AI Power Recruiter
AI Power Recruiter is a Polish applicant tracking system built entirely around artificial intelligence. It reads CVs, scores and ranks candidates against weighted criteria, justifies every rating, and automates candidate messaging, interview scheduling and recruitment reporting.
What is AI Power Recruiter?
AI Power Recruiter is a software-as-a-service applicant tracking system published by ASARI Sp. z o.o., a Warsaw software company that also builds ASARI CRM. The recruiter product runs on that same CRM engine, which the vendor presents as a mature platform already used by thousands of businesses, and it is marketed with the claim of being the first ATS built entirely on artificial intelligence. The problems it sets out to solve are stated plainly on the homepage: too many applications to read properly, manual shortlisting that is subjective and misses good people, candidates left without any answer, and HR teams buried in repetitive administration. Against that, the vendor claims a 99% reduction in hiring cycle time and a thousand CVs processed in one hour twenty minutes rather than forty hours. Those figures are the publisher's own; treat them as marketing claims rather than measured benchmarks. In practice the system works in six stages. You define a role, set point weights on each requirement, load applications either by importing a CV database from job boards or through built-in application forms, let the AI analyse and rank them, run automated recruitment tasks on the shortlist, then let the system send feedback, including to rejected candidates. What distinguishes it from a simple filter is the depth of analysis on offer: thirteen distinct analysis types, from formal correctness through technical knowledge and soft skills to ethics, values and critical thinking, with a single written answer assessable simultaneously on several dimensions. Scoring is context-aware, the vendor stating that identical competencies are weighted differently in a marketing agency and in a corporation. Around the core sit modules for forms, reporting, tasks and meetings, email, access control, team management and onboarding, and integrations. Every rating carries a justification and every action is logged, which is how the vendor supports its claim of AI Act alignment for what it describes as a high-risk system. Access is requested through a form rather than self-service signup, and three paid tiers are offered after a fourteen-day trial.
What it does
- Read incoming CVs and application forms, then build standardised candidate profiles from them automatically
- Score and rank every applicant against weighted criteria, and justify each rating by naming the decisive ones
- Generate role requirements, duties and suggested criterion weights from a short job description
- Send and automatically mark recruitment tasks and competency tests, feeding results back into the candidate score
- Automate candidate correspondence: acknowledgements, invitations, reminders and reasoned rejections
- Schedule interviews and meetings through two-way Google and Microsoft calendar synchronisation
- Report on application volumes, sourcing channels, stage durations and recruitment costs, with export to outside tools
When to use AI Power Recruiter / When not to
A quick filter to help you decide if AI Power Recruiter is the right fit.
When to use AI Power Recruiter
- In-house HR teams drowning in high-volume hiring, where a single opening draws hundreds or thousands of applications that nobody can review consistently by hand
- Recruitment agencies juggling several client organisations and parallel campaigns from one console, with per-role access rights and a shared audit trail
- Companies hiring across several countries at once, which need the same scoring criteria applied whoever runs the interview and wherever they sit
- Organisations that must be able to defend a hiring decision under the EU AI Act, thanks to per-criterion score justifications and a timestamped action log
- Polish-speaking buyers, who get published zloty pricing, VAT-inclusive figures, local invoicing and phone support in their own language
When not to use AI Power Recruiter
- Individuals and job seekers: the terms define the customer as a business entity, and the product is built for the recruiter, not for the candidate being assessed
- Teams with no Polish speaker, since the interface, the pricing pages and the entire legal corpus are Polish-only and the English site is still under construction
- Buyers who need a mobile app today, as the feature comparison table labels it as coming soon and no listing exists on either store
- Engineering teams that want to scope an API integration before purchasing, because no public technical documentation, endpoint reference or sandbox is published
- Anyone looking for a permanently free tier: access is cut off at the end of the fourteen-day trial unless a subscription is paid
How to use AI Power Recruiter
A typical end-to-end flow, from setup to results.
- Request access through the form at /pl/uzyskaj-dostep/, since there is no self-service signup
- Start the fourteen-day free trial, which opens any of the three tiers so you can compare them before committing
- Define a recruitment: job title, competencies, experience and duties, letting the AI draft requirements and suggested weights from a short description
- Adjust everything by hand: requirements, duties, weights and priorities are all editable, and you can add your own criteria
- Load applications, either by importing a CV database gathered from job boards or by wiring the built-in forms into your website or a job portal
- Let the system read the CVs and forms and turn them into standardised candidate profiles
- Run the analysis to obtain scores, a ranking and the justification behind each rating
- Send recruitment tasks or competency tests, which are marked automatically and update the candidate's score
- Schedule interviews through the synchronised Google or Microsoft calendar, and let the system handle acknowledgements, invitations, reminders and rejections
- Work the reporting module, export data to an outside tool if needed, and buy an extra analysis pack once the included AI quota runs out
Pros & Cons
Pros
- Unusual analytical depth for an ATS: thirteen analysis types and multi-dimensional assessment of a single answer, well beyond keyword filtering
- Every score comes with a justification and every action is logged, a concrete answer to the AI Act's explainability expectations
- Pricing is public and itemised, with a full three-tier feature comparison, which is rare in this market segment
- The data processing agreement is downloadable without a sales conversation and names both sub-processors, each established in the European Union
- A fourteen-day free trial opens any of the three tiers, so the comparison happens before the commitment rather than after
- Phone support, email support and remote assistance are included from the entry-level plan upwards
- Documented security controls: enforceable two-factor authentication, IP-restricted login, password rotation, granular role permissions and an audit trail
Cons
- The interface, the commercial pages and the entire legal corpus are Polish-only, and the English version of the site openly states it is under construction
- The API is sold as a line item on all three plans, yet no public documentation, endpoint reference or developer portal exists to evaluate it beforehand
- The comparison table calls the mobile app coming soon while its own description says the apps are already on Google Play and the App Store; neither store lists one
- No permanent free tier, no self-service signup, and prices published only in Polish zloty with Polish VAT
- Nothing anywhere states whether customer or candidate data is used to train models, and no hosting country is named in any contractual document
- AI services cannot be declined separately when bundled into a plan, and money paid for them is non-refundable in all circumstances
- The end-of-contract export is chargeable, must be requested within fourteen days and takes up to thirty to deliver
Pricing & Plans
There is no permanently free plan. A single fourteen-day free trial is available per customer, after which access is withdrawn unless a subscription is paid. The cheapest paid entry point is the Basic tier at 170 PLN net per 30 days on an annual commitment, which is the option the pricing page displays by default; the same tier costs 199 PLN net per 30 days on rolling monthly billing. Annual payment is advertised as saving up to 15%. Costs are two-tier: the subscription buys a starting quota of AI analyses, and additional analyses are purchased in packs whose unit price falls with volume and with the subscription tier.

Data, GDPR & hosting
A consolidated view of how AI Power Recruiter handles your data.
GDPR overview
GDPR implementation is concrete and documented. ASARI names itself controller for the website, gives a single rights channel at rodo@asari.pl, and cites both the GDPR and Poland's Data Protection Act of 10 May 2018, presenting its policy as delivery of Articles 12 and 13. Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, consent withdrawal and complaint to the Polish supervisory authority are all listed, with retention periods set purpose by purpose. Transfers outside the EEA are acknowledged for contractors and Google tooling, covered by adequacy decisions and standard contractual clauses. A data processing agreement is published openly and is mandatory to use the service; its fourth annex names both sub-processors. The product side additionally claims AI Act alignment, explainable scoring and auditability. No Article 27 representative applies, the publisher being EU-based, and no DPO is named. Policy last updated 31 October 2025.
Who owns the data?
Ownership follows the standard GDPR split. Your company remains the controller of the candidate data you load; ASARI acts as processor under a data processing agreement whose signature is a precondition of the service. Copyright in the software itself stays entirely with ASARI. Reversibility exists but is narrow: once the contract ends you have fourteen days to request a one-off export of your data in machine-readable XML, the export is chargeable under the price list or a bespoke quote, and ASARI delivers it within thirty days. After that window it may permanently delete your data, save for records the law obliges it to keep. ASARI also reserves the right to stamp exported files with a notice identifying its software.
Reuse rights
Within the boundaries of the processing agreement, the customer stays in control of the candidate records it uploads and of what it does with the outputs, including exporting reports into a separate analytics, marketing or mailing tool. The terms are firm that AI results are advisory only: analyses, scores, recommendations and reports are described as auxiliary, informational and non-binding, and the final decision always rests with the customer. Two obligations are pushed onto the user rather than absorbed by the vendor: informing candidates that AI is in use and that they may object to automated processing, and guaranteeing that any decision materially affecting an individual is reviewed by a human. Money paid for AI services is non-refundable in all circumstances, and where AI features form part of a purchased plan they cannot be declined separately. The vendor gives no warranty on the accuracy or usefulness of AI outputs and may change its models without notice, which can produce different results from identical inputs. Nowhere on the site, in the terms or in the processing agreement is it stated whether customer or candidate data feeds model training.

Hosting summary
No hosting country or region is named anywhere. The privacy policy, the terms of service and the data processing agreement were all read in full, and none of them states where customer data physically sits. The terms refer to the operator's servers for the email and website services without ever locating them. The only usable signal is indirect: the fourth annex of the processing agreement names both sub-processors, and both are established in the European Union, namely OVH Sp. z o.o. at ul. Szkocka 5 lok. 1, 54-402 Wroclaw in Poland, and OpenAI Ireland Ltd in Dublin. These are registered offices, not declared hosting locations, so they should not be read as a jurisdiction commitment. The privacy policy does contemplate transfers outside the European Economic Area where contractors host there and through Google Analytics and Google Ads, relying on Commission adequacy decisions and standard contractual clauses, but that clause covers website visitor data rather than the product. If jurisdiction matters to you, get it in writing before signing.
Things to keep in mind
Risks and trade-offs to weigh before adopting AI Power Recruiter.
- Automation bias is the central risk of any scoring ATS. The vendor is explicit that outputs are advisory and that a human must review decisions with material impact, but a ranked list is psychologically hard to argue with, and a busy recruiter will drift towards rubber-stamping the top of it
- The AI Act compliance burden is largely transferred to you, not absorbed by the vendor: informing candidates that AI is in use, telling them they may object to automated processing, and guaranteeing human review are all written into the terms as your obligations
- Nothing states whether the data you load is used to train models, and no hosting country appears in any contractual document. Treat both as open questions, not as reassurance, since a silence is not a guarantee
- The API is sold on every plan without a single page of public documentation, so any integration budget is being committed blind
- The site contradicts itself in three places: the mobile app is both coming soon and already shipping, the extra-user price differs between the rendered table and the script that overwrites it, and the English homepage carries an older company address than the contact page, the privacy policy, the terms and the court register
- Reversibility is narrow. The end-of-contract export is chargeable, must be requested within fourteen days and takes up to thirty to deliver, after which the vendor may delete your data permanently
- Assessing ethics, values and authenticity from a written answer is a strong claim about what a language model can infer about a person. Candidates rejected on that basis deserve more scrutiny of the method than the vendor publishes, since the underlying algorithms are declared a trade secret
Setup & Integrations
Technical difficulty
Low for normal use. It is browser-based with nothing to install, and the AI shortens setup by drafting requirements, duties and weights from a job title. Existing CV databases can be imported, and calendars, mail and application forms connect without development work. Two frictions exist. Access goes through a request form rather than self-service signup, so there is a commercial step before the trial. And deep integration through the API cannot be estimated in advance, since no technical documentation is published. Phone, email and remote assistance are included on every plan.

Should you pick AI Power Recruiter?
AI Power Recruiter is a serious piece of work underneath the marketing. Pricing is published and itemised, the data processing agreement is downloadable and names its sub-processors, security controls are documented, and the explainability design, where every score names the criteria that drove it and every action is logged, is a genuine answer to what the EU AI Act asks of hiring tools. The analytical ambition also stands out: thirteen analysis types and multi-dimensional assessment of a single written answer put it well past keyword matching. The reservations are practical rather than technical. For anyone outside Poland, the whole commercial and legal apparatus is Polish, the English site is still a placeholder, and prices exist only in zloty. Two gaps are worth pressing the vendor on before signing. The API is sold on every plan with no public documentation at all, so an integration cannot be scoped in advance. And the mobile app is simultaneously described as coming soon and as already shipping on both stores, when in fact neither store lists it. Two silences matter more than either. Nothing anywhere states whether customer or candidate data is used to train models, and no hosting country appears in any contractual document. Both are reasonable questions to ask of a product that processes job applicants' personal data, and both should be settled in writing before a pilot. The publisher itself is established: ASARI Sp. z o.o. is a Warsaw software house registered in the national court register, and the recruiter runs on its existing CRM engine. The commercial model is legible but two-stage, subscription plus AI analysis consumption, so real cost tracks hiring volume rather than headcount. Best suited to high-volume Polish-speaking recruiters who need defensible, auditable decisions.
