Brokerages standardising listing video production and branding across all their agents
- Marketing coordinators producing videos in bulk for several listings and several agents at once
- Owners and managers of rentals, holiday lets or commercial premises marketing a property from photos alone
When not to use Amplifiles
- Anyone who needs genuine filmed footage: Amplifiles only animates still photographs
- Buyers with contractual GDPR requirements, since no DPA, named subprocessor list or security certification is published
- Anyone unwilling to grant the publisher a perpetual worldwide licence over the generated videos, as section 4.2 of the Terms requires
- Developers expecting an API, single sign-on or a mobile app: the tool is browser-only
- Users outside real estate, as the animations, guides and presets are all built around property listings
How to use Amplifiles
A typical end-to-end flow, from setup to results.
- Create an account on the Amplifiles studio; the 1,200 free credits are granted on signup and no payment card is requested
- Upload the listing photographs, or paste a Zillow or MLS link and let the tool fetch them
- Check that the images are of standard MLS quality; no professional camera is required
- Pick a camera movement for each photo from the Quick Animations library, or let the tool apply a style across the set
- Add Creative Mode clips where they matter most, either by writing a prompt or by choosing a ready-made guide
- Choose the voice-over language and style, then enable the synchronised captions
- Add the background music and the branding elements: logo, agent photo, contact details and brand colours
- Select the aspect ratio and let the tool render; the video is announced as ready in about five minutes
- Fine-tune the result in the built-in editor: clip speed, direction of movement, cropping and clip length, all at no extra cost
- Export the MP4 in 1080p, 1080p Enhanced or 4K, then publish it to MLS, social media or an email campaign
Pros & Cons
Pros
- A finished video in about five minutes, with no shoot, no crew and no editing skills required
- A low and legible entry price: $1.50 per image, illustrated by the publisher with a seven-image video at $10.50
- 1,200 free credits on signup, enough for a complete eight-image video, with no payment card requested
- The three aspect ratios are exported at no extra charge, and no watermark is applied
- Purpose-built for real estate rather than a generic video tool, with animations and guides designed for property photos
- The built-in editor is included, so corrections do not consume additional credits
- A European publisher under Finnish law, with GDPR compliance claimed explicitly and the supervisory authority named
Cons
- Section 4.2 of the Terms grants the publisher a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence over the generated videos, without compensation or right of review, and it survives the end of the contract
- No DPA is published, no subprocessor is named and no security certification such as SOC 2 or ISO 27001 is displayed
- The hosting country is never stated, and processing outside the EU/EEA is expressly contemplated
- No documented way to exclude your data from AI model training; the subject is not addressed at all
- No API, no single sign-on and no mobile application: the tool is usable in a browser only
- The subscription block on the pricing page still displays unsubstituted template values, so the real monthly figure is only found in the FAQs and on the company's information page
- All sales are final unless the publisher decides otherwise, and credits expire twelve months after issue with no monetary value
Pricing & Plans
There is no permanent free plan. Every new account receives 1,200 free credits, enough for one complete eight-image video, and no payment card is required to claim them. Beyond that, the lowest price point is USD 1.50 per image, that is 150 credits, on the pay-as-you-go option; the publisher illustrates this with a seven-image video at USD 10.50. Monthly subscriptions begin at USD 29 per month for 23 images, roughly USD 1.26 per image, and the per-image price falls to about USD 1.00 on the highest tier. Standard 1080p export is included at no charge, while 1080p Enhanced costs 5 credits per second and 4K costs 10 credits per second. Creative Mode is billed separately at USD 0.30 per second of animation plus USD 0.20 per image edit. Enterprise pricing is mentioned for high-volume accounts and brokerage-wide rollouts, without a published figure.

Data, GDPR & hosting
A consolidated view of how Amplifiles handles your data.
GDPR overview
GDPR compliance is claimed explicitly. The privacy notice, updated 18 February 2026, names Aava AI Oy as data controller and states that it complies with Finnish and European data protection law, including the GDPR. Processing rests on contract, consent, legitimate interest and legal obligation. The rights listed are access, rectification, erasure, withdrawal of consent, objection, restriction and portability, exercised in writing at hello@amplifiles.ai, and the supervisory authority is named: the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman in Helsinki. Transfers outside the EU/EEA are possible under Standard Contractual Clauses (Article 46). A separate notice covers California residents. What is missing is documentary rather than substantive: no DPA, no named list of subprocessors and no designated data protection officer. No Article 27 representative applies, the controller being established in the EU.
Who owns the data?
Under section 4.1 of the Terms you keep ownership of everything you upload, including photographs, video, audio, text and brand assets, and Aava AI Oy claims no ownership of that original material. Section 4.2 is the trade-off. By generating videos through the service you grant the publisher a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, display, distribute and showcase the generated videos for its own marketing, promotional, sales, product-demonstration and investor purposes. That licence requires no compensation, no attribution and no approval from you, and it remains in force even after you stop using the service.
Reuse rights
The finished file is yours to use without asking permission. Amplifiles states that its videos can be uploaded to MLS, shared on social media, embedded in email campaigns or resold by photographers as an upsell, and exports carry no watermark. The responsibilities sit with you: section 4.3 of the Terms requires you to hold every right, licence and consent needed for the photographs you upload, and section 4.5 makes you solely accountable for ensuring the result is not misleading and complies with advertising and consumer-protection law. The publisher does not monitor, review or verify what you produce. Section 4.4 adds that AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies and must be reviewed and approved by you before publication.

Hosting summary
No hosting country and no hosting region are named anywhere on the site. What is established is the jurisdiction: the data controller is Aava AI Oy, established at Tampere in Finland, and the Terms are governed by Finnish law, with disputes heard by the District Court of Pirkanmaa. The privacy notice states that personal data may be processed outside the EU/EEA and that, where that happens, safeguards such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses or another mechanism permitted under Article 46 of the GDPR are put in place. Subprocessors are described only by category, namely hosting, analytics and payment processing, and are never named; Google and Meta are identified for advertising and conversion tracking. The declared security measures are access controls, encryption and secure infrastructure, with access limited to authorised personnel. Readers who need to know where their listing photographs physically reside will have to ask, because the published documentation does not say.
Things to keep in mind
Risks and trade-offs to weigh before adopting Amplifiles.
- The perpetual licence of Terms 4.2 lets the publisher reuse your generated videos in its own marketing and investor material indefinitely, with no compensation, no attribution and no right of review
- Virtual staging, added people and AI close-ups produce a property that never looked that way; check your local disclosure obligations for retouched imagery in a listing before publishing
- Terms 4.4 states that AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies and offers no guarantee of regulatory fitness, leaving you solely responsible for reviewing every video before it goes out
- Terms 4.3 and 4.5 place the burden of image rights and of advertising compliance entirely on you, and the publisher does not monitor or verify what you create
- Convenience can erode judgement: a video generated in five minutes invites less scrutiny than one edited by hand, exactly when a misleading representation carries the most consequence
- Commercially, all sales are final unless the publisher decides otherwise, prices can change at any time, and credits expire twelve months after issue with no monetary value
- No minimum age is stated anywhere in the Terms or the privacy notice
Setup & Integrations
Technical difficulty
Very low. There is nothing to install: Amplifiles runs in the browser and an email signup is all that is required. No API key, no single sign-on and no connector needs configuring, and the publisher explicitly claims that no video editing skill is needed. The only real preparation is having listing photographs of standard MLS quality, which most agents and photographers already do. The 1,200 free credits granted at signup mean a first video can be produced immediately, without a payment card, so the setup effort is essentially the time it takes to upload a folder of images.

Should you pick Amplifiles?
Amplifiles is a deliberately narrow tool: it makes listing videos out of photographs, and nothing else. Within that scope it is convincing. Five minutes of turnaround and $1.50 per image sit against the $300 to $500 the publisher cites for a filmed shoot, the three aspect ratios cost nothing extra, exports carry no watermark, and the built-in editor lets you fix a clip without spending more credits. For an agent who currently puts video only on the expensive listings, or a photographer looking for an upsell that costs no extra shoot day, the arithmetic is straightforward.
Two reservations deserve attention. The first is contractual and is the heaviest point in the file: section 4.2 of the Terms grants the publisher a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence over the videos you generate, for its own marketing, sales and investor purposes, with no compensation, no attribution and no right of approval, and that licence outlives your use of the service. A property you sold may therefore reappear in the publisher's own communications. The second is documentary: GDPR compliance is claimed explicitly and the Finnish supervisory authority is named, but there is no DPA, no named subprocessor, no stated hosting country and no security certification, which will stop a procurement process that requires them.
Worth remembering too: the company is young, the domain was registered in January 2024, and the impressive figures on the site, 50,000 videos and 94% satisfaction, are the publisher's own claims, as are the three five-star testimonials. Take them as positioning rather than measurement, and judge the tool on the free credits it hands out before asking for a card.
