Dialora
Dialora is an AI voice agent platform that answers and places business calls around the clock, qualifying leads, booking appointments and running outbound campaigns in 32 languages, with CRM, calendar and webhook integrations.
What is Dialora?
Dialora is a software-as-a-service platform that puts an AI voice agent on a business phone line. The agent takes inbound calls and places outbound ones without a human operator: it answers questions, qualifies callers, books appointments, sends reminders and follows up. Agents ship pre-trained and production-ready, and the vendor claims a first agent can be live in under ten minutes with no code, starting from a sector template and a prompt editor.
Configuration happens in the browser. You choose among more than a hundred voices, adjust speaking speed, response length, interruption behaviour, call buffer and time zone, then feed the agent a knowledge base built by ingesting a website or uploading documents. Thirty-two languages are supported, regional accents included. On the outbound side, contacts are uploaded and grouped, campaigns are scheduled by day and hour with time-zone handling, and a campaign dashboard tracks leads, sentiment and bookings.
Every call is logged. Depending on the plan you get metadata, audio recordings, transcripts, an AI summary and sentiment analysis, alongside dashboards for agent metrics, leads generated and money saved. Higher tiers add a drag-and-drop workflow builder with say, gather, API and logic steps.
Telephony is deliberately excluded: you bring your own Twilio or Telnyx account and API keys, or port existing numbers. Integrations are native for Google Calendar, Outlook, Cal.com, GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce and Pipedrive, and everything else runs through Zapier, Make, n8n, webhooks or custom API requests issued mid-call. A preview MCP server exposes the platform to Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor.
Two packaged editions sit above the standard plans. The Agency tier turns the product into a resellable white-label platform with unlimited sub-accounts, a custom domain, custom SMTP and Stripe Connect billing for end clients. The Enterprise edition adds unlimited concurrent calls, SIP trunking or on-premise deployment, dedicated server clusters, single sign-on, role-based access, audit logs, data residency options and a dedicated solutions architect. The stack is published openly, React.js, Node.js, PostgreSQL and Supabase, hosted on AWS in the United States, and the company claims customers in more than thirty countries.
What it does
- Answer inbound calls 24/7 and qualify the caller before anyone picks up
- Run bulk outbound campaigns from an uploaded contact list, scheduled by day, hour and time zone
- Book, move and cancel appointments directly in Google Calendar, Outlook, Cal.com or GoHighLevel
- Hand a live call over to a human under rules you define
- Train an agent on a website, a document or an existing knowledge base
- Transcribe every call, summarise it and score its sentiment
- Update a CRM or trigger an external action mid-conversation through custom tools and webhooks
When to use Dialora / When not to
A quick filter to help you decide if Dialora is the right fit.
When to use Dialora
- Small business owners losing revenue to calls that go unanswered outside office hours
- Sales teams that want inbound leads called back within minutes and qualified before a rep picks up
- Marketing and automation agencies reselling voice AI under their own brand, with sub-accounts and client billing
- Clinics, dental and chiropractic practices handling appointment booking, reminders and routine patient questions
- Real estate, insurance and home-services firms running high-volume outbound campaigns from a contact list
When not to use Dialora
- Anyone expecting a turnkey phone line: numbers come from your own Twilio or Telnyx account and are billed separately
- Teams looking for a permanently free tier, since all four published plans are paid
- Low-volume buyers who would burn through the 200 minutes included in the entry plan and pay per-minute overage on top
- Organisations that need a signed HIPAA, SOC 2 or PCI attestation, as only GDPR is claimed in the body of the site
- Mobile-first users, because there is no iOS or Android application
How to use Dialora
A typical end-to-end flow, from setup to results.
- Create an account from the signup page and start the advertised free trial
- Pick a ready-made industry template, or build an agent from scratch
- Write the prompt, set the intent, choose a voice and tune speaking speed and interruption settings
- Fill the knowledge base by ingesting your website or uploading documents
- Connect your own Twilio or Telnyx account with API keys, or port an existing number
- Link the calendar you actually use: Google, Outlook, Cal.com or GoHighLevel
- Connect HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive so calls write back to your records
- Define the transfer rules that hand a live call over to a human
- For outbound work, upload contacts, build groups and set the calling window by day and hour
- Review transcripts, recordings and sentiment in the dashboard, then refine the prompt
Pros & Cons
Pros
- Public, readable pricing across four tiers, with roughly 20% off on annual billing
- No-code setup with sector templates; the vendor claims a first agent live in under ten minutes
- Inbound and outbound handled in one product rather than two
- Thirty-two languages listed by name rather than as an unverifiable round number
- Full white-label reselling from the 297 USD per month Agency tier
- Serious paperwork for a young vendor: published subprocessor list, DPA and a detailed GDPR checklist
- Quantified Enterprise SLA: 99.9% uptime, sub-two-second latency, 95% transcription accuracy and service credits
Cons
- No permanently free plan, and the free trial runs 7 days on the homepage but 3 days in the refund policy
- Included minutes are thin, 200 a month on Starter and 1,000 on Agency, with per-minute overage above that
- Telephony is not included: a separate Twilio or Telnyx account and its costs are on you
- Legal documents still carry unfilled template fields, including a governing-law clause reading [Your State, e.g., California], USA and an SLA signed by [Your Company Name]
- SOC 2, HIPAA and PCI compliance appear only in a meta description and a structured-data block, never in the body of a page
- No postal address, legal form or named director is published anywhere on the site
- Standard support runs Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm PST; round-the-clock support is Enterprise only

A free trial is offered before the first charge. Call minutes beyond the plan allowance are billed separately, from 0.15 down to 0.10 USD per minute depending on the tier, and the cost of third-party phone numbers is not included.

Data, GDPR & hosting
A consolidated view of how Dialora handles your data.
GDPR overview
The compliance page opens with an explicit claim that Dialora.ai is safe, secure and GDPR-compliant, and backs it with a public checklist whose every line is marked completed: lawful basis, transparency, protection by design, 72-hour breach notification, encryption, internal security policy, impact assessments, processor agreements and the full set of data-subject rights. An accountable person is named, an IT Security Manager reachable at legal@dialora.ai, and a data-request form is offered. A DPA is accepted automatically with the terms and can be signed on request, and a subprocessor list is published. Two gaps stand out: no Article 27 EU representative and no Article 37 data protection officer are designated, and the page still invokes the EU-US Privacy Shield, invalidated in 2020. Standard contractual clauses are cited for international transfers.
Who owns the data?
Dialora states plainly that customers own and control the data they collect, and that any retention period demanded by law or internal policy is set by the customer rather than the vendor. Content you upload stays yours: the terms take only a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence over it, and only for the purpose of running the service. Dialora keeps every right over its own software, trademarks and content. Access to connected Google and GoHighLevel accounts is limited to data you already own, granted after explicit consent and framed by a stated principle of least privilege. Only qualified employees with a specific need, typically a support request, may open a customer account.
Reuse rights
Customers keep the right to reuse what the platform produces. Call logs, transcripts, recordings and extracted fields can be exported in standard, machine-readable formats and pushed into a CRM or any external system through webhooks, Zapier, Make, n8n or custom API calls, without asking Dialora for permission, and deletion is self-service from the dashboard. On its own side Dialora commits, under Article 28, to process personal data only on the customer's instructions and not to pass it to a third party without consent; it states that it does not sell personal information and does not use connected Google or GoHighLevel data for advertising. Nothing on the site says whether that data feeds model training, and no opt-out is documented.

Hosting summary
Dialora states that its data centres are with Amazon Web Services in the United States, and the privacy policy adds that information may be processed in the United States or in other countries where its servers or service providers sit. For transfers out of the EU the privacy policy cites standard contractual clauses; the compliance page, less reassuringly, still invokes the EU-US Privacy Shield, a framework invalidated in 2020. Enterprise customers are offered global data residency control and, at the far end, SIP trunking or a fully on-premise deployment. Every named subprocessor is a United States company: AWS, Google, Google Analytics, Googleapis, Googlesyndication, Facebook, HubSpot, Deepgram, OpenAI, ElevenLabs and Stripe. Data is encrypted with a strong industry-standard cipher in the primary databases and in backups, and over TLS in transit. Access is restricted to qualified employees with a specific need, typically a support request. The published stack is React.js, Node.js, PostgreSQL and Supabase.
Things to keep in mind
Risks and trade-offs to weigh before adopting Dialora.
- Compliance badges that do not survive a second look: SOC 2, HIPAA and PCI are claimed only in metadata and structured data, and a healthcare or finance buyer could easily take them at face value
- The same structured-data block says data is stored in-house while the compliance page names AWS in the United States, so two public statements about your data contradict each other
- Cross-border transfers are justified by the EU-US Privacy Shield, invalidated in 2020, leaving the stated legal basis for sending EU data to the United States on shaky ground
- Outbound calling shifts the legal burden onto you: consent, do-not-call lists, calling cadence and TCPA compliance are explicitly your responsibility, and an automated dialler makes mistakes at scale
- Callers may not realise they are talking to a machine, as one published review notes, which raises a disclosure question in several jurisdictions
- Budget drift is easy: per-minute overage, extra sub-accounts and a separate telephony bill all sit outside the advertised subscription price
- Handing first contact to an agent erodes the tacit knowledge a team builds by taking its own calls, and transcripts only partly compensate
Setup & Integrations
Technical difficulty
Low for the agent itself, moderate for the plumbing. Templates, a prompt editor and guided steps mean a first agent can be built without code, and the vendor claims under ten minutes; a guided tour and tutorials come with the entry plan. The genuinely technical step is telephony: opening a Twilio or Telnyx account, supplying API keys, or porting a number under local rules. Custom tools, mid-call API requests, webhooks and the drag-and-drop workflow builder sit on higher tiers and do assume technical comfort.

Should you pick Dialora?
Dialora is a young product, first archived in March 2025, that packs an unusually wide feature set into a low entry price. Forty-nine dollars a month buys a working AI voice agent; 297 dollars a month buys a resellable white-label platform. That is aggressive positioning against tools charging more for less. The no-code setup, the thirty-two named languages, the native calendar and CRM integrations and the quantified Enterprise SLA are all concrete, checkable commitments.
The reservations concern the paperwork rather than the product. The terms and conditions still carry an unfilled governing-law placeholder and point at a domain the company does not operate; the service level agreement is signed by [Your Company Name]; the plan names in the terms no longer match the plans on sale. SOC 2, HIPAA and PCI compliance are asserted in a meta description and a structured-data block but nowhere in readable text, and the compliance page still leans on the EU-US Privacy Shield, dead since 2020. Only GDPR is claimed in plain sight, and that claim rests on a self-assessment checklist rather than an audit. No postal address, legal form or named officer appears anywhere on the site, which is a genuine obstacle for a buyer in a regulated sector.
Budget for more than the sticker price: included minutes run out quickly, overage is billed by the minute, and the Twilio or Telnyx line is yours to pay for. Dialora is a sound choice for a small business, an agency or a sales team that simply wants calls answered and appointments booked. Anyone who needs a signed compliance attestation should ask for it in writing before committing.
