GDPR overview
GDPR implementation is concretely documented. Fido S.p.A. is established in Milan, Italy, so no Article 27 representative is required or appointed. The home page carries a GDPR Compliant badge and the documentation FAQ states that the company complies with GDPR and other regional regulations. The privacy policy cites Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and Directive 2002/58/EC (ePrivacy) as its reference texts, and names privacy@trustfull.com as the contact for the data controller and/or the Data Protection Officer. Who owns the data?
