Placy Pro
Placy Pro is a vertical AI platform for real estate teams. It answers, qualifies and scores inbound leads around the clock on WhatsApp, phone, Telegram, Viber, web chat and email, books viewings and syncs everything to the CRM.
What is Placy Pro?
Placy Pro is the AI platform built by Placy Ltd, a Cypriot company based in Limassol that describes itself as a Cyprus-born business. It is aimed squarely at estate agencies, property developers, property managers and short-term rental operators, and its stated premise is that agents lose deals to administrative work rather than to a lack of skill.
The platform sits on the channels enquirers already use. It answers WhatsApp messages, picks up and places phone calls, replies on Telegram and Viber, handles website chat and drafts emails. The vendor marks each channel's maturity openly: WhatsApp, phone, Telegram and Viber are Live, while website chat and email are still Beta. On voice it does more than route calls, offering natural-sounding voices that can be chosen or cloned, real-time responses and full call transcription.
What the assistant does with those conversations is the core of the product. It greets a new prospect, asks qualifying questions about property, budget and timeline, scores the lead by intent, books a viewing against live availability, sends timed follow-ups, and writes everything back to the agency's CRM so nobody retypes a contact. It can be fed the agency's own material, from listings and FAQs to neighbourhood guides and market reports, and its tone, persona and workflow steps can be tuned to match the brand. A human agent can take over at any point with the full thread intact.
Technically, the vendor describes a multi-model approach with prompt and context engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, AI evaluations and human-in-the-loop review. Delivery is a managed service: Placy's team configures and deploys the system, and maintains the connectors when a CRM or messaging provider changes its interfaces.
Maturity is worth stating plainly. One module, Lead Engagement, is live; five more are announced as coming. Nine named clients have dedicated pages, and RE/MAX, Keller Williams and Century 21 appear as master franchise customers. The site is published in English, Greek, Spanish and Arabic, with market pages for Cyprus, Greece, Spain, the UAE and Saudi Arabia, and the UK, US and Canada flagged as coming soon.
What it does
- Greet and answer every inbound enquiry within seconds, day or night
- Take and make phone calls with a customisable voice, then transcribe them
- Qualify and score leads by intent and budget so agents work the hottest first
- Book viewings and meetings against the agent's real availability
- Chase cold leads with timed automatic follow-ups
- Push contacts, notes and full conversation history into the CRM without manual entry
- Match enquirers to listings and hand the dialogue over to a human with full context
When to use Placy Pro / When not to
A quick filter to help you decide if Placy Pro is the right fit.
When to use Placy Pro
- Estate agencies losing enquiries because nobody answers after hours or during peak periods
- Property developers running sales offices across several projects at once
- Franchise networks standardising response quality across many branches, as RE/MAX, Keller Williams and Century 21 are presented as doing
- Agencies selling to international buyers who write in Greek, Spanish, Arabic or another of the 50-plus languages claimed
- Property management and short-term rental operators fielding tenant requests outside office hours
When not to use Placy Pro
- Buyers who want to sign up online and see a price first: there is no public rate card and no self-service checkout
- Anyone hoping to test the product on a free plan or a free trial, since neither exists
- Developers who need to call the product programmatically: no public API and no technical documentation are published
- Teams outside property, because the workflows, vocabulary and data model are built exclusively around real estate
- Buyers who need the five modules still marked Soon, only Lead Engagement being live today
How to use Placy Pro
A typical end-to-end flow, from setup to results.
- Try the assistant first on the public demo listing, a fictional Barcelona apartment used purely for testing
- Pick a demo channel: message the assistant on WhatsApp, call the published number, or request a call back within thirty seconds
- Ask it the questions a real buyer would ask, such as whether the property is still available or what schools are nearby
- Book a demo or use the Talk to Sales form, since there is no self-service sign-up
- Agree scope and price with the sales team, as the rate depends on the business and the scale of the deployment
- Let Placy's team configure and deploy the assistant, a managed step the vendor says takes days and sometimes hours
- Connect your CRM and channels without code, and check which connectors your plan includes
- Migrate an existing WhatsApp Business number if it is eligible, keeping access and chat history
- Load your knowledge base: listings, FAQs, neighbourhood guides and market reports
- Tune the persona, tone, voice and lead scoring rules, then monitor performance and take over dialogues when needed
Pros & Cons
Pros
- Genuinely vertical: workflows, vocabulary and data model are built for property, not adapted to it
- Native voice AI, including outbound calls and transcription, without stitching in a separate telephony vendor
- Unusually broad channel coverage, Viber and Telegram included alongside WhatsApp and phone
- Managed service: the vendor configures, deploys and absorbs CRM and messaging API changes
- Local market tailoring, with named portals such as Bazaraki, Idealista and Spitogatos and local CRMs such as Qobrix, iList and Estatebud
- Verifiable client base: nine named customers with dedicated pages, plus international franchise networks
- A public interactive demo you can run without signing up or handing over an email address
Cons
- No public pricing at all: every figure has to be obtained through a quote
- No free plan and no free trial, so the product cannot be evaluated hands-on beyond the demo
- No public API and no technical documentation, which rules out programmatic use
- No terms and conditions and no legal notice are published, leaving the contractual scope invisible
- No hosting country or region is declared, and no data processing agreement or subprocessor list is published
- Only one of six announced modules is live, and two functions within it are still in beta
- The vendor concedes its subscription costs more than a do-it-yourself chatbot, arguing on total cost of ownership instead
Pricing & Plans
There is no free plan and no free trial, and no price is published anywhere on the site. Placy Pro is sold as a subscription priced by quotation: the vendor states that pricing depends on the specific business needs and the scale of the solution required, and invites prospects to request a personalised quote. It also notes that the CRM connectors available depend on the plan chosen, which implies tiering, but no tier is named and no rate card exists. The vendor acknowledges openly that its direct subscription cost is typically higher than the base cost of a do-it-yourself chatbot, and argues instead on total cost of ownership once development, maintenance, hosting and error repair are taken into account. Prospective buyers should therefore expect to go through a demo and a sales conversation before seeing any figure.
Data, GDPR & hosting
A consolidated view of how Placy Pro handles your data.
GDPR overview
Placy Ltd claims compliance in explicit terms: its product FAQ states it is fully compliant with GDPR and other relevant data protection regulations, and its Cyprus market page promises full GDPR and EU data privacy compliance. The privacy notice, last updated 21 February 2025, names Placy Ltd as controller, gives a postal address in Limassol and a dedicated data protection address, lists thirteen purposes with their legal bases, and enumerates eight data subject rights plus the right to object to direct marketing. Transfers outside the European Economic Area rely on Commission adequacy decisions and Standard Contractual Clauses. The Cypriot Commissioner for Personal Data Protection is named as supervisory authority. No Article 27 representative is designated, which is consistent with an EU-established controller. No data processing agreement and no subprocessor list are published.
Who owns the data?
Placy Ltd states in its privacy notice that it is the controller of the personal data collected through its services, meaning it decides how and why that data is used. It may disclose data to processors such as hosting, cloud, analytics and payment providers, to affiliated companies under common control, to authorities where the law requires it, and to counterparties in a corporate transaction such as a sale, reorganisation or bankruptcy. The vendor separately commits in its product FAQ that customer leads are never shared with third parties. No data processing agreement and no named subprocessor list are published, so the contractual detail has to be obtained from the vendor.
Reuse rights
The privacy notice sets out thirteen processing purposes, each with its legal basis: contract performance, legitimate interest, consent or legal obligation. Placy Ltd collects names and contact details, whatever a user types into the AI tool, recorded telephone conversations, marketing preferences, social media interactions and standard web analytics data. Call recordings are kept for training and improvement purposes under legitimate interest, and interaction analysis lets the AI tool continually learn and improve. Consent is required for product news and direct marketing. The vendor states it does not carry out automated decision-making or profiling with legal or similarly significant effects. Customers who do not want the AI to learn from their interactions can object by writing to the DPO address, and the vendor undertakes to stop that processing. No terms and conditions page is published, so reuse rights over content produced through the service are not documented anywhere on the site.

Hosting summary
Placy Ltd declares no hosting country and no hosting region anywhere on its site. The only geographical statement in the privacy notice is a transfer clause: personal data may be processed outside the European Economic Area where affiliates, partners, merchants or service providers are located, in which case the company relies on European Commission adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses. That is a transfer safeguard, not a declaration of where the platform runs. Processors are described by category only, covering hosting, customer service, cloud, content delivery, data warehousing, support and monitoring, email software, web analytics and payment providers; none is named. The company does state generally that it ensures full GDPR and EU data privacy compliance, and cites encryption together with breach notification to individuals and to the regulator. Buyers who need a documented jurisdiction for their enquirers' data will have to obtain it from the vendor directly.
Things to keep in mind
Risks and trade-offs to weigh before adopting Placy Pro.
- The company's own about page says it was founded in 2023, while the Cypriot registry records the incorporation of Placy Ltd on 23 January 2024; the domain dates from October 2023, so the project predates the legal entity
- Call recordings and everything typed into the assistant feed its learning by default under legitimate interest; opting out requires an email to the data protection address rather than a setting, and estate agents should decide whether their clients' calls belong in that pipeline
- No terms and conditions and no legal notice are published, so liability, service levels and intellectual property over generated content are undocumented before signature
- No hosting country or region is declared and no subprocessor list exists, which makes it hard to assess where enquirers' personal data actually sits
- Handing first contact to an AI risks eroding the relationship-building skills the vendor itself calls the heart of the business, and clients who notice a bot too late may feel misled
- The published figures, thirty thousand conversations, thirty-five connected systems and ninety-five per cent of replies inside a minute, are vendor claims and are not independently audited
- An unrelated iOS app also called Placy Pro exists under a different publisher, so be careful not to install the wrong thing when searching app stores
Setup & Integrations
Technical difficulty
Low for the customer, because the work is not theirs. Placy describes a managed deployment in which its own specialists configure the system, and states that implementation typically takes days and sometimes hours. The site promises no technical skills are required and that connecting a CRM or MLS needs no custom coding. The customer's real tasks are commercial and editorial: agreeing scope with sales, supplying listings and FAQs for the knowledge base, setting tone and scoring rules, and confirming that an existing WhatsApp Business number is eligible for migration. Connector maintenance stays with the vendor.

Should you pick Placy Pro?
Placy Pro is a young product with a clear and defensible position. The company behind it, Placy Ltd, was registered in Cyprus on 23 January 2024, raised a one-million-euro pre-seed round led by Zubr Capital later that year, and now lists nine named clients with dedicated pages alongside three international franchise networks. That is more evidence of real deployment than most tools of this age can show.
What sets it apart from a generic chatbot is the combination of native voice and genuine verticalisation. The assistant answers and places phone calls with a selectable or cloned voice, transcribes them, and works from a data model built around leads, listings and viewings rather than one adapted to them. Local tailoring goes further than marketing copy: named portals and CRMs differ by market, from Bazaraki and Qobrix in Cyprus to Idealista in Spain and Spitogatos in Greece.
The vendor is unusually candid about maturity. Each channel carries a Live or Beta label, and five of the six announced modules are openly marked as coming rather than dressed up as available.
The reservations are documentary rather than functional. No price is published, no free plan or trial exists, and there are no terms and conditions or legal notice at all, which means the contractual scope cannot be assessed before a sales conversation. No hosting country is declared, no data processing agreement or subprocessor list is offered, and no security certification is claimed. The privacy notice is solid and names an EU controller with a Cypriot supervisory authority, but it is the only contractual document on the site.
Anyone evaluating Placy Pro should run the public demo first, then treat the sales conversation as the point where price, contract terms and hosting have to be pinned down in writing.
