Wisesport is that company's trademark, and the ice hockey side of the business still trades under the Wisehockey name. The homepage claims it is the world's first AI-based platform of its kind.
The premise is unusually narrow, and that is its strength: the system needs nothing but coordinate data — the positions of the players and of the puck or ball, tracked to roughly a hundred-millisecond resolution. Everything else is computed. Cloud processing breaks each match into individual events such as attacks, shots and passes, then calculates visualised statistics for the whole game and for every event within it. Several matches can run at once without delay, and no dedicated staff are needed at the venue.
On top of that base sit the analytics: expected goals, expected possession value, momentum, shift statistics, attack breakdowns, faceoff maps, shotmaps and passmaps for hockey, plus pass networks, ball control, headers and a seven-category performance radar for football. The models are trained with AI and neural networks.
In December 2025 the company launched a portfolio of four AI services. AI Analytics handles collection, processing and streaming. AI Coach provides Game Center, an AI Assistant, automatic practice summaries and video synchronised with the data feed. AI Media adds automated video clipping, AI-driven PTZ camera control for broadcasts and a commentator built on a large language model. AI Betting supplies a low-latency feed with a predictive model covering results, faceoff winners and momentum swings.
Adoption is substantial for a niche vendor. Wisesport supplies the official statistics of Germany's PENNY DEL, Finland's Liiga and Norway's EliteHockey Ligaen. The hockey platform runs in ten leagues, more than sixty arenas and ten countries; the 2025-26 season covered over 8,000 games, 7,000 players and 50,000 smart pucks. Football has been live since 2020, from junior level upwards. Commercially it is pure B2B: six service lines, no published pricing, no sign-up, and hardware in the form of smart pucks and player tags.

The engineering idea behind it is elegant. Feed the platform nothing but coordinates and it returns expected goals, possession value, momentum, shift charts, video clips and a live API feed, with no operator in the building. The December 2025 AI portfolio extended that into camera control, an LLM-based commentator and predictive betting models, and the four-year contract signed with EHL in June 2026 suggests customers renew.
The reservations are documentary rather than technical. There are no published terms and conditions, no pricing of any kind, no API documentation and no data processing agreement.
