GDPR overview
The pricing page claims that AI-Contracts is fully GDPR-compliant, ISO 27001-certified and stored on Dutch servers, and displays badges reading GDPR-compliant, ISO 27001, Data in Nederland and a 99.9% uptime SLA. The integrations page states that contract documents are processed on ISO 27001-certified servers in Dutch data centres and that no data leaves the EU. Integration traffic is described as TLS 1.3 with OAuth 2.0, and a data processing agreement plus security documentation are offered on request. Against that: no GDPR document is published at all - no privacy policy, no subprocessor register, no legal basis, no retention period, no description of data subject rights. The two ISO 27001 claims also differ in scope, covering the product on one page and the servers on another, and cite no certificate number or certification body. Who owns the data?
