GDPR overview
GDPR compliance is claimed, not certified. The privacy policy, last updated on 25 April 2026, commits to applicable data protection law including the UK GDPR, EU GDPR, and other relevant regulations; the terms, last updated on 14 November 2025, add the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Six data subject rights are listed - access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability - and are exercised through support@rewnue.ai. International transfers rely on standard contractual clauses and secure cloud providers. Stated security measures are secure authentication, encryption in transit over HTTPS, access controls and audit logging. Who owns the data?
Section 9.2 of the terms leaves ownership of uploaded and created content with the user. In exchange, the user grants Briskmind Technologies Ltd a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, process and display that content, expressly limited to operating the platform. Everything on the other side of the line stays with the publisher: section 9.1 reserves the platform technology, software, trademarks, dashboards, interface and algorithms to Briskmind Technologies Ltd. Reuse rights
Nothing in the terms requires the publisher's permission before a user reuses what the platform produces: the licence runs from user to Rewnue, not the other way round, so scans, reports and generated offers can be used freely - with the caveat that the terms supply AI output as-is and place responsibility for checking it on the user.
