Overview

What is SalesTalk?

SalesTalk is a Danish conversational AI platform that turns recorded sales calls into measurable performance data. It plugs into the dialer a team already uses rather than replacing it, and analyses every conversation instead of the handful a manager has time to listen to.

The platform is organised in five modules. Performance Analysis transcribes calls and scores them phase by phase against the AIDA model, producing per-seller feedback and a coaching function for one-to-one meetings. Compliance runs a structured QA framework built around GDPR and Danish legislation: it validates that consent was obtained, that the binding period was stated, that a meeting was booked and that the call was documented, then assigns a QA score and lets a manager return a lead to the agent with the missing check attached. AI Recommendations reads the same transcripts for churn risk and decision signals and suggests a concrete action per lead. Reporting aggregates the coaching data into weekly reports showing highlights, friction areas and talking points for the next one-to-one. Handover generates a structured summary of a won deal, covering the sales process, the agreed solution, customer expectations, next steps and the quality check, so customer success does not have to ask.

Frameworks are not fixed. The AIDA model ships as standard, and the vendor also offers specialised frameworks for meeting booking, B2B sales and insurance, developed with its own customers; the paid tier adds custom frameworks and customer-defined metrics. The dashboard exposes churn risk, performance, compliance, missing consent, next-step rate and a phase funnel, together with an employee leaderboard and a built-in AI assistant that answers questions about staff, campaigns and scores in plain language.

Data reaches the platform three ways: a native dialer integration, a CSV upload, or a documented REST transcription API with webhooks. The product is a web application reached at app.salestalk.dk, behind a login. Interface and content are published natively in Danish and English, with Danish as the default processing language.

What it does

  • Transcribe every sales call automatically instead of listening to a manual sample
  • Score each conversation phase by phase against the AIDA model or a custom framework
  • Check consent, binding period, meeting booking and documentation, and assign a QA score
  • Send a lead back to the agent with the specific missing quality check attached
  • Identify churn risk and decision signals per lead and propose a concrete next action
  • Prioritise which leads sellers should call first from their interaction history
  • Generate a weekly coaching report and a structured sales-to-customer-success handover

When to use SalesTalk / When not to

A quick filter to help you decide if SalesTalk is the right fit.

When to use SalesTalk

  • Sales managers who run one-to-one coaching sessions and want the call context behind a falling hit rate
  • Outbound and inbound teams already working on a dialer such as Adversus, Enreach or Zylinc
  • Contact centres handling high call volumes where manual sampling only covers a fraction of conversations
  • Insurance and subscription businesses that must evidence consent, binding periods and the right of withdrawal on every call
  • Customer success teams that inherit won deals and need a structured handover instead of a verbal briefing

When not to use SalesTalk

  • Buyers who need a published price before talking to anyone: only the free tier has a figure, the paid tier is quoted
  • Teams wanting self-service sign-up, since both plans route to a booked demo rather than a checkout
  • Organisations with a strict vendor-compliance process, because no privacy policy, terms or DPA are published online
  • Companies selling outside Danish and English, as the interface ships in two languages and processing defaults to Danish
  • Field sales teams without call recording, since the platform analyses recorded conversations rather than meetings
  • Anyone expecting a mobile app: there is no iOS or Android release

How to use SalesTalk

A typical end-to-end flow, from setup to results.

  1. Book a demo through the scheduling widget, or send the contact form: both pricing tiers, including the free one, route to the same booking step
  2. Agree a plan with the vendor, who then opens the account, since there is no self-service sign-up
  3. Sign in to the web platform at app.salestalk.dk with the credentials provided
  4. Connect the existing dialer, choosing between the Adversus, Enreach or Zylinc integrations
  5. Alternatively, upload calls as a CSV file from within the application, or push them through the transcription API
  6. For the API route, request a key from your account manager and authenticate every request with a Bearer token
  7. Submit audio either as a URL or as a direct upload, tagging each call with your own external call identifier
  8. Collect results by polling the transcription endpoints or by registering a webhook and verifying its HMAC signature
  9. Configure campaigns, frameworks, KPIs and employees inside the platform so calls are scored against the right model
  10. Review the dashboard, leaderboards and weekly reports, and share them with sellers ahead of one-to-one meetings

Pros & Cons

Pros

  • Covers one hundred percent of calls rather than the sample a manager can listen to by hand
  • Compliance checks are built for the Danish framework specifically, including binding period and right of withdrawal, not just generic GDPR
  • Custom frameworks and customer-defined metrics on the paid tier, alongside industry models built with existing customers
  • A permanent free tier makes evaluation possible without a contract, at ten calls and one report per month
  • A genuinely documented REST API with webhooks, idempotency on your own call identifier and pagination
  • Native integrations with three dialer and contact-centre platforms used across the Nordic market
  • Interface and documentation published natively in both Danish and English

Cons

  • No published price beyond the free tier: the Pro plan is quoted, and both tiers lead to a booked demo
  • No privacy policy and no terms of service at all, the two footer links being inert placeholders
  • No company name, postal address or contact email anywhere on the marketing site
  • No DPA, no subprocessor list, no retention period and no stated position on training models with customer data
  • The five compliance labels on the homepage are self-declared, with no certificate number or auditing body behind them
  • API documentation sits behind a login, is linked from no page and is absent from the sitemap
  • No named customer and no verifiable testimonial: every figure and name on the screenshots is demonstration data
Pricing

Pricing & Plans

Two tiers are published and only one of them carries a figure. The Starter plan is free and permanent, limited to ten calls and one report per month with standard frameworks. The Pro plan, marked as the most popular, is advertised at a custom price with no amount, no currency and no billing unit, and grants unlimited calls, campaigns and reporting plus custom frameworks, lead qualification, dialer integration and AI recommendations. Both tiers carry the same call to action, a booked demo, so the entry price of the paid plan is not public and must be obtained from the vendor. API keys are likewise issued by an account manager rather than self-served.

Starter - Free - Test SalesTalk
  • 10 calls per month
  • standard frameworks
  • 1 report per month
Pro - Custom - Unlimited access for your team (marked Most popular)
  • everything in Starter
  • plus unlimited calls
  • unlimited campaigns
  • custom frameworks
  • unlimited reporting
  • lead qualification

Trust & Privacy

Data, GDPR & hosting

A consolidated view of how SalesTalk handles your data.

GDPR overview

The homepage runs a compliance banner claiming GDPR-compliant, DORA-compliant, Privacy-first, high data security and two-factor authentication. None of these labels carries a certificate number, an auditing body or a supporting document, and the site publishes no privacy policy, no terms of service and no legal notice: both footer links are dead. There is no named controller, no GDPR contact address and no Article 27 representative, which is consistent with a publisher established inside the EU. A cookie banner does offer genuine granular consent across necessary, statistics and marketing categories, with a reject option. Note that GDPR is mostly the product's subject rather than a statement about the vendor: the compliance module checks whether the customer's own sellers obtained consent during a call.

Who owns the data?

No answer can be given from published documents, because SalesTalk publishes none. The privacy policy and terms of service links in the site footer are inert placeholders that lead nowhere, and no legal notice, data processing agreement or ownership clause exists anywhere on the domain. The only related statement the vendor makes is technical, in its API documentation: audio files submitted for transcription are stored in Google Cloud Storage, and a delete call performs a soft delete by setting a record inactive rather than erasing it. Who owns recordings, transcripts and derived scores, and what SalesTalk may do with them, is therefore undocumented and must be settled contractually before any deployment.

Reuse rights

Nothing is contractually defined, since no terms of service or privacy policy are published. What the product does with data can only be reconstructed from the API reference: calls arrive as an audio URL or an uploaded file together with metadata such as an external call identifier, agent name, company name, company identifier and customer identifier; SalesTalk transcribes them, generates AI summaries and notifies the customer's own systems through signed webhooks. Customers can pull transcripts and summaries back out at any time and push leads into their dialer, so the operational data flows both ways. Whether the customer may reuse that output freely, and whether the vendor may reuse it in turn, is not stated anywhere.

Data retention & training

Retention summary
No retention rule is published. SalesTalk offers no privacy policy, no terms of service and no security page, so there is no stated period for keeping call recordings, transcripts, AI summaries or the performance scores derived from them, and no description of anonymisation or deletion practice. The only related detail appears in the API documentation, where removing a webhook endpoint performs a soft delete that marks the record inactive rather than erasing it, and where undelivered webhook events are abandoned after four failed attempts. Neither of those concerns customer conversation data. Retention therefore has to be agreed directly with the vendor.

Hosting summary

SalesTalk publishes no hosting statement: no country, no region and no provider is declared on the marketing site, which carries neither a privacy policy nor a security page. The single relevant statement the vendor makes appears in its API documentation, where uploaded audio files are described as stored in Google Cloud Storage. That names a provider, not a jurisdiction, and it covers files submitted through the API rather than the platform as a whole. Several infrastructure details are observable from the site itself, but they are technical artefacts rather than commitments by the publisher, so they have not been recorded as facts here. Given a Danish publisher and a product built around Danish legal compliance, EU hosting is plausible but unconfirmed, and any buyer with a data residency requirement should obtain it in writing before deployment.

Watch-outs

Things to keep in mind

Risks and trade-offs to weigh before adopting SalesTalk.

  • The publisher is not named anywhere on the site: no legal entity, no postal address and no contact email appear on any page, so the counterparty behind a call-recording contract has to be identified from public registers
  • No privacy policy and no terms of service exist, the footer links being inert placeholders, which leaves data ownership, retention and reuse contractually undefined
  • The homepage claims GDPR and DORA compliance and high data security, but every one of those labels is self-declared, with no certificate number, no auditing body and no supporting document
  • The tool records, transcribes and scores conversations with customers, so the organisation deploying it carries the duty to inform both its own staff and the people they call, and that duty is not discharged by the vendor
  • Scoring individual employees on every call can shift coaching into surveillance: the vendor's own pitch is that feedback should feel like a gift rather than a critique, and the difference lies in how a manager uses the leaderboard
  • Trusting an automatic AIDA score or churn prediction without listening to the conversation replaces one blind spot with another, and the transcript remains the evidence, not the number
  • The vendor states no position on whether customer conversations are used to train models, and no opt-out is documented, so nothing prevents it contractually
Setup

Setup & Integrations

Technical difficulty

Low to moderate, but not self-service. There is no sign-up form: the account is opened by the vendor after a demo. Connecting a supported dialer is presented as automated, with onboarding included, and requires no change of telephony system. A CSV upload path exists for teams without an integration. The technical work only appears on the API route, where a Bearer key must be requested from an account manager and webhook signatures verified with HMAC-SHA256. The heavier effort is organisational rather than technical: defining campaigns, frameworks, KPIs and employee records so that calls are scored against a model that matches the business.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What does SalesTalk actually do?
It transcribes recorded sales calls, scores each conversation phase against a framework such as the AIDA model, checks compliance points like consent and binding period, flags churn risk on leads, and turns all of it into coaching reports and handover summaries for the sales manager.
Do we have to change our phone system to use it?
No. SalesTalk connects to the dialer you already run, with native integrations for Adversus, Enreach and Zylinc. If your dialer is not on that list, the vendor invites you to ask, as it says it is continuously building new integrations.
How much does it cost?
There is a permanent free Starter tier covering ten calls and one report per month. The paid Pro tier is advertised at a custom price with no figure published, so the entry cost has to be obtained by booking a demo. No currency or billing unit is stated anywhere.
Is there an API?
Yes. A REST transcription API version 1 is published at api.salestalk.dk/v1, with Bearer authentication, endpoints to submit audio by URL or upload, lookups by SalesTalk or by your own call identifier, and signed webhooks. Keys are issued by an account manager and the reference itself requires a sign-in.
Which languages are supported?
The interface and all published content exist in Danish and English. On the API, the processing language defaults to Danish and is set per call with a standard BCP-47 language code.
Is there a mobile app?
No. Searches of both the Apple App Store and Google Play return nothing for SalesTalk, and the site carries no store badge. Access is through the web platform at app.salestalk.dk.
How does the compliance module work?
It applies a structured QA framework to every conversation, checking that consent was obtained, that the binding period was mentioned, that a meeting was booked and that the call was documented. Each call receives a QA score, and a manager can return a lead to the agent with the specific missing check attached.
Does the site publish a privacy policy or terms of service?
No. The footer displays both links, but they point nowhere, and no corresponding page exists on the domain. There is also no data processing agreement, no subprocessor list and no stated retention period.
What audio formats and file sizes does the API accept?
The upload endpoint accepts MP3, MP4, M4A, WAV, OGG, WEBM, FLAC and AAC files, up to a maximum of 32 MB. Larger recordings can be submitted by passing a URL instead of the file itself.
Who publishes SalesTalk?
A Danish company based in Nakskov, incorporated on 5 September 2023, under which SalesTalk ApS is a registered secondary name. The site itself names no legal entity, so the publisher had to be established from the Danish business register and the domain registration record.
Conclusion

Should you pick SalesTalk?

SalesTalk is a focused, credible answer to a problem its founders describe from experience: a sales manager sees a hit rate fall without ever knowing what was said on the calls behind it. Rather than another dashboard, the platform analyses every conversation, scores it against a framework the customer can shape, and hands back coaching material, compliance evidence and lead priorities. The Danish angle is a real differentiator, since the quality checks are written around consent, binding period and right of withdrawal rather than generic regulation.

The engineering is more mature than the company's age suggests. The transcription API is properly documented, with signed webhooks, a retry schedule, idempotency on the customer's own call identifier and pagination, which is unusual at this stage.

The reservations are commercial and legal rather than technical. No price is published beyond the free tier, and both plans funnel into a booked demo. More seriously, the site publishes no privacy policy, no terms of service, no legal entity and no postal address: the two footer links are inert placeholders. That sits awkwardly beside a homepage banner claiming GDPR and DORA compliance, and it leaves the questions any buyer of a call-recording tool must ask, on data ownership, retention and model training, entirely unanswered. The API reference is genuine but hidden behind a login and linked from nowhere, and the announced blog has not launched.

For a Danish sales organisation already running a supported dialer, the free tier makes evaluation cheap and the product concept is sound. Anyone with a formal vendor-compliance process should expect to obtain the contractual documentation directly from the vendor, because none of it exists online.
