Overview

What is PriXi?

PriXi is a Slovak SaaS platform that introduces itself in the first person as a digital nurse (digitálna sestra) for outpatient practices. It is published by Irison s. r. o. of Trenčín, registered on 25 April 2025 by a team that describes itself as physicians and IT specialists.

The product has two faces. On the patient side, a conversational assistant reachable from the practice's own website lets a patient describe a problem, choose a slot, or ask for an e-prescription or a referral slip. On the practice side, a back office receives that request already triaged and prioritised, next to the calendar and the communication log. Triage runs on a configurable decision tree and on priority rules, both of which are set by the PriXi team rather than by the practice. Scoring questionnaires can be edited, the existing patient file can be imported, and each practice gets a public profile in the PriXi directory.

A separate AI telephone assistant answers in a natural voice, either around the clock or only when the line is busy. It keeps the practice's existing number, and records every request as text and as audio, or forwards it by email.

A third component, TELERANY, covers wound documentation for home nursing agencies and social care homes: nursing records following standardised procedures, a protected photo base, MKCH and SUKL codes, requests forwarded to surgical or angiology practices, and billing evidence for telemedicine procedure codes 3451 and 3394. AI-assisted editing of requests is presented there as a new feature.

The home page claims a 70% drop in patient no-shows, two to three hours of administrative work saved per day, and a cost twenty times lower than an additional member of staff. The reference logos shown are MUDr. Orosová, Gyncentrum SK and Radiolog Online, while the patient directory lists working practices such as MUDr. Jaroslava Orosová in immunology, Medisim in Slovenský Grob and MUDr. Petra Dobrovodská.

Technically, PriXi is a web application with no native mobile app, and both the interface and the contract exist in Slovak only. The terms devote a section to artificial intelligence, warning that its output may contain inaccuracies and requires professional assessment before it is used any further.

What it does

  • Triage dozens to hundreds of incoming patient requests automatically, by urgency and by type
  • Take and move appointments online, with SMS and email reminders
  • Process e-prescriptions, referral slips, sick notes and result requests without the patient coming to the practice
  • Answer the telephone in place of the staff through an AI voice assistant that keeps the existing number
  • Centralise all patient communication in a single place
  • Collect online payments to reduce losses on missed appointments
  • Document wounds to a standardised nursing procedure, with protected photo records and telemedicine billing evidence

When to use PriXi / When not to

A quick filter to help you decide if PriXi is the right fit.

When to use PriXi

  • Slovak outpatient practices whose phone line is overwhelmed by patient calls and who need requests sorted before they reach the staff; the vendor claims patients over 65 already use the assistant daily.
  • General practitioners and specialists in private practice who lose two to three hours a day to repetitive paperwork: e-prescriptions, referral slips, sick notes and imaging or lab requests.
  • Practice nurses and front-desk staff who currently handle booking, reminders and result requests one phone call at a time.
  • Home nursing agencies (ADOS) and social care homes (DSS) that need standardised wound documentation, protected photo records and billing evidence for procedure codes 3451 and 3394, through the TELERANY module.
  • Clinics and networks of outpatient practices that need central management, custom statistics and an API link to their own systems, which is what the Enterprise offer addresses.

When not to use PriXi

  • Anyone looking for urgent care: the user manual states plainly that PriXi is not an emergency line and that immediate threats must follow emergency care rules.
  • Practices outside Slovakia, or any team that does not work in Slovak: the interface, the contract and all communication are Slovak-only, with no English version.
  • Clinicians expecting the AI to make or validate a medical decision; the terms class AI output as administrative support that the professional must assess before any further use.
  • Organisations built on a healthcare system other than Slovakia's, since the product is designed around e-recept, referral slips, sick notes, MKCH and SUKL codes and Slovak telemedicine procedure codes.
  • Teams wanting a native mobile app, self-service sign-up, or a patient acquisition channel: PriXi is a web application, onboarding runs through the vendor, and the terms exclude using the service to recruit new patients.

How to use PriXi

A typical end-to-end flow, from setup to results.

  1. Request the free analysis of how the practice runs: the form on the site opens a 30 to 45 minute interview, with an answer promised within two working days.
  2. Go through the three announced steps: the team understands the practice, processes the information, then proposes a tailored solution; analysis and proposal are free and payment starts only at implementation.
  3. Take the free initial training for the staff; technical support is available around the clock at no extra charge.
  4. Configure the practice from the email and profile menu at the top right: calendars, availability, services, SMS and email notifications.
  5. Import the existing patient file so records are in place before going live.
  6. Embed the PriXi window on the practice website so patients can reach the assistant from where they already look.
  7. Set up the telephone assistant if needed: a scoping interview, configuration on the existing number, go-live, then continuous adjustment.
  8. Work the daily queue: open the new requests list and start with the highest priority.
  9. Read the description and any attachments, then reply to the patient or book a slot, and mark the request as resolved.
  10. Send anything you cannot change yourself to info@prixi.sk: decision-tree questions, priority rules, priority colours and the telephone assistant's script are not self-service.

Pros & Cons

Pros

  • A single all-inclusive plan at a publicly displayed price, with no tiers to decode before knowing what the practice will pay.
  • Initial training is entirely free and technical support is available 24/7 at no additional cost.
  • The prior analysis of the practice and the proposed solution are free and non-binding; payment starts only at implementation.
  • The voice assistant runs on the practice's existing telephone number, so patients do not have to be told about a new one.
  • The terms carry a written undertaking that personal data is not fed into the AI processes, which work on anonymised data only.
  • The home page claims alignment with the recommendations and standard clinical procedures of the Slovak Ministry of Health, and the publisher presents itself as a mixed team of physicians and IT specialists.
  • An open-ended contract terminable without stating a reason on one month's notice, with a patient interface the vendor says is usable by people over 65.

Cons

  • The site, the contract and all communication exist in Slovak only, with no English version, which puts the tool out of practical reach outside Slovakia.
  • No security certification of its own is published, neither ISO 27001 nor SOC 2; the terms go no further than saying the company may use certified cloud solutions.
  • No hosting country or region is declared anywhere, no list of sub-processors is published, and no DPA is offered, the terms placing customer and company as separate controllers instead.
  • Anonymised data may be reused for commercial purposes with no time limit, and once anonymisation has happened there is no practical way back.
  • The real cost sits above the headline plan: 0.09 EUR per SMS sent, plus a transaction fee on every online payment collected.
  • Priority rules and the decision tree cannot be edited by the practice; every change of that kind has to go through the vendor.
  • The publisher is very young (registered 25 April 2025, share capital 5,000 EUR), there is no native mobile app, no public social account and no API documentation page, and the headline results rest on no published methodology.

Pricing & Plans

No permanent free plan and no free trial of the product are announced anywhere on the site. The entry point for an outpatient practice is PriXi pre ambulanciu at 99 EUR per month including VAT, or 79 EUR per month when paid annually, a reduction of 17%. The TELERANY wound-documentation module is priced separately: 48 EUR per month (43 EUR annually) for up to 35 requests, 67 EUR (63 EUR) for up to 65 requests, and 89 EUR (83 EUR) for unlimited use, with 1.50 EUR per documentation beyond the quota and a 10% discount on annual payment. Usage charges sit on top of the subscription: 0.09 EUR per SMS sent, and a transaction fee of 0.59 EUR flat on payments up to 19 EUR, or 3.9% of the amount received above 19 EUR. Clinics and networks of practices are quoted individually under an Enterprise offer with no public price. The analysis of the practice, the proposed solution, the initial training and 24/7 technical support are provided at no charge. Readers should note that the pricing page opens on the annual toggle, so the first amounts displayed there are annualised rather than monthly. The contract is open-ended with one month's notice.

Data, GDPR & hosting

A consolidated view of how PriXi handles your data.

GDPR overview

GDPR compliance is claimed on the home page, in the FAQ and in the terms, and it is described in concrete terms rather than as a slogan. The legal basis for health data is explicit consent under Articles 6(1)(a) and 9(2)(a), collected from the patient by the physician; the consent document is version 0.9, effective 14 May 2025. The rights named are withdrawal of consent, access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and complaint, and the Slovak supervisory authority is cited by name (Urad na ochranu osobnych udajov SR, dataprotection.gov.sk). Announced technical measures are encryption, access management, system monitoring and regular security audits. No data protection officer is named and there is no Article 27 representative, the publisher being established in the European Union. Slovak law governs the contract and Slovak courts have jurisdiction.

Who owns the data?

The terms make the practice and Irison s. r. o. separate, independent controllers, not controller and processor. The practice must obtain the patient's explicit consent under Article 9(2)(a) GDPR before any use, and it answers for the lawfulness of that consent and of the processing that follows. Copyright-protected Customer Content remains the customer's, but the customer grants Irison a free, non-exclusive licence, unlimited in territory and in duration and carrying the right to sub-license, to the extent needed to deliver the service. When the contract ends, access to the application and to the data is cut off and preserving the records falls to the customer. Withdrawing consent triggers deletion or anonymisation of the patient's data, unless the law requires it to be kept.

Reuse rights

The terms commit the company to keeping personal data out of the AI processes: the application's AI works only on anonymised data that does not allow the patient to be re-identified. Alongside that commitment, the company reserves the right to exploit the anonymous data it collects for its own needs and for statistical purposes. The patient consent document (version 0.9, effective 14 May 2025) goes further: once anonymised, the data is processed for research, analytical, statistical and commercial purposes, the examples given being improvement of care quality, development of medical solutions and the running of clinical studies. The categories covered are health status, the medical record and anything else the physician enters in the application. Because anonymised data falls outside the GDPR, that reuse carries no time limit and is not something a patient can practically withdraw afterwards. Nothing in the terms grants the customer a reciprocal right to reuse the company's material; the licence documented there runs the other way, from customer to Irison.

Data retention & training

Retention summary
Patient personal data is kept for two years from the moment consent is given, or until that consent is withdrawn, whichever comes first. The period can be extended where the law requires it, for instance to keep the medical record or to deal with a dispute. Withdrawing consent means the patient's data is deleted or anonymised, except where a legal retention duty applies. Anonymised data is kept with no time limit, since it is no longer personal data under the GDPR, and once anonymisation has taken place consent is no longer technically revocable for that data. When the contract ends, access to the application and to the data is cut off, and preserving its own records falls to the customer. The consent document is version 0.9, effective 14 May 2025.

Hosting summary

No hosting country or region is declared anywhere on the site, neither in the terms and conditions nor elsewhere. What the terms do state is that the company may use certified cloud solutions and undertakes to protect data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse, which is a possibility rather than a commitment to any named provider or certification. They also acknowledge a dependence on third-party infrastructure without naming it, and no list of sub-processors is published. The announced technical measures are encryption, access management, system monitoring and regular security audits. On the network side, prixi.sk resolves to 178.128.253.137, a DigitalOcean address in Amsterdam, the Netherlands: that is an observation of where the website is served from, not a statement by the publisher about where customer or patient data is stored, and it should not be read as one. The publisher itself is established in Slovakia, Slovak law governs the contract, Slovak courts have jurisdiction, and the Slovak data protection authority is named as the supervisory authority.

Things to keep in mind

Risks and trade-offs to weigh before adopting PriXi.

  • Commercial reuse of anonymised data: the undertaking not to feed personal data into the AI is explicit and welcome, but the patient consent allows anonymised data to be processed for research, statistical and commercial purposes with no time limit. Once anonymisation has taken place, consent is no longer technically revocable for that data.
  • Data ownership and exit: customer and company are separate controllers, no DPA is published, and when the contract ends access to the application and to the data is cut off, preserving the records being the customer's responsibility. Plan the export before terminating rather than after.
  • Reading the price list: the pricing page opens on the annual toggle, so the first amounts a visitor sees are annualised, not monthly. Usage charges also sit on top of the subscription, at 0.09 EUR per SMS sent plus transaction fees on payments collected.
  • What is not published: the terms say only that the company may use certified cloud solutions, which is a third party's certification stated as a possibility rather than one of its own, and no hosting country and no list of sub-processors appear anywhere. There is likewise no public API documentation page, even though the Enterprise offer sells an API link to the customer's systems, so the scope of that interface has to be established directly with the vendor.
  • Corporate footing and ownership: the registration date of 25 April 2025 comes from the Slovak business register, not from the site, which never publishes it, and the domain was registered on 9 December 2024 with a first web archive capture on 20 December 2024, four months before the company existed. Beneficial ownership is reconstructed from the shareholding chain rather than declared: OPERAL Holding s. r. o. holds 75% (split evenly between Tatiana Pekarčíková and Martin Pekarčík) and Gradaxon, s. r. o. the remaining 25% (wholly owned by Pavol Martiš, who is also Irison's sole managing director).
  • Evidence behind the claims: the headline figures of 70% fewer no-shows, two to three hours of administration saved per day and a cost twenty times lower than an extra employee rest on no published methodology. The home page photographs come from a stock library, and the practice directory contains a demonstration entry that is not a customer.
  • Over-reliance on the machine: the decision tree and the priority rules are set by the vendor and cannot be edited by the practice, so the priority a request receives is outside the practice's control. The terms require professional assessment of every AI output before further use and the manual states that PriXi is not an emergency line, which makes a team that gradually stops re-reading what the assistant has sorted the real risk here.
Setup

Setup & Integrations

Technical difficulty

Low, because most of the work is done by the vendor. There is nothing to install: PriXi is a web application used in a browser. Onboarding starts with a 30 to 45 minute interview, followed by a tailored proposal and implementation, with free initial training and 24/7 support. The patient file can be imported, the PriXi window is a single embed on the practice site, and the telephone assistant is configured on the existing number by the publisher. The sensitive settings, meaning the decision tree, the priority rules and the phone script, are not self-service and go through info@prixi.sk.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How much does PriXi cost?
PriXi pre ambulanciu is 99 EUR per month including VAT, or 79 EUR per month when paid annually. On top of the subscription, each SMS sent costs 0.09 EUR and online payments carry a transaction fee. The TELERANY module has its own price list, starting at 48 EUR per month.
Are the training and the support charged separately?
No. The initial training is entirely free and technical support is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, at no additional cost.
How does the virtual nurse make a practice more efficient?
It automates appointment booking and the collection of information from patients, which reduces the administrative load on the staff. The site claims two to three hours of administrative work saved per day and a 70% drop in no-shows.
What information does the practice receive about the patient?
An overview of the symptoms together with basic data, so that the consultation can be prepared better. Requests reach the practice already triaged and prioritised.
How is the data protected?
The site states that all data is encrypted and processed in line with the GDPR. The terms add access management, system monitoring and regular security audits, and name the Slovak data protection authority as the supervisory body.
Is patient data used to train the AI?
The terms undertake that personal data is not fed into the AI processes and that the AI works exclusively on anonymised data. Those anonymised data may however be reused by the company for research, analytical, statistical and commercial purposes, with no time limit.
Is the integration with existing systems complicated?
The site presents integration with the practice's existing systems as simple, and offers technical support and consultations to physicians. Setup itself is run by the vendor after an interview of 30 to 45 minutes, and there is nothing to install locally.
Who publishes PriXi?
Irison s. r. o., based at Švermova 1608/15, 911 01 Trenčín, Slovakia, registered on 25 April 2025.
Is there a mobile app, and in which languages is PriXi available?
No native application was found: PriXi is a web application used in a browser. The interface, the contract and the communication are in Slovak only.
Can the contract be terminated?
Yes. It is open-ended and can be terminated without stating a reason, with one month's notice, by writing to info@prixi.sk.
Conclusion

Should you pick PriXi?

PriXi is a deliberately narrow product: it serves the Slovak outpatient care system, in Slovak, around the artefacts of that system, from e-prescriptions and referral slips to MKCH and SUKL codes and telemedicine procedure codes. Little of it would transfer elsewhere.

Within that context the proposition is unusually clear. A single all-inclusive plan at 99 EUR per month including VAT, publicly displayed, with a free analysis, free initial training and 24/7 support, is rare on a segment where quotes are the norm. The telephone assistant keeping the practice's existing number is a genuinely practical detail.

The reservations concern maturity and fine print. Irison s. r. o. was registered on 25 April 2025, so there is very little track record; no security certification of its own is published and no hosting country is declared anywhere. The clause to read closely before signing is the one on anonymised data: the company undertakes not to feed personal data into the AI processes, which is a real commitment, but once data has been anonymised it can be reused for research, statistical and commercial purposes with no time limit and no practical way back.

The terms are explicit about what the AI is, namely administrative support whose output the professional must assess before any further use, and the manual adds that PriXi is not an emergency line. That framing is honest, and it is the right way to read the headline claims of 70% fewer no-shows and two to three hours saved per day, which come with no published methodology.

For a Slovak practice overwhelmed by telephone calls, PriXi deserves an evaluation, and the free analysis makes that evaluation inexpensive.
