GDPR overview

GDPR implementation is concrete and documented. The privacy policy, dated 21 October 2025, names JSC EasyODM (company code 306407301, Vilnius) as data controller and sets out the Article 6 legal bases: consent for analytics and marketing, contract performance for sales and support, legitimate interest for product improvement and security. Seven data subject rights are listed - access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent - exercised through hello@grainodm.com. Transfers outside the EEA are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions, and the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate is named as supervisory authority. Who owns the data?

The terms draw a clear line. Grain analysis data belongs to the customer and never leaves the customer's premises: GrainODM runs on edge computing, and JSC EasyODM states it does not collect, store or have access to any analysis data.
