GDPR overview
GDPR is addressed concretely, though not exhaustively. WrxFlo Limited declares itself data controller and refers explicitly to the EU General Data Protection Regulation. The privacy policy enumerates the six data subject rights — access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability — and states that consent may be withdrawn at any time without retroactive effect. It names the Irish Data Protection Commission as the supervisory authority for complaints and gives its telephone number. Legal bases for each processing purpose are set out. Several elements are missing: no DPO is designated, no dedicated GDPR email address is published (rights are exercised through a web form), no effective or last-updated date appears on the policy, and although international transfers are contemplated, no transfer mechanism such as standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision is named. Who owns the data?
WrxFlo publishes no terms and conditions, so ownership of customer operational data is not defined anywhere publicly. The only legal document on the site is the privacy policy, which covers personal data relating to the website and the application, and names WrxFlo Limited as data controller for that processing. It states that users of the Services can view, edit and delete their own personal information at any time, and that website administrators can also see and edit it. WrxFlo names no hosting country or region. The privacy policy states only that information is processed at WrxFlo's operating offices and in any other place where the parties involved in the processing are located, and that data may therefore be transferred outside the user's own jurisdiction; the company undertakes to ensure adequate controls but names no transfer mechanism. On the product side, the platform page says data is stored either in the cloud, accessible worldwide, or on local servers, and the AI Suite page refers to data residency options, private deployments and VPC peering without identifying any specific region.
