GDPR compliance is claimed in so many words: the privacy policy states that Devi is compliant with GDPR data protection guidelines and points readers to gdpr.eu for their rights. Who owns the data?
The terms draw a clean line. Anything you upload stays yours: Devi AI LLC states plainly that it claims no ownership over your content. The reverse also holds, since the interfaces, graphics and code of the service belong to the company or its licensors. You remain responsible for what you publish, and you must indemnify the vendor if your content infringes third-party rights.
