Overview

What is Nuelink?

Nuelink is a social media management platform built around one idea: the posting queue should fill itself. It publishes to twelve networks - Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, Pinterest, YouTube, Threads, Bluesky, Google Business Profile, Telegram and Mastodon - and all twelve are included on every plan, with no per-channel surcharge.

Three routes feed the same queue. The first is manual: a visual calendar for planning posts one by one, or a bulk import that takes a month of content from a CSV file, a Google Sheet or a drag-and-drop. The second is automation, and it is where Nuelink separates itself from a straight scheduler. Connect a Shopify, Etsy, WooCommerce, Squarespace, Wix or Weebly store, a WordPress, Ghost, Medium, Substack or Blogger feed, a podcast on Spotify, Buzzsprout, Captivate, Castos or Transistor, a YouTube channel, an RSS source, or a review stream from Google Business, Facebook or Yelp, and every new item becomes a social post on the schedule you set. The third route is recent: connect Claude or ChatGPT to Nuelink's MCP server and ask for posts in plain language. The assistant drafts them and drops them into the queue, limited to the accounts and time slots already configured.

Content is organised into Collections, folders that each carry their own channels and weekly time slots, so promotions and blog snippets can follow different rhythms without manual sorting. The Queue drips them out and can be paused, shuffled or resumed in one click, while the Calendar shows the month at a glance. Agencies get Brands, up to thirty separate workspaces with their own channels, automations, analytics and role-based team or client access.

Around that core sit an engagement inbox gathering comments and mentions from seven networks, analytics covering followers, impressions, engagement and clicks with PDF export, a NueAI writing assistant metered in monthly credits, a nuel.ink link shortener with custom domains, a Nue.bio link-in-bio page and evergreen recycling. A public REST API, still labelled v1 Alpha, browser extensions for Chrome, Firefox and Edge, and an Android app complete the surface.

When to use Nuelink / When not to

A quick filter to help you decide if Nuelink is the right fit.

When to use Nuelink

  • Online sellers on Shopify, Etsy, WooCommerce, Wix or Squarespace who want every new product listing to become social posts on its own
  • Agencies and multi-brand operators juggling separate channels, calendars and client access across as many as 30 workspaces
  • Bloggers, newsletter writers and podcasters whose existing RSS, Substack or Spotify feed can drive the whole social calendar
  • Solo founders, coaches and consultants who need their channels to stay active without a daily posting habit
  • Teams already working with ChatGPT or Claude who would rather schedule posts by asking for them in plain language

When not to use Nuelink

  • Advertisers looking to plan or buy paid campaigns, since Nuelink handles organic publishing only
  • Agencies that need a white-labelled dashboard under their own brand, which Nuelink states it does not offer
  • Teams that require a non-English interface, as the product ships in English alone for now
  • Buyers who need a signed DPA, a subprocessor list or a stated hosting jurisdiction before procurement will sign off
  • Anyone wanting to try the product without entering card details, because the seven-day trial requires a credit card

Pros & Cons

Pros

  • All twelve networks are included on every plan, with no per-channel fee and no premium upgrade
  • Automation from external sources goes well beyond what a plain scheduler offers
  • API and MCP access ship with the entry plan and with the trial, so there is no developer tier to buy
  • Pricing is fully public, down to a plan-by-plan feature comparison table
  • Support is a stated strength: chat in around ten minutes, email within 24 hours, and a phone line
  • A 30-day money-back guarantee sits behind the subscription
  • Multi-brand workspaces with role-based client access make agency work practical rather than improvised

Cons

  • No legal entity name and no postal address appear anywhere on the site
  • No Data Processing Agreement, no subprocessor list and no stated hosting country
  • The GDPR page still reads as if the regulation were forthcoming, unchanged since 2018
  • The homepage FAQ advertises an iOS app, yet no App Store link exists anywhere on the site
  • The headline USD 12 per month depends on annual billing and a running anniversary promotion; the monthly rate is USD 18
  • A credit card is required before the seven-day trial starts
  • The interface is English only, and the public API is labelled v1 Alpha with several endpoints still pending

Data, GDPR & hosting

A consolidated view of how Nuelink handles your data.

GDPR overview

Nuelink claims GDPR compliance in plain terms. A dedicated GDPR page states that the company fully welcomes the regulation and describes account settings for rectifying data, erasing an account and opting out of marketing email; the FAQ answers that Nuelink is fully GDPR-compliant. The rights listed cover access, copies, erasure, portability, restriction and objection, with a thirty-day response commitment. Deletion requests go to privacy@nuelink.com, while the GDPR page points to support@nuelink.com for exercising rights. Two gaps qualify the claim. The GDPR page is still written in the future tense, dating from 2018, and appears never to have been refreshed. And the site publishes no Data Processing Agreement, no subprocessor list, no hosting jurisdiction, no Article 27 EU representative and no named data protection officer.

Who owns the data?

Nuelink's terms leave intellectual property in user content with the customer: anything posted to social platforms through the service, whether text, images, video or data, remains the user's own. Signing up grants Nuelink a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, non-sublicensable and limited licence to host, store, transfer, display, reproduce, reformat for display and distribute that content, strictly so the service can publish it. The platform itself, its materials and its interfaces, are owned and operated by Nuelink. Social account credentials are never held: the FAQ states that passwords are neither seen nor stored, connections running instead through each network's official API and access tokens.

Reuse rights

Nuelink places no restriction on what customers do with their own material. Content stays the user's property and can be reused, republished or taken elsewhere without asking permission; the licence granted to Nuelink exists only so it can format and publish posts to the connected networks. The privacy policy sets out what the company does with account data: verifying and managing accounts, processing card payments through Stripe, publishing content, sending service emails and newsletters, providing support, and clustering personal information for analytics. Third-party providers may receive some of it, though none are named anywhere on the site. Once a post reaches a social network, that platform's own policy governs it. Nothing published states that customer data feeds AI model training, and nothing states that it does not.

Data retention & training

Retention summary
Nuelink publishes no retention periods. The privacy policy commits only to deleting personal information, or storing it in a form that no longer identifies the user, once it is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected for. Deletion is user-initiated: delete the account through the help centre procedure, or email privacy@nuelink.com with the subject Data Deletion Request, after which the company says all personal data is permanently removed. Deleting a brand is described as irreversible, with no recovery possible on Nuelink's side either. One limit is stated plainly: deletion does not reach content already published on third-party social networks, which has to be removed from those platforms directly. No post-cancellation grace period or backup retention window is documented.
GDPR contact

Hosting summary

Nuelink discloses almost nothing about where customer data lives. No country, region, data centre or cloud provider is named on any page collected. The privacy policy goes only as far as hosting data on a secure server and/or a third-party password-protector, and mentions encryption specifically for billing and payment information in transit. Two-factor authentication is offered on accounts, and the FAQ states that social network passwords are never seen or stored, connections running through each platform's official API and tokens instead. The website resolves behind Cloudflare, but that describes the front end rather than the jurisdiction of stored data. For a customer bound by a data residency requirement, none of this is sufficient: the hosting location would have to be established directly with the vendor.

Watch-outs

Things to keep in mind

Risks and trade-offs to weigh before adopting Nuelink.

  • Nuelink holds publishing tokens for every connected account, so losing control of the workspace means losing control of your public voice
  • Automated posting can push out something unwanted the moment a source changes; review your automations rather than trusting them blindly
  • Neither a legal entity name nor a postal address is published, leaving no identified counterparty if a dispute arises
  • No Data Processing Agreement, subprocessor list or hosting jurisdiction is disclosed, which matters for anyone handling EU personal data
  • The GDPR page has not been updated since 2018 and still describes the regulation as forthcoming, which weakens the compliance claim
  • Audience figures shown on the site, such as 60,000 users, 15 million posts and 4.9 out of 5 from 600 reviews, are the vendor's own and were not independently verified
  • Letting an AI assistant write and schedule posts invites a slow drift in tone; the drafts-for-approval mode exists for that reason
Setup

Setup & Integrations

Technical difficulty

Low for ordinary use. Channels connect through the usual authorisation flow, and Nuelink states that most users are scheduling within five minutes: connect accounts, create a collection, set weekly time slots. Bulk imports rely on a spreadsheet rather than any code, and the support team offers personalised onboarding. Two paths ask for more. Connecting an AI assistant means generating an API token and adding the MCP endpoint, which is documented but assumes some familiarity. Calling the REST API directly, or wiring it into n8n or Make with raw HTTP requests, is developer territory.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Which social networks can Nuelink publish to?
Twelve: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, Pinterest, YouTube, Threads, Bluesky, Google Business Profile, Telegram and Mastodon. All of them are available on every plan, with no per-channel fee.
Is there a free plan?
No. Nuelink is a paid platform. Every account starts with a seven-day free trial that requires a credit card, and a 30-day money-back guarantee applies to the subscription that follows.
How much does the cheapest plan cost?
The Standard plan is USD 18 per month billed monthly, or USD 12 per month billed annually at the time of review, when a four-months-free anniversary offer was running.
Can Nuelink post automatically when I publish somewhere else?
Yes. Connect a Shopify, Etsy, WooCommerce, Squarespace, Wix or Weebly store, a WordPress, Ghost, Medium, Substack or Blogger feed, a podcast, a YouTube channel, an RSS source, or a Google, Facebook or Yelp review stream, and each new item becomes a social post.
Can I drive Nuelink from ChatGPT or Claude?
Yes. Nuelink runs an MCP server at mcp.nuelink.com/mcp. Generate an API token in the settings, connect it to your assistant, then ask for posts in plain language. API and MCP access are included on every plan, trial included.
Can I manage several brands or clients from one account?
Yes. Each brand gets its own workspace with separate channels, collections, automations and analytics, from one workspace on Standard up to thirty on Agency-Plus. Team collaboration and role-based access start with the Premium plan.
Is there a mobile app?
An Android app is published on Google Play and requires Android 6.0 or later. The homepage FAQ also mentions an iOS app, but the site publishes no App Store link, so that one could not be verified.
Is Nuelink GDPR compliant?
The company claims it is, on a dedicated GDPR page and in its FAQ, and documents rights of access, rectification, erasure and portability with a thirty-day response window. Deletion requests go to privacy@nuelink.com. No DPA, subprocessor list or hosting jurisdiction is published, however.
What is the minimum age to use Nuelink?
Eighteen. Both the terms of service and the privacy policy state that the service is not directed to anyone under 18 and that no information is knowingly collected from minors.
Conclusion

Should you pick Nuelink?

Nuelink occupies a clear position among social media schedulers: rather than help you queue posts faster, it tries to remove the queueing step altogether. The automation catalogue is the substance behind that claim, with stores, blogs, podcasts, newsletters, video channels, RSS feeds and review streams all feeding the same calendar, and the recent MCP server extends the same logic to ChatGPT and Claude. For a solo operator or a small agency publishing across many networks, that is a real reduction in daily work, and having all twelve networks on every plan removes the per-channel arithmetic competitors impose. The product itself is well documented. Prices are public down to the feature row, an Android app and browser extensions exist, the public API is described endpoint by endpoint, and support runs on chat, email and a phone line with a 30-day money-back guarantee behind the subscription. The reservations concern the company rather than the software. Nuelink publishes no legal entity name and no postal address anywhere on its site; the About page identifies a Moroccan team and a named founder, but nothing more formal. Its compliance documentation is thin for a tool that holds publishing tokens to a customer's entire social presence: the GDPR page still speaks of the regulation in the future tense, and there is no Data Processing Agreement, no subprocessor list and no stated hosting jurisdiction. Buyers subject to a vendor review will have to ask for all three directly. Weigh those two sides against your own situation. For an independent creator, a shop owner or a small agency, the trade is likely worth making, and the trial plus refund window makes it cheap to test. For an organisation with a procurement checklist, the missing paperwork is the first thing to settle.
