Dhisana AI
Dhisana AI is a go-to-market automation platform where governed AI agents turn account signals into pipeline for B2B revenue teams. Its patent-pending Agentic Flows orchestrate research, enrichment, outreach and CRM updates with unlimited seats.
What is Dhisana AI?
Dhisana AI is an AI agent platform for go-to-market automation, published by Dhisana AI, Inc. of San Jose, California, and presented by its founders as "the Cursor for Sales Teams". Its core is a cognitive architecture called Agentic Flows, described as patent-pending: governed agents that connect a company's data, systems and playbooks to identify opportunities, orchestrate action and give leaders visibility from signal to pipeline to expansion.
The product page describes three layers. The Experience layer holds the web application and agent workspace, a Chrome operator extension, Slack and email workflows, and CRM and leadership views. The Agents layer covers account intelligence, enrichment and routing, engagement and follow-up, and CRM and pipeline operations. The Context layer brings together CRM, product and warehouse data, web, hiring, funding and social signals, conversation intelligence, and policy controls with auditability.
Six orchestration domains are advertised: Account Intelligence, Signal-to-Pipeline Orchestration, Contextual Engagement, Always-On Market Monitoring, Revenue Workflow Automation and Execution Visibility. Named capabilities include product usage data from PostHog, Amplitude and Mixpanel, champion tracking, website visitor de-anonymisation, call transcript analysis through Fireflies, Fathom and Gong, GitHub tracking, LinkedIn engagers, new hires tracking, job description keyword search, strategic initiatives monitoring and technographics from job posts. The integrations page lists 102 named connectors in 14 families, about half of them marked Enterprise Only.
Commercially, the platform bills Agent Work Units rather than seats, and seats are unlimited. Deployment can be SaaS, a dedicated hosted instance or the customer's own cloud at the Enterprise tier. Security is documented: ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification, a SOC 2 Type II audit covering Security, Availability and Confidentiality, an independent GDPR assessment, Azure hosting, TLS 1.2+, AES-256, Azure Key Vault, RBAC, MFA and SAML SSO.
Vendor claims include a 95%+ task completion rate against roughly 17% for generic agents, 70% fewer tokens, production in 14 days, 3x qualified opportunities and 70% less manual GTM work; none come with a published methodology. The company was founded by Hari K. Srinivasan (CEO, ex-Microsoft, OpenAI team, GitHub Copilot v1) and Madhukar Devaraju (CTO, ex-Distinguished Engineer at StreamSets, acquired by IBM), and claims 100+ customers in the first month of its beta.

When to use Dhisana AI / When not to
A quick filter to help you decide if Dhisana AI is the right fit.
When to use Dhisana AI
- Sales development and business development representatives who need continuous account monitoring, enrichment and multi-channel outreach from a single workspace.
- RevOps and marketing operations teams looking to consolidate a fragmented stack of enrichment, sequencing, call intelligence and agent runtime tools.
- Founders and small teams validating a go-to-market motion, who can start on the permanent free Starter plan and its 100 Agent Work Units per month.
- Growth-stage and Global 2000 revenue organisations that want unlimited seats for SDRs, AEs, RevOps, marketing and leadership, with the option of a dedicated instance or a deployment in their own cloud.
- Corporate and commercial banking teams - relationship managers, credit analysts, treasury sales officers and banking operations - addressed by the vendor's dedicated nCino-oriented vertical.
When not to use Dhisana AI
- Developers and teams that need to drive the product programmatically: no public API and no API documentation are published.
- Mobile-first users: there is no iOS or Android application, only a web application and a Chrome extension.
- Organisations standardised on Firefox, Safari or Edge, since LinkedIn automation requires the Chrome extension running inside an open LinkedIn session.
- Buyers who require EU data residency: data is hosted exclusively in United States Azure data centres, and no EU entity or Article 27 representative exists.
- Non-English-speaking teams and private individuals: the interface and documentation are English only, no interface language list is published, and the service is business-only and not directed to anyone under 16.
How to use Dhisana AI
A typical end-to-end flow, from setup to results.
- Create an account on the Dhisana agent workspace and start on the free Starter plan, with no credit card required.
- Get familiar with the four building blocks: Lead Lists, Agentic Flows, Message Prompts and Campaigns.
- Build a lead list: import a CSV, sync a CRM such as HubSpot or Salesforce, or generate it with an Agentic Flow from LinkedIn, Apollo, web scraping, job boards and 100+ sources.
- Enrich and score the list: LinkedIn bios, verified emails and company data, scored against your ICP by title, seniority and industry.
- Write Message Prompts in plain language describing tone, personalisation style and talking points; sample prompts are pre-installed and A/B testing is available.
- Connect the channels: install the "Dhisana AI Operator" Chrome extension for LinkedIn and add SMTP or OAuth (Gmail, Outlook) for email.
- Set up deliverability: SPF, DKIM and DMARC, mailbox warmup, multi-mailbox rotation and the daily LinkedIn and email activity caps.
- Launch a campaign combining a LinkedIn sequence (profile view, connection request, message) with email and follow-ups, in Manual mode where every message is approved or Co-Pilot mode where sending is automatic.
- Configure the auto-reply rules for meeting requests, pricing questions, objections, unsubscribes and escalations.
- Iterate with Smart Lists: create, describe or pick a template, tune Source, Enrichment, Scoring, Filtering and Destination, test, then run full and incremental executions; Enterprise customers are supported by a dedicated Agent Deployment Engineer.
Pros & Cons
Pros
- Unlimited seats with no per-user billing, including on the 49 USD per month Professional plan.
- A permanent free entry point: Starter, 100 Agent Work Units per month, no credit card required.
- Security credentials uncommon at this price level: ISO/IEC 27001:2022, SOC 2 Type II and an independent GDPR assessment.
- An explicit commitment on the trust page that customer data is never used to train, fine-tune or improve the vendor's AI models.
- 102 named integrations, including major CRMs, warehouses such as Snowflake and PostgreSQL, LLM providers such as Anthropic, OpenAI, Gemini and Mistral, and a custom MCP server connection.
- No duration commitment claimed: monthly billing without a long-term contract, with implementation announced in days alongside an Agent Deployment Engineer rather than a services project.
- No-code workflow creation in natural language, Enterprise deployment in a dedicated instance or the customer's own cloud, and named founders with verifiable backgrounds (Microsoft, OpenAI, GitHub Copilot, StreamSets).
Cons
- Two pricing grids that contradict each other: the pricing page bills Agent Work Units (5,000 included, +40 USD per 500 units) while the pricing comparison page bills "active leads" (1,000 included, +40 USD per 1,000 leads).
- No public API and no API documentation.
- Around 55 of the 102 integrations are reserved for the Enterprise tier, including Outreach, SalesLoft, Pipedrive, ZoomInfo and Zapier.
- Data hosted in the United States only, with no EU residency option, no EU entity and no Article 27 GDPR representative, although the product addresses international teams.
- No mobile application, and a browser extension limited to Chrome; LinkedIn automation runs inside the user's own browser session, which leaves the risk under LinkedIn's terms of use with the user.
- Enterprise pricing is not public ("Custom"), and the full subprocessor list is only available on request through the Trust Center, under NDA.
- No conventional contact page - requests go through a demo form, an AI agent or LinkedIn - and the canonical URLs declared by several pages (/pricing, /about, /product) do not resolve, the server returning the home page with an HTTP 200 status.
Pricing & Plans
A permanent free plan is available: Starter costs 0 USD per month, includes 100 Agent Work Units and requires no credit card. The lowest paid entry point is Professional at 49.00 USD per month, with 5,000 Agent Work Units, 500 email enrichments, 25 phone enrichments and unlimited seats. Pro+ is 99 USD per month and Pro Max 149 USD per month, for two and three times the Professional credits respectively, while Enterprise is quoted on request. Additional capacity is sold at 40 USD per 500 Agent Work Units per month, the vendor's own worked example being 49 USD + 40 USD = 89 USD per month for a growing team. Note that the pricing comparison page describes the same 49 USD entry point in terms of 1,000 "active leads" with +40 USD per additional 1,000 leads, quoting 89 USD at 2,500 leads, 409 USD at 10,000, 1,009 USD at 25,000 and 2,009 USD at 50,000 leads per month: the amounts are consistent, the consumption unit is not. Fees are billed in advance, monthly or annually at the customer's choice, are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise, and price changes are notified at least 30 days in advance.

Data, GDPR & hosting
A consolidated view of how Dhisana AI handles your data.
GDPR overview
Dhisana AI states that it has completed an independent GDPR assessment and displays a "GDPR Aligned - Independently Assessed" badge; the wording "GDPR compliant" is never used. Its privacy programme covers data governance, privacy notices, consent processes, processing controls, a standard DPA and subprocessor governance. A dedicated data removal page documents Article 15, 16, 17 and 18 rights, acknowledged within 72 hours and handled within 30 days through privacy@dhisana.ai. EEA and UK rights are recognised, as are California CCPA/CPRA rights. Requests about data processed on behalf of a customer must go to that customer, the controller. Transfers rely on standard contractual clauses and adequacy decisions. Two limits: no Article 27 EU representative and no data protection officer are named, and the company has no EU entity or address. The privacy policy is effective 13 March 2026.
Who owns the data?
Under the terms of service, users keep ownership of the content they submit and grant Dhisana AI, Inc. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce and distribute that content solely to provide the service; the platform itself and its original content remain the vendor's exclusive property. The privacy policy, effective 13 March 2026, splits the roles: Dhisana AI acts as processor for customer data uploaded to the platform - CRM contacts, prospect records, business contact details, communications and workflow data - with the customer as controller, and as controller for data it collects through its own website. Personal data is not sold, rented or otherwise transferred to third parties, and customer data is not shared between tenants.
Reuse rights
Customers retain ownership of the content they upload and may reuse that data and the agents' output without asking the vendor for permission; Dhisana AI processes it only on the customer's instructions and under the applicable agreement. The privacy policy, effective 13 March 2026, lists the purposes: delivering, operating and improving the service, AI workflow automation, account management and support, transactions, product and marketing communications, usage and performance measurement, fraud and abuse detection, and legal obligations. AI processing covers lead and account research, qualification, prioritisation, summarisation, outreach content generation, recommendations and analytics. On model training the vendor's two statements differ in scope: the trust page says customer data is never used to train, fine-tune or improve its models, while the privacy policy reserves the case of explicit customer authorisation. The named providers, Microsoft Azure and Azure OpenAI, do not train on customer data under their own terms. Usage data, IP address, browser, operating system, device identifiers, logs and analytics cookies are collected automatically, and further data comes from connected CRMs, email systems, analytics tools and public or licensed enrichment sources. International transfers rely on standard contractual clauses and adequacy decisions.
Data retention & training
Hosting summary
All data is stored in Microsoft Azure data centres in the United States. The infrastructure is cloud-native Azure, deployed across multiple regions for operational resilience, with built-in DDoS protection, network security controls and continuous monitoring. Data is encrypted with TLS 1.2 or above in transit and AES-256 at rest, including database connections and backups; keys are managed in Azure Key Vault and no credentials or tokens are stored in clear text. The named subprocessors are Microsoft Azure for cloud infrastructure and Azure OpenAI for AI processing, alongside unnamed categories covering analytics and monitoring, and communication and messaging. International transfers are framed by standard contractual clauses and adequacy decisions under section 12 of the privacy policy, effective 13 March 2026. No EU data residency option is announced. Enterprise customers can instead obtain a dedicated hosted instance or a deployment inside their own cloud. Note that the domain resolves through a Cloudflare anycast node, which reflects the CDN and not where the application is actually hosted.
Things to keep in mind
Risks and trade-offs to weigh before adopting Dhisana AI.
- Two contradictory pricing grids coexist on the site: Agent Work Units on the pricing page (5,000 included, +40 USD per 500) versus "active leads" on the pricing comparison page (1,000 included, +40 USD per 1,000). Confirm the contractual billing unit before signing.
- The pricing FAQ answers "Yes" to "Is there a free trial?" but actually describes the permanent free Starter plan; there is no time-limited trial of a paid tier.
- The two statements on model training do not fully align: the trust page says customer data is never used to train, while section 5 of the privacy policy reserves the case of explicit customer authorisation.
- Compliance evidence cannot be checked publicly: the ISO 27001 certificate, the SOC 2 report, the GDPR assessment summary and the full subprocessor list are shared only under NDA, the privacy policy names only Microsoft Azure and Azure OpenAI prefaced by "may include", the site claims "GDPR Aligned" and "independently assessed" but never "GDPR compliant", and the security FAQ asks about "SSO and SCIM" while answering only on SAML SSO.
- The performance figures (95%+ task completion, 3x qualified opportunities, 10x GTM productivity, 90% cost savings) are vendor claims with no published methodology, and no incorporation date is published - the date used here is the first Wayback snapshot.
- LinkedIn automation runs through a Chrome extension inside the user's own logged-in session: the risk under LinkedIn's terms of use stays with the user, and roughly 55 of the 102 integrations are Enterprise Only.
- In Co-Pilot mode messages are sent automatically without per-message approval, whereas Manual mode requires each message to be validated; outbound compliance - visible unsubscribe link, List-Unsubscribe headers, Do-Not-Contact lists - remains the sender's responsibility.
Setup & Integrations
Technical difficulty
Low to moderate. Sign-up is self-service with no credit card and no code: Agentic Flows are described in natural language, and templates, sample prompts and 500+ agent flows shorten the first run. The real work is in the connections - installing the Chrome extension and staying signed in to LinkedIn in the same session, setting up SMTP/IMAP or Gmail/Outlook OAuth, connecting a CRM through OAuth 2.0, supplying third-party API keys such as Apollo, and configuring SPF, DKIM, DMARC, mailbox warmup and rotation. Enterprise customers get a dedicated Agent Deployment Engineer, with production announced in 14 days.

Should you pick Dhisana AI?
Dhisana AI positions itself as the agentic orchestration layer of go-to-market work, sitting between enrichment platforms and engagement tools rather than replacing either outright. Its central commercial argument is structural: unlimited seats, billed on the work performed rather than per user, explicitly contrasted on the vendor's own comparison page with the seat-based models of Gong, HubSpot and Salesforce Agentforce. For a publisher of this size the security posture is unusually substantial - ISO/IEC 27001:2022, SOC 2 Type II, Azure hosting and an explicit no-training commitment on customer data - even though the supporting documents are only shared under NDA.
The reservations are just as concrete. Two contradictory pricing grids are published side by side, one counting Agent Work Units and the other "active leads" for the same 49 USD entry point. There is no public API and no API documentation, no mobile application, and the browser extension is Chrome only. Data is hosted exclusively in the United States, with no EU residency option, no EU entity and no Article 27 representative, which is a real constraint for European buyers. Roughly 55 of the 102 integrations are reserved for the Enterprise tier, whose pricing is not published.
On maturity, the domain has been archived since September 2023, funding is described as seed without any published amount or date, and the 100+ customers claimed in the first month of the beta come from the vendor itself.
Two checks are worth making before buying: the exact scope of billing, Agent Work Units or active leads, and which integrations are genuinely included outside the Enterprise tier. The permanent free Starter plan and the targeted pilot make both verifiable at no cost.
