SiteLove
SiteLove turns a Google Maps business listing into a complete, hosted website in roughly 90 seconds. Every generated site ships with a working backend (booking, contact forms, WhatsApp and Instagram widgets) and is ready to resell to local businesses.
What is SiteLove?
SiteLove is a B2B SaaS platform, operated by PrimeVision Group LLC, that compresses the whole business of making and selling small-business websites into a few clicks. The input is deliberately minimal: you paste a Google Maps listing. The AI reads that listing, extracts the business name, address, opening hours, phone number, photos and reviews, writes copy in the voice of that business, and publishes a finished site in under 90 seconds.
The claim the company leans on hardest is that it does not stop at the front end. Where most AI builders hand back static pages, every SiteLove site arrives with a working backend: online appointment booking, a contact form, a WhatsApp chat button, an embedded Google Map, a Google reviews block and an Instagram feed. The in-product guide states all of these are included at no extra cost. Hosting on a global CDN, SSL and built-in SEO come with the subscription, so there is nothing to install and nothing to configure on a server.
Editing is visual rather than technical. Edit Mode is one keystroke away, you click any element and describe the change you want, and the result goes live globally straight away. Components, sections and whole pages can be added or removed, with a real-time mobile preview alongside.
Where SiteLove differs from a plain website builder is the commercial layer bolted on top. You can search for and buy a domain inside the product, connect one you already own, or point a branding domain at every site you produce. You can then sell the finished site to the business owner through Stripe Connect, generating a payment link or an invoice, and follow it with a monthly maintenance plan billed as a subscription. In those transactions you are the Merchant of Record: the money lands in your own Stripe account, and the tax, support and refund obligations towards your client are yours. SiteLove takes a platform fee that falls from 3% on the free plan to 1% on Agency. A dashboard tracks projects, orders, revenue and your sales funnel. Fifteen industry templates cover bakeries, bars, barbershops, cafes, gyms, hair salons, nail studios, pizzerias, plumbers, restaurants and tattoo studios, and the interface runs in fourteen locales.

When to use SiteLove
- Freelance web designers who sell websites to local shops, restaurants and salons
- Side hustlers building a website business with no coding or design background
- Small agencies that need to deliver client sites at volume rather than one at a time
- Local business owners who want their own professional site without hiring anyone
- Entrepreneurs looking to layer recurring maintenance retainers on top of one-off sales
When not to use SiteLove
- Developers who need an API: SiteLove publishes no public API and no developer documentation
- Teams that require a native mobile app, since the product is browser-only
- Online-only ventures with no Google Maps listing to seed the generation from
- Brands that need bespoke visual identity rather than an industry template
- Enterprise buyers who require a DPA, SOC 2 or ISO evidence, none of which is offered
How to use SiteLove
A typical end-to-end flow, from setup to results.
- Create an account with an email address or sign in with Google or Apple
- Paste a Google Maps business link on the home page, or simply describe the business in the chat
- Optionally skip the link: it is only there to import the name, reviews and photos automatically
- Pick a style for the industry, from Modern, Classic or Bold
- Confirm, and wait roughly 90 seconds for the site to go live
- Press Cmd+K, or use the button, to switch into Edit Mode
- Click any element and describe the change you want it to make
- Open Features in the dashboard, hit Setup and follow the two or three step wizard for booking, WhatsApp, forms, maps, reviews or Instagram
- Buy or connect a domain, add the DNS records shown, and let SSL be issued automatically
- Connect Stripe, send the client a payment link or invoice, then attach a monthly maintenance plan
Pros & Cons
Pros
- Extremely short production time: a live site from a single link in about 90 seconds
- No technical skill required at any stage; hosting, SSL, CDN and SEO are all handled
- Generated sites carry a working backend rather than being static mockups
- A permanent free plan with one site a month and no credit card asked for
- Payment, invoicing and recurring billing are built in, not bolted on afterwards
- Platform fee falls as the plan grows, from 3% down to 1% per transaction
- Thorough legal documents, dated, with all nine subprocessors named and located
Cons
- No postal address is published anywhere, and no incorporation date can be verified
- A single email address covers support, legal and GDPR requests alike
- No public API, no developer documentation and no native mobile app
- No DPA, no SOC 2 or ISO certification, and no Article 27 EU representative
- Three first-party sources still publish an outdated price list and a plan name that no longer exists
- Governing law and jurisdiction sit in the Emirate of Dubai, far from a European user
- Cancelling refunds nothing pro rata, generation quotas do not roll over, and termination can take client sites offline
Pricing & Plans
A permanent free plan is available, covering one website per month on a sitelove.io subdomain with a 3% platform fee, and it does not require a credit card. Data, GDPR & hosting
A consolidated view of how SiteLove handles your data.
GDPR overview
The privacy policy addresses the GDPR directly rather than in passing. It names four lawful bases (contract, legitimate interest, consent, legal obligation) and states that for users in the EEA these align with GDPR requirements. Seven data subject rights are listed, with a thirty-day response commitment at team@sitelove.io. International transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework certifications and adequacy decisions. Nine subprocessors are published with purpose and location, and non-essential analytics cookies require prior consent, enforced by a consent script that denies everything by default across thirty EEA countries. Two gaps stand out: no Article 27 EU representative is designated even though the operator sits outside the EU, and no Data Protection Officer or DPA is mentioned anywhere.
Who owns the data?
Under section 6.3 of the terms, you keep ownership of everything you upload or type in, including business details, images and text. In exchange you grant PrimeVision Group LLC a limited licence to process, store and display that content purely to run the service. The platform itself works the other way round: software, templates, design systems, algorithms and interface stay the exclusive property of PrimeVision Group LLC (section 6.1). Personal data is controlled by the same company, reachable only at team@sitelove.io, and is shared with nine named subprocessors covering payments, hosting, authentication and support.
Reuse rights
Section 6.2 grants a non-exclusive, worldwide licence over the websites you generate, valid for as long as your subscription is active and you comply with the terms. Within that licence you may use the sites for your own business, modify their content and styling, and sell or sub-licence them to end clients without asking further permission. Three limits apply. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile or extract the underlying templates, code architecture or generation system. You may not resell, sub-licence or redistribute access to SiteLove itself, which the terms treat as separate from selling the sites it produces. And section 5.1 makes you solely responsible for checking AI-generated names, addresses, phone numbers and descriptions before anything is published or sold. Cancelling keeps existing sites online but limits further generation; termination may take hosted sites offline altogether.
Data retention & training
Hosting summary
PrimeVision Group LLC is the data controller, reachable at team@sitelove.io, and the terms place governing law in the Emirate of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The privacy policy names nine subprocessors with their purpose and location: Stripe for payments, Amazon Web Services for backend infrastructure and email in the us-east-1 region, Google and Apple for authentication, all in the United States; Crisp for live chat in the European Union, specifically France; Cloudflare for CDN, storage, DNS and bot protection, Vercel for frontend hosting and Upstash for caching, all described as global; and Supabase for database and authentication, described only as cloud-hosted. Data may be transferred outside your country of residence, notably to the United States and the European Union, relying on Standard Contractual Clauses, EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework certifications and adequacy decisions. Encryption is applied in transit and at rest, with role-based access controls. No hosting region can be chosen by the customer, and no SOC 2 or ISO certification is claimed.
Things to keep in mind
Risks and trade-offs to weigh before adopting SiteLove.
- The home page advertises average earnings of 8,400 USD a month while section 11 of the terms guarantees no revenue or outcome whatsoever: treat the figures as marketing, not forecasting
- AI writes the copy from a Google Maps listing, and section 5.1 makes you solely responsible for checking every name, address, phone number and description before publishing
- Publishing a site about a real business you do not represent can misstate its details in public, with reputational and legal consequences for both parties
- You are the Merchant of Record on every client sale, so tax, customer service, disputes and refunds are your obligations, not SiteLove's
- Hosting is tied to your subscription: terminating the account can take your clients' live sites offline, which turns a platform decision into your problem
- Shared industry templates mean several clients in the same town can end up with visibly similar sites
- With no postal address published and jurisdiction in Dubai, practical recourse from Europe is limited, and an outdated price list still circulates in the site's own machine-readable files
Setup & Integrations
Technical difficulty
Very low for normal use. You sign up by email or through Google or Apple, paste a Google Maps link, choose a style and confirm; nothing is installed and no server is configured. Editing is visual, and switching features on runs through a two or three step wizard. Only two steps ask anything of you. Pointing a custom or branding domain at the platform means adding the DNS records shown, though SSL is then issued automatically. Taking payment means creating and verifying a Stripe Connect account, which is administrative rather than technical.

Should you pick SiteLove?
SiteLove is unusually clear about what it is for. It does not try to be a general website builder: it takes a Google Maps listing, turns it into a sellable site in about 90 seconds, and then hands you the tooling to charge someone for it. The differentiator it argues hardest, and the one that holds up in its own documentation, is that each site arrives with a working backend rather than a static layout. Booking, forms, WhatsApp, maps, reviews and an Instagram feed are included, alongside hosting, SSL and a global CDN. The commercial layer is genuinely complete: domains, Stripe Connect, payment links, invoices and recurring maintenance billing all sit inside the product.
Pricing is modest and legible. A permanent free plan lets you judge the output before paying anything; 9 USD a month covers a single business that wants its own site, and the reseller range runs from 19 to 199 USD a month with a platform fee that falls as you grow.
The reservations are real and worth weighing. No postal address is published anywhere, no verifiable incorporation date exists, and a single email address handles support, legal and privacy requests alike. There is no API, no mobile app, no DPA and no certification. Governing law sits in Dubai. The site's own llms.txt, its home page structured data and section 7.3 of its terms all still carry a price list and a plan name that have been superseded, which is a maintenance failure worth noting. And the earnings figures on the home page are pitched hard while the terms guarantee no results at all. Judged on the product rather than the promises, it is a well-scoped tool for site resellers and small local businesses that do not need bespoke design.
