What is Flowacts?
Flowacts is a web-based AI workspace built around an infinite canvas. Instead of returning a single answer inside a chat thread, it lays your material out as a map: you bring ideas, questions, notes, web pages, PDFs, spreadsheets, text or images, and Flowacts generates the structure itself, meaning the key concepts, the relationships between them and the paths worth following. The result is not an empty whiteboard but an already organised starting point. The defining trait is source persistence. Every claim, concept and connection stays attached to where it came from, whether a document, a web page, a note or an earlier output, and remains inspectable. Generation happens visibly on the canvas, step by step, so each block can be traced rather than trusted blindly. From any idea, source or connection you can branch out to go deeper, compare another angle or challenge what already exists, without starting over, and several directions can sit side by side and stay reusable. Work is organised on two levels. A Project is the space for a broad objective, and Pages are the individual canvases inside it, each with its own blocks, layout, files and chat history. Everything produced is editable: refine a block, extend a section, regenerate part of it, reorganise the structure, or use one block as the starting point for the next. An Auto mode lets the tool choose a structure for an open-ended task, while a creation toolbox and an Ask mode let you target a precise format. Eight output types share the same context: Document, Table, Slides, Mind Map, Chart, Flowchart, Timeline and Image, with exports in common formats on every plan. Teams either build together inside the workspace, with invitations, simultaneous editing, instant sync, comments and @mentions, or send a read-only share link to clients and external stakeholders. Five families of prebuilt templates and fourteen published generators offer a starting point. Usage runs on credits: generation, file analysis, research, document creation and multi-step execution all consume them. Access is web only, through app.flowacts.ai, with email or Google sign-in; no mobile, desktop or browser extension version exists, and the interface is English only.

Annual billing is offered as an alternative at USD 190.80 per year for Starter, which works out at USD 15.90 per month, and the "Save 20%" figure shown on the pricing grid is a permanent commitment discount rather than a dated promotion. The higher tiers are Pro at USD 49.90 per month or USD 478.80 per year (USD 39.90 per month equivalent) and Ultra at USD 129.90 per month or USD 1,246.80 per year (USD 103.90 per month equivalent). Be aware that the pricing page opens on the annual view by default, so the monthly prices must be read on the Monthly tab. GDPR overview
Flowacts never uses the words GDPR or RGPD: the site makes no explicit compliance claim, and none of its public pages mentions a data processing agreement, an EU Article 27 representative, a data protection officer, a named sub-processor list or any certification. The privacy policy nonetheless covers much of the substance: legal bases are set out for the EEA, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and other regions requiring them (contract, legitimate interests, consent, legal obligations, vital interests); international transfers rely on standard contractual clauses or other lawful mechanisms where required; and rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent and complaint are announced, with identity verification and authorised agents. US state privacy rights and Global Privacy Control signals are also addressed. Every request goes through one channel, support@flowacts.ai. Treat the compliance level as undeclared rather than demonstrated.
Who owns the data?
Flowacts' terms of use draw a clear ownership line. You keep ownership of your Input, meaning the prompts, instructions, files, data, text, images, documents and spreadsheets you submit, and Flowacts claims no ownership over the Output: AI-generated results, canvas structures, project deliverables, exported documents, charts, slides and node networks. In return you grant Flowacts a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, store, reproduce, display, transmit, analyse, cache, transform and process both, solely to provide, secure, maintain, support and improve the service, comply with law and enforce the terms. Projects and pages are controlled by the account or workspace that creates them, and feedback you send is licensed perpetually, irrevocably and royalty-free. Two caveats: outputs may not be unique, so similar or identical results can be produced for other users, and no data processing agreement is published to frame any of this contractually.
Reuse rights
Because you keep ownership of your Input and Flowacts claims none over the Output, you can reuse what you generate, commercially or otherwise, without asking permission, and exports in common formats are available on every plan. On its side, Flowacts states that it does not sell Customer Content and does not use private workspace content to train public foundation models unless you expressly opt in or direct it to do so. De-identified, aggregated and telemetry data may be used for product reliability, feature performance measurement and abuse prevention. Content is processed and shared with categories of providers, namely cloud hosting, authentication, AI model processing, analytics, support, email delivery and storage, plus Stripe for payments, invited collaborators, holders of a read-only share link, connected integrations, authorities where legally required and counterparties in a merger or acquisition. What is missing matters here: no named sub-processor list is published, no data processing agreement is offered and the word GDPR never appears on the site, so what each provider may actually do with your content cannot be verified from the public documentation.
Data retention & training
Hosting summary
The privacy policy states plainly that "Flowacts is based in the United States, and information may be processed in the United States and other countries where we or our service providers operate". It adds that those countries may have different data protection laws, and that standard contractual clauses or other lawful mechanisms are used where required. Beyond that, nothing is specified: no cloud provider is named, no hosting region is identified and no data residency option is offered. The policy lists only categories of providers, namely cloud hosting, authentication, AI model processing, analytics, support, email delivery and storage, and commits to reasonable administrative, technical and organisational measures while disclaiming any guarantee of absolute security. Independent technical observation, outside the site's own statements, shows the domain served behind Cloudflare (AS13335) at IP 104.21.67.169, with assets on assets.flowacts.ai and the application on app.flowacts.ai. In practice, treat the United States as the governing jurisdiction and expect no contractual control over where the data physically sits.

There is no technical configuration, no connector to set up and no API key. Templates and 14 generators make the first canvas easy.
