Overview

What is PostEverywhere?

PostEverywhere is a social media scheduling and publishing platform built by Posteverywhere Ltd, a British company incorporated in October 2025. It covers eleven networks - Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, YouTube, Threads, Pinterest, Bluesky, Telegram and Discord - handling the format quirks of each: Reels, Stories and carousels on Instagram, company pages on LinkedIn, Shorts on YouTube, channel broadcasts on Telegram, server announcements on Discord.

What sets it apart is a second front door. The product is built for teams and their AI agents in equal measure, and the entire developer surface ships on every paid tier from $9 a month, with no enterprise gate and no separate developer plan. That surface is substantial: a hosted MCP server exposing 33 tools, a REST API of 29 endpoints spanning introspection, accounts, posts, media, AI, campaigns, webhooks and analytics, twelve HMAC-signed webhook event types, bulk calls carrying up to 50 posts, a typed Node SDK and a command-line tool. Connecting an agent takes one pasted URL and an approval, with no key to copy; the open-source MCP package can also run locally under an MIT licence.

For people rather than agents, the dashboard offers a drag-and-drop content calendar in month, week and day views, best-time-to-post recommendations computed from audience activity, CSV bulk import, evergreen queues, per-platform customisation of copy and media, multi-account publishing, and cross-network analytics covering engagement, reach, impressions and follower growth. An AI Content Studio reaches more than fifty image and video models - Nano Banana Pro, FLUX, Ideogram, Veo 3 and Sora 2 among them - producing images in five to fifteen seconds and video in thirty to sixty, metered in monthly AI credits. Captions come one to five variants at a time, tuned to each network's character limits and hashtag conventions.

Workspaces separate brands or clients, with roles, permissions and approval flows, though the ceilings are modest: twenty social accounts and five team members at the top tier. Publishing itself is unlimited on all plans. The vendor claims 2,831 customers.

What it does

  • Publish one piece of content to 11 social networks at once, reformatted for each
  • Schedule and reshuffle everything from a drag-and-drop content calendar
  • Generate captions, images and video with AI inside the composer
  • Let ChatGPT, Claude or Cursor schedule and publish through a hosted MCP server
  • Queue hundreds of posts in one go from a CSV import
  • Track engagement, reach and follower growth across every network in one dashboard
  • Retry failed posts singly or in bulk, filtered by network, account or time window

When to use PostEverywhere / When not to

A quick filter to help you decide if PostEverywhere is the right fit.

When to use PostEverywhere

  • Creators and influencers publishing the same content across many networks, who want captions, images and video generated in the same place
  • Small businesses running their own social presence without a dedicated social media manager
  • Agencies and small teams juggling several brands, using separate workspaces, roles and approval steps
  • Developers and agent builders who need 29 REST endpoints, 33 MCP tools, webhooks, a Node SDK and a CLI without an enterprise contract
  • Anyone who would rather drive publishing conversationally from ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor or Codex than from a dashboard

When not to use PostEverywhere

  • Anyone looking for a permanently free tool: there is no free plan, and a card is required before the trial starts
  • Teams that need a social inbox to handle comments and direct messages, which the product does not offer
  • Organisations with formal compliance requirements: no certification, no Data Processing Agreement and no published subprocessor list
  • Larger operations needing more than 20 social accounts or more than five team members, the ceiling on the top plan
  • Buyers who must know where their data physically sits, since no hosting country or region is disclosed

How to use PostEverywhere

A typical end-to-end flow, from setup to results.

  1. Sign up on the app subdomain and pick a plan; a card is required and the 7-day trial starts at once
  2. Connect each social account through its official OAuth flow, approving the scopes you want to grant
  3. For the dashboard route, compose a post, tailor copy and media per network, then attach files or generate them with AI
  4. Choose a publishing time yourself or accept the best-time-to-post suggestion, and drop the post on the calendar
  5. To load a backlog instead, import a CSV of captions, images, hashtags and scheduled times
  6. For the agent route, open the MCP connection page in the dashboard to get your hosted server URL
  7. Paste that URL into Claude Desktop, ChatGPT Developer Mode, Cursor, Windsurf or Codex CLI as a custom connector, then approve access
  8. Or add it from a terminal with the claude mcp add command, passing your pe_live_ key as an Authorization header
  9. To build in code, create an API key under Settings then Developer with read, write or AI scopes, and install the Node SDK
  10. Reconnect social accounts when prompted: the networks expire third-party connections every 60 to 90 days

Pros & Cons

Pros

  • The full API, hosted MCP server, SDK and CLI are included from the $9 tier, with no enterprise gating and no paid add-on
  • Unlimited posts on every plan
  • Eleven networks, including Bluesky, Telegram and Discord that many rivals skip
  • 33 MCP tools rather than a token create_post, covering campaigns, webhooks, bulk operations, media and analytics
  • An agent connects with one pasted URL: no install, no config file, no key to copy
  • Signed webhooks and pre-flight account health checks stop a stale token silently killing a publishing run
  • Pricing and rate limits are published in full, with no sales call in the way

Cons

  • No permanent free plan, and a card is required before the trial even begins
  • AI credits are tight at the low end: ten a month on Lite, twenty-five on Starter
  • Hard ceilings of 20 social accounts and 5 team members, even on the most expensive plan
  • No certification, no Data Processing Agreement and no published subprocessor list; SOC 2-ready practices is not SOC 2
  • No hosting country or region is disclosed anywhere on the site
  • API keys only, no OAuth, and no sandbox: testing happens against production
  • A very young vendor with thin social proof, and a site that contradicts itself on network count, account limits and mobile apps

Trust & Privacy

Data, GDPR & hosting

A consolidated view of how PostEverywhere handles your data.

GDPR overview

The privacy policy claims compliance outright, stating that PostEverywhere complies with all applicable data protection laws including GDPR and CCPA, effective 26 March 2026. Concrete mentions are present: EU users are granted portability, the right to object and withdrawal of consent; transfers out of the European Economic Area rely on standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission; privacy requests are answered within 30 days, through privacy@posteverywhere.ai. Deletion, account disconnection and data access are all documented. Three things are missing, and their absence matters for a vendor courting Europe: no Data Processing Agreement is published or offered, no subprocessor list appears anywhere, and no Article 27 EU representative is named even though the company is British and therefore outside the Union. No data protection officer is named either.

Who owns the data?

Under the Terms of Service you keep ownership of everything you create and publish through PostEverywhere; the company takes only a limited licence to process, store and display that content as far as running the service requires. The platform itself, its software and its trademarks stay with the vendor. Social network passwords are never collected, only OAuth tokens, held encrypted at rest. No card details sit on the vendor's own servers, payments being handled by third-party processors. The privacy policy states plainly that personal information is never sold, rented or traded, and is shared only with the networks you connect, contracted service providers and legal authorities.

Reuse rights

You may reuse your own content freely and without asking: ownership never transfers, so nothing stops you republishing, editing or repurposing anywhere else whatever you upload or generate. The licence you grant runs one way and is narrow, covering only the processing, storage and display needed to deliver the service, and it is exercised against the accounts you have explicitly authorised through OAuth. Platform Data pulled back from those networks (profile details, reach, engagement, follower counts) is used for scheduling, publishing and analytics only, and the vendor commits not to use it for profiling, surveillance or discrimination. Google data falls under the Limited Use rule: never sold, never used for advertising. Nothing on the site says whether your content trains AI models, in either direction.

Data retention & training

Retention summary
Account details are kept until you delete your account or ask for deletion. Scheduled content is removed once it has published successfully, or whenever you delete it; drafts stay until you remove them or close the account. Disconnecting a social network stops collection immediately and revokes the tokens, after which stored profile data is deleted within 30 days and analytics data within 90. Google and YouTube tokens go immediately on disconnection, with upload metadata cleared within 30 days unless the law requires longer; TikTok follows the same 30-day pattern. Aggregated, anonymised usage analytics are kept for up to two years. Deletion also happens on user request, or at a network's request to protect its users. These rules take effect from 26 March 2026.

Hosting summary

PostEverywhere does not disclose where it hosts data. The privacy policy says only that the company operates globally, and no country, region or data centre is named anywhere on the site. Transfers of personal information out of the European Economic Area are said to rely on appropriate safeguards, specifically standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission. Hosting, analytics and customer support providers are acknowledged in the abstract but never listed, so there is no subprocessor disclosure. On security, the vendor claims encryption in transit and at rest, access controls and regular monitoring, with social network OAuth tokens encrypted at rest and sent over TLS; payment data is not held on its own servers. Jurisdictionally the picture is clearer than the technical one: the company is Posteverywhere Ltd, registered in London, and the terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales with arbitration in London under LCIA rules. A network lookup does place the domain's IP with Amazon in the United States, but that is an observation about infrastructure rather than a commitment by the vendor, and it should not be read as a hosting guarantee.

Watch-outs

Things to keep in mind

Risks and trade-offs to weigh before adopting PostEverywhere.

  • The trial converts by itself: a card is taken up front and the plan activates on day eight unless you remember to cancel
  • Handing scheduling to an AI agent means content can reach eleven public networks without a human reading it first, so keep the approval step on - which the Lite plan does not offer
  • AI captions and images make it easy to publish far more than you can actually think about, and volume is not an audience
  • Letting the tool write in your brand voice erodes the habit of writing it yourself, and a house style that exists only as a prompt is fragile
  • You keep ownership of your content, but the vendor never says whether it trains models on it, so treat anything sensitive as potentially read
  • Holding OAuth tokens for eleven networks in one account concentrates risk: a single compromise reaches every channel you publish to
  • Compliance is asserted rather than evidenced - no DPA, no subprocessor list, no disclosed hosting country - so client data should not be routed through it casually
Setup

Setup & Integrations

Technical difficulty

Low for ordinary use, and unusually low for the agent route. Signing up, connecting accounts through OAuth and composing in the browser need no technical skill. Connecting an AI agent to the hosted MCP server is advertised at under a minute: paste one URL as a custom connector and approve, with no key to handle. Difficulty rises only if you run the open-source server locally, which wants Node, npx on the PATH and a hand-edited JSON config that differs per client, or if you build against the API. Expect to reconnect social accounts every 60 to 90 days.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Is there a free plan?
No. PostEverywhere has no permanent free plan. Each of the four tiers opens with a 7-day free trial, a card is required to start it, and the plan activates automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel first.
Which social networks can I publish to?
Eleven: Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, YouTube, Threads, Pinterest, Bluesky, Telegram and Discord. Be aware that the site's own FAQ page still lists only five, which is out of date against every other page.
Can ChatGPT or Claude post on my behalf?
Yes. A hosted MCP server exposes 33 tools to any MCP client - ChatGPT in Developer Mode, Claude Code, Claude Desktop, Cursor, Codex CLI, Windsurf, Cline or Zed - with your approvals kept in the loop.
Is the API restricted to the expensive plans?
No. The REST API, hosted MCP server, CLI, SDK and webhooks are all included from the $9 Lite tier. There is no separate developer plan and no enterprise gate.
What are the API rate limits?
Sixty requests a minute and 1,000 an hour per key, with publishing capped at 20 posts a minute, 100 an hour and 500 a day. Every response carries X-RateLimit headers, and a 429 arrives with Retry-After.
How many accounts and team members do I get?
Twenty social accounts and five team members at most, on the top Scale plan; lower tiers allow two, five or ten accounts. Note that the Features page mentions forty accounts, which contradicts the pricing grid.
What happens if a post fails on one network only?
Each network is published to independently, so you get per-destination results with URLs, errors and attempt counts. You can retry only the failed destinations, or bulk-retry by network, account or time window.
Is it GDPR compliant, and can I get a DPA?
The privacy policy claims GDPR and CCPA compliance and relies on standard contractual clauses for transfers out of the EEA. However, no Data Processing Agreement is published or offered, no subprocessor list exists, and no Article 27 EU representative is named.
What is the minimum age to use it?
Sixteen, or thirteen with parental consent in jurisdictions where that is permitted.
Is there a mobile app?
None is linked from the site. The homepage structured data does declare iOS and Android support, but no App Store or Google Play listing is referenced anywhere.
Conclusion

Should you pick PostEverywhere?

PostEverywhere occupies a position almost nobody else has taken: it treats an AI agent as a first-class user rather than an upsell. The hosted MCP server, the 29-endpoint REST API, the SDK, the CLI and the webhooks all arrive on the cheapest $9 plan, where rivals either gate developer access behind enterprise contracts or offer none at all. For anyone wiring a publishing step into an agent, that alone may settle the question, and the 33-tool MCP surface is deep enough to be useful rather than decorative. The human side is competent and complete without being remarkable: a drag-and-drop calendar, cross-posting to eleven networks with per-platform formatting, CSV bulk loading, cross-network analytics, and an AI studio generating captions, images and video from more than fifty models inside the composer. Unlimited posts on every tier is genuinely generous. The limits deserve a second reading. Ceilings of twenty social accounts and five team members make this a tool for an individual, a small team or a small agency, not an organisation. There is no free plan and no way to look around without handing over a card. Most important for any business buyer, the compliance story stops at a claim: GDPR and CCPA compliance are asserted, but there is no certification, no Data Processing Agreement, no subprocessor list, no named EU representative and no disclosed hosting location. SOC 2-ready is not SOC 2. Context matters too. Posteverywhere Ltd was incorporated in October 2025, has a single beneficial owner, announces no funding, and shows 4.8 out of 5 from three reviews. Several pages contradict one another on network count, account limits and mobile apps. Promising and sharply priced for creators, small teams and agent builders; check the quotas and the compliance gaps before you commit anything critical.
