linkeme Immo
Real-estate edition of the linkeme platform: it syncs property listings from an agency's own website, turns them into AI-written social posts, adds a dedicated Sold mode, and publishes them to LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and X.
What is linkeme Immo?
linkeme Immo is the real-estate edition of linkeme, an AI social media platform published by ECxAI OÜ, an Estonian company that also trades as Easylab AI. It addresses estate agencies and individual agents who want a consistent social presence without spending hours writing and scheduling posts. Rather than starting from a blank page, the tool takes the listings an agency already publishes on its own website and turns them into social content. Four capabilities are advertised on the product page. Automatic Synchronization imports the newest listings from the agency website the user designates. Total Control allows each post to be customised before distribution, or the whole sequence to be left on full automation. A dedicated Sold mode generates posts for properties that have just been sold, which the publisher frames as a way to build credibility with future sellers. Multi-platform publishing sends one post to LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and X simultaneously; the wider linkeme platform also lists Threads, TikTok and YouTube among its destinations. Underneath sits the general linkeme engine, which adds AI content generation, AI video generation, trend curation, seasonal and key-date awareness, an editorial strategy builder, a full-auto mode, smart scheduling and performance analytics. The publisher is unusually explicit about the models it relies on: its AI Governance page names Claude from Anthropic and GPT-4o-mini from OpenAI, both accessed through OpenRouter, for text; Nano Banana from Stability AI for images; Veo 3.1 from Google DeepMind through FAL.ai for video; Perplexity AI for trend research; and Firecrawl and Jina AI for website content extraction. It states that the text providers operate under zero-data-retention terms and that prompts are not used for model training. A documented product API is available: an OpenAPI 3.0.3 specification describes twenty-nine endpoints covering post generation, scheduling, validation, video generation and publishing to each supported network, authenticated by API key or Firebase token. The interface and content generation are offered in six languages: English, French, German, Spanish, Ukrainian and Russian.
What it does
- Import the latest property listings automatically from the agency's website
- Generate ready-to-publish social posts from each listing
- Publish to LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and X in a single click
- Produce dedicated posts for properties that have just been sold
- Edit and approve every post before it goes live, or hand the whole pipeline to automation
- Set publishing preferences and a content strategy once, then let them run
- Drive the same generation and publishing steps through a documented API
When to use linkeme Immo / When not to
A quick filter to help you decide if linkeme Immo is the right fit.
When to use linkeme Immo
- Estate agencies with no in-house marketing or social media team
- Independent estate agents who must stay visible while working in the field
- Lettings and leasing consultants promoting available units week after week
- Property managers who need a steady, low-effort publishing rhythm
- Agency owners who want every post reviewed before it goes live
When not to use linkeme Immo
- Agencies looking for a CRM, a valuation engine or transaction management, none of which this tool covers
- Buyers who need a published price before committing, since no rate is shown for this edition
- Professionals outside real estate, who are steered to the Personal, Car or Enterprise editions instead
- Teams whose listings live only in a portal or a spreadsheet rather than on an agency website
- Organisations that require a signed data processing agreement before onboarding, which is not offered here
How to use linkeme Immo
A typical end-to-end flow, from setup to results.
- Request a demo or sign in from the linkeme Immo page
- Connect the estate agency website so the tool can read its listings
- Let the platform synchronise the most recent properties automatically
- Define publishing preferences and the content strategy to follow
- Connect the LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and X accounts to publish to
- Review, edit and approve the posts the AI proposes for each listing
- Switch on the Sold mode for properties that have just been closed
- Move to full automation once the tone and rhythm are right
- Track results through the platform's performance analytics
- Optionally, drive generation and publishing from your own systems through the API
Pros & Cons
Pros
- Listings are pulled straight from the agency website, so nothing is retyped
- Every post can be reviewed and approved before it goes out
- The Sold mode addresses a genuinely sector-specific need
- AI governance is documented in four public PDFs, well beyond what comparable tools publish
- Every AI subprocessor is named individually, with the location of its data centres
- Text providers run under zero-data-retention terms, so content is not used for model training
- A public API and a six-language interface widen the tool well past a single-market product
Cons
- No price whatsoever is published for linkeme Immo, and there is no dedicated pricing page
- The only pricing anchor on the site displays the Personal range, which is a different product
- The privacy policy, terms and cookie policy are short and generic, with no retention period and no minimum age
- The Request a demo button leads to a sign-in screen rather than to an actual demonstration
- The sitemap omits the legal notice and the AI governance page, which carry most of the legal substance
- No property portal or website platform is named, so compatibility with a given agency site is unverifiable
- No competitor is named: the comparison table on the site sets linkeme against an anonymous Competitors column
Pricing & Plans
No price is published for linkeme Immo. The product page carries no amount at all and directs visitors to a demo request or a sign-in screen, so the starting price, currency and billing unit are deliberately left empty rather than filled from another product. Two price lists nonetheless exist on the site. The one actually displayed, on the home page and on the personal branding page, belongs to the Personal range: 9.99 EUR per month and 19.99 EUR per month, plus a custom Enterprise tier. A second list appears in the site's embedded translation dictionary but is rendered on no page: Starter at 19 EUR per month, Pro at 79 EUR per month and Video at 199 EUR per month. The publisher's own llms.txt file attaches that second list to its business range and classifies real estate as one of the business industry solutions, which makes it the range linkeme Immo belongs to — but no page states this as a price for the product itself. A 14-day free trial is offered without a credit card, and a free LinkedIn profile diagnostic is available before signing up. Whether a permanent free plan exists is not clearly stated.
Data, GDPR & hosting
A consolidated view of how linkeme Immo handles your data.
GDPR overview
GDPR implementation is documented rather than merely claimed. The legal notice designates a data protection officer, Julien Doussot, reachable at dpo@easylab.ai, and names the competent supervisory authority: the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate, Tatari 39, 10134 Tallinn. The privacy policy enumerates the rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability and objection. The AI Data Processing document of March 2026 goes further, citing contract performance under Article 6(1)(b) and legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) as legal bases, and covering transfers to the United States through the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework with standard contractual clauses as a fallback. A separate AI Governance page positions the publisher as a deployer under the EU AI Act. One caveat: the data processing agreements mentioned are those the publisher holds with its AI suppliers, not a DPA offered to customers.
Who owns the data?
The terms of service, last updated in February 2026, state that content generated through the service remains the customer's property, while the publisher keeps the rights to the underlying AI technology and algorithms. The privacy policy, also dated February 2026, lists what the publisher holds on its side: account details such as name, email and password, access tokens for the connected social accounts, usage and analytics data, and the generated content itself. The contracting party named in the legal notice is ECxAI OÜ, trading as Easylab AI, and Estonian law governs the relationship. Users keep rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability and objection over that data.
Reuse rights
Customers may reuse what the tool produces without asking permission: the terms place ownership of generated content with the user, so posts, captions and visuals can be published, edited or reused freely. The publisher's own use is bounded by the privacy policy, which limits processing to running the service, generating and publishing content on the user's behalf, improving and personalising the product, and sending service communications. The AI Data Processing document of March 2026 adds that only business context leaves the platform — brand description, company name and industry, extracted website text, past post samples, user guidelines and target language. Personal data belonging to the customer's own clients or employees is not sent to AI providers, and social media access tokens never leave the platform.
Data retention & training
Hosting summary
Hosting is split between two jurisdictions and the site is explicit about both. User content is stored in the European Union: the AI Data Processing document of March 2026 places generated posts, brand information and the website extraction cache in Google Firestore in the EU. The website itself is hosted in the United States, the legal notice naming Netlify, Inc., 44 Montgomery Street, Suite 300, San Francisco, as hosting provider, and AI calls are made server-side through Netlify Functions rather than from the browser. Several AI subprocessors also process data in the United States: OpenRouter, Perplexity AI and Firecrawl are listed as USA, FAL.ai as USA or EU, and Jina AI as EU. Those transfers are covered by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework where applicable, with standard contractual clauses as a fallback. Data in transit uses TLS 1.3, and tokens and credentials are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. The governing law is Estonian and the supervisory authority is the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate.
Things to keep in mind
Risks and trade-offs to weigh before adopting linkeme Immo.
- The legal notice names an Estonian company while the four AI governance PDFs, dated the same month, sign as a Luxembourg entity that appears nowhere else on the site: establish which one you are contracting with
- No price is published for this edition, so the cost of ownership cannot be assessed before entering a sales conversation
- The data processing agreements the publisher advertises are those it holds with its AI suppliers, not an agreement offered to you as a customer
- Handing publishing to full automation puts your professional reputation in the hands of a model: the approval step exists, and switching it off is a real risk
- Granting access tokens to your LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and X accounts gives a third party the ability to post in your name
- Customer-facing claims such as a 40% rise in viewing requests or 500+ businesses served come from testimonials and marketing copy, and are not independently verified
- Leaning on generated posts for every listing can erode an agent's own writing voice, which is often what differentiates them locally
Setup & Integrations
Technical difficulty
Low. Setup is presented as three steps with no technical work: connect the agency website, set publishing preferences, then let the tool generate and publish. Social accounts are linked in one click. The only real prerequisite is an agency website the platform can read, and since no portal or site platform is named, compatibility is worth checking during the demo. Teams wanting to drive the tool from their own systems can use the documented API, which requires developer time and an API key, but that path is optional.

Should you pick linkeme Immo?
linkeme Immo is a narrow, coherent product: it takes the listings an estate agency already publishes and turns them into social posts, with a Sold mode that shows real understanding of how agents build credibility. For a small agency with no marketing staff, that is a defensible proposition, and the human approval step before publication is a sensible default. What sets the publisher apart is its AI governance. Four public documents describe the AI systems in use, the risk classification, the human oversight workflow and the data flows to each supplier. Every subprocessor is named with the location of its data centres, text providers run under zero-data-retention terms, and retention periods are spelled out. Very few tools of this size publish that much. The contrast with the rest of the documentation is stark. The privacy policy, terms and cookie policy are short and generic, and the retention rules exist only inside a governance PDF that the sitemap does not even list. More importantly, no price is published for this edition at all: the amounts visible on the site belong to a different product line, and the range that real estate actually falls under appears only in a machine-readable file, displayed nowhere. A buyer therefore cannot know what linkeme Immo costs without requesting a demo. One inconsistency deserves attention: the legal notice names an Estonian company, while the four governance PDFs, dated the same month, sign as a Luxembourg entity that appears nowhere in the site's pages. Anyone about to sign should establish which entity they are contracting with before going further.
