Voice Logica
Greek enterprise AI voice agent platform that answers inbound business calls around the clock, places outbound calls, books appointments in connected calendars, qualifies leads and writes every conversation straight back into the customer's CRM.
What is Voice Logica?
Voice Logica is a Greek enterprise platform for AI voice agents: software that picks up the telephone, understands what the caller wants, and carries out real actions while the conversation is still running. It is published by Voice Logica P.C., an Athens company incorporated on 16 April 2025 and registered under GEMI number 183940301000, and it was built in collaboration with Yuboto, an established Greek telecommunications operator that also holds fifty percent of the shares. The company presents itself as the first AI telephone assistant in Greece, and its CTO is credited with building the first Greek-speaking AI voice agent in 2024.
The product rests on three capabilities: real-time speech recognition that copes with accents and noisy lines, natural language understanding that identifies intent and decides immediately, and a conversation memory that keeps context across an exchange. On top of these sit call handling features: intelligent routing to the right department or workflow, a multi-agent architecture where specialised agents hand calls to one another without losing context, and attended or blind transfers to human staff.
Every call is recorded, transcribed and analysed. The platform generates a structured summary capturing key points, intent and next steps, then writes it into connected systems and can send it onward by email or SMS. A small built-in CRM and a communication timeline come with every plan.
Integration is the second pillar. Voice Logica connects to HubSpot and Zoho CRM, Greek business systems such as Softone, Entersoft ONE and Pylon ERP, e-commerce platforms including Shopify, WooCommerce, OpenCart and PrestaShop, Google Workspace, Airtable, Jira, ClickUp and Guesty, along with seventeen telephony platforms from Asterisk and 3CX to Genesys, Cisco and Avaya. A documented API, webhooks, API keys and an MCP server are included in every plan at no extra cost.
Agents are assembled in a visual builder using workflow nodes, if-then branches and keyword triggers, so a first agent can be created without writing code. Security is certified to ISO/IEC 27001:2022 and ISO/IEC 27701:2019 by U CERT, and hosting is stated to remain within the EU and EEA. The tool won a Gold Award for Best in Telecommunications at the AI & Data Awards 2026 and was selected among twenty-one startups from two hundred and forty applicants for the Greek AI Startup Accelerator run with OpenAI and Endeavor Greece.

When to use Voice Logica / When not to
A quick filter to help you decide if Voice Logica is the right fit.
When to use Voice Logica
- Customer support teams drowning in repetitive inbound calls who need round-the-clock coverage without hiring more agents
- Appointment-driven organisations such as clinics, hotels and estate agencies that lose bookings whenever the phone goes unanswered
- Sales and business development teams that want inbound leads qualified by phone and pushed into the CRM automatically
- Companies already running a PBX or SIP infrastructure, since seventeen telephony platforms including Asterisk, 3CX, Genesys, Cisco and Avaya are supported
- Greek-speaking businesses in particular, who get a Greek DID number, Greek-language support and the vendor's own Greek-speaking voice models
When not to use Voice Logica
- Private individuals and consumers: the terms require users to act for business purposes and to be at least eighteen
- Emergency and life-safety services, whose use of the platform is expressly forbidden by the terms of service
- Anyone planning unsolicited mass calling campaigns, which the acceptable use policy prohibits outright
- Very small businesses on a tight budget, since the cheapest plan costs 49 EUR per month excluding VAT and covers only one simultaneous call
- Teams that need a native mobile app or offline access, because the product is delivered purely as a web console plus telephony
How to use Voice Logica
A typical end-to-end flow, from setup to results.
- Create an account on the Voice Logica web console and claim the free demo, which grants twenty voice and analysis minutes with access to every feature
- Open the AI Agent section of the dashboard and create your first agent
- Name the agent and choose its language, Greek being the default, then pick a voice from the available engines
- Tune the delivery: speech rate around 1.0 to 1.2 sounds most natural in Greek, plus optional ambient audio kept at low volume
- Write a short custom greeting that names your company and invites the caller to speak
- Draft the AI instructions by answering three questions: what role the agent plays, what outcome the call should reach, and what tone it should hold
- Load your knowledge base so the agent answers from your own material rather than improvising
- Build the call flow with workflow nodes such as if-then decisions, multiple choice, keyword detection and call start or end triggers
- Connect your CRM, calendar and business systems, then wire up webhooks, API keys or the MCP server for custom actions
- Attach telephony: the included Greek DID number, your own carrier, or a separate SIP trunk when you need outbound calling, then test and go live
Pros & Cons
Pros
- ISO/IEC 27001:2022 and ISO/IEC 27701:2019 certified by an independent body, with a fully published Data Processing Agreement and EU/EEA hosting
- An unconditional written commitment that personal data are never used to train the vendor's own AI systems
- API, webhooks and MCP access included at no extra charge in every plan, including the entry tier
- Unusually broad telephony compatibility, with seventeen supported platforms covering both legacy PBX and modern cloud stacks
- Fully public and granular pricing, down to per-minute top-up rates and individual add-ons
- Backed by an established telecommunications operator, Yuboto, which is also a fifty percent shareholder
- Independent recognition through a Gold Award at the AI & Data Awards 2026 and selection for the OpenAI and Endeavor accelerator
Cons
- No permanent free plan: the only free access is a twenty-minute demo
- Outbound calling is unavailable below the Advanced tier at 367 EUR per month excluding VAT
- The entry plan allows a single simultaneous call and 200 voice minutes for 49 EUR per month, which is steep for a very small business
- Outbound calls need a separately billed SIP trunk that sits outside the advertised subscription price
- Only one Greek DID number is included, on every plan from Starter right up to Enterprise
- The claimed support for Greek plus thirty other languages is never itemised anywhere on the site
- No mobile application, and the developer documentation is a JavaScript single-page app that cannot be read without a browser
Pricing & Plans
There is no permanent free plan. Free access is limited to a demo agent granting twenty voice and analysis minutes with full feature access. Paid subscriptions start at 49 EUR per month excluding VAT for the Starter tier, billed monthly. Committing to an annual prepaid subscription reduces this to 44 EUR per month, invoiced as 529 EUR per year, a ten percent discount applied across the whole range. All published prices exclude VAT, and outbound calling additionally requires a separately billed SIP trunk.

Data, GDPR & hosting
A consolidated view of how Voice Logica handles your data.
GDPR overview
GDPR implementation is concrete and documented rather than merely claimed. The controller is named as Voice Logica I.K.E. in Metamorfosi, Athens, and processing is declared under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and Directive 2002/58/EC as transposed by Greek Law 3471/2006. Each purpose carries an explicit legal basis under Article 6. A full Data Processing Agreement is published on the site and forms part of the terms. Sub-processors are named: Yuboto for call termination, plus Google, Microsoft, Speechmatics, Deepgram and OpenAI. Transfers outside the EEA rely on adequacy decisions, Standard Contractual Clauses, Binding Corporate Rules or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Data subject requests go to info@voicelogica.ai and are answered within thirty days; breaches are notified within seventy-two hours; the supervisory authority is the Hellenic Data Protection Authority. No Article 27 representative is named, which is consistent with a company established inside the EU.
Who owns the data?
Customers keep full ownership of their own data and of the prompts they write; Voice Logica owns only the software, the AI models and the platform content. Responsibilities are split along GDPR lines: the customer is the data controller for everything collected through the agents, while Voice Logica acts as data processor and may act only on the customer's documented instructions. Where the platform is resold through a partner, Voice Logica becomes a sub-processor. For account creation and subscription management the roles reverse and Voice Logica is itself the controller. Customers can delete their data from the platform at any time.
Reuse rights
Customers may reuse their own call recordings, transcripts and summaries freely, since they retain full rights over their data and prompts, and the platform pushes that material into their own CRM, email and SMS channels without any further permission. Voice Logica's own use is narrower and purpose-bound: delivering and billing the service under contract, supporting and securing it under legitimate interest, and meeting Greek tax, accounting and telecoms obligations. Marketing messages require prior consent. Only anonymised or pseudonymised data feed statistical analysis and algorithm improvement. Personal data are never used to train Voice Logica's own AI systems, although material the customer places inside an agent may configure or train that specific agent. The vendor warns separately that third-party AI suppliers such as OpenAI may process data under their own policies, including for training their models.

Hosting summary
Voice Logica states that hosting takes place within the EU and EEA, displayed as a compliance point on the pricing page. No individual country, data centre or cloud provider is identified, so the claim cannot be narrowed further from public information. Where data must move outside the EEA, the company relies on adequacy decisions, Standard Contractual Clauses, Binding Corporate Rules or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework under Articles 46 to 49 of the GDPR. Named sub-processors are Yuboto for call termination, together with Google, Microsoft, Speechmatics, Deepgram and OpenAI for speech-to-text, large language model and text-to-speech services. Technical protection is described as TLS 1.2 or higher in transit, AES-256 at rest and SRTP for voice, with logical segregation of each customer's data, role-based access control, event logging and periodic vulnerability testing. Health data receive enhanced safeguards including end-to-end encryption, multi-factor authentication and penetration testing. The security and privacy management systems are certified to ISO/IEC 27001:2022 and ISO/IEC 27701:2019 by U CERT. Jurisdiction is Greek law with the courts of Athens competent.
Things to keep in mind
Risks and trade-offs to weigh before adopting Voice Logica.
- The no-training commitment covers Voice Logica's own systems only: third-party AI providers such as OpenAI may still train their models on data passed to them under their own policies
- Two different retention ceilings coexist, thirty indicative days in the privacy policy and a twelve-month maximum in the DPA, and confusing them could lead you to expect deletion that has not happened
- The registered office is shared with Yuboto and the footer map link points to the Yuboto listing, so due diligence on the vendor should not stop at the address
- The Data Processing Agreement promises a sub-processor list published on the website, but only the privacy policy actually names any and no dedicated page exists
- Legal documents are all dated 25 April 2025 and predate the pricing structure currently displayed, so terms and commercial reality may have drifted apart
- Recording every customer conversation creates a standing obligation to inform callers and a large store of voice data that becomes a liability if retention is left unmanaged
- Delegating the phone line to an agent can quietly erode the human skill and direct customer knowledge that used to live in the support team, and callers who genuinely need a person may struggle to reach one
Setup & Integrations
Technical difficulty
Two-speed. Building the agent itself is deliberately easy: the vendor promises a working agent in minutes with no technical knowledge, using a visual builder with workflow nodes, and a free demo lets you test immediately. The telephony side is where real effort lands, since connecting a PBX or SIP trunk, routing a DID number and enabling outbound calling are network tasks. Deep CRM, ERP or API integrations likewise need a technical profile. Three support levels bridge the gap: Self-Serve is included, Assisted Setup is a one-off fee where the team builds your first agent, and Fully Managed is billed monthly.

Should you pick Voice Logica?
Voice Logica is a focused, credible answer to a narrow problem: business phone calls that go unanswered. It does not try to be a general-purpose assistant, and that discipline shows in the product. The telephony foundations are genuinely strong, which is unsurprising given that the telecoms operator Yuboto co-owns the company and seventeen PBX and SIP platforms are supported out of the box.
What sets it apart from the crowded voice-agent field is the compliance posture. ISO/IEC 27001 and 27701 certification verified by an external body, a fully published Data Processing Agreement, named sub-processors, declared EU and EEA hosting and an explicit written commitment never to train on customer personal data together form a package that is uncommon at this price point. Buyers in healthcare, finance, insurance and the public sector, where a procurement questionnaire has to be answered rather than waved away, will find most of their questions already addressed in writing.
The reservations are practical rather than fundamental. There is no permanent free tier, outbound calling only arrives at the Advanced plan, a separately billed SIP trunk sits outside the headline price, and a single Greek DID number is included even on the 2,250 EUR Enterprise plan. The multilingual claim of thirty-plus languages is never substantiated with a list, and the product is visibly built for the Greek market first.
It suits an organisation with real call volume, an existing telephone infrastructure and a genuine compliance requirement. Companies looking to experiment cheaply, or those needing broad verified language coverage outside Greek and English, should look carefully at those limits before committing. The free twenty-minute demo is the sensible place to start.
