What is SiGO?
SiGO is a maintenance and asset management platform built for Spanish public administrations and for the companies that run public services on their behalf. It belongs to the CMMS category, GMAO in Spanish, but its centre of gravity is geographic: every incident, work order and asset lives on a native GIS layer rather than on a map added afterwards. Town councils, provincial authorities and service concessionaires use it to run street lighting, roads, signage, urban trees, public buildings, sewer networks and waste collection from one database.
The product ships as fourteen modules that activate independently while sharing the same users, records and map. AI runs across the platform rather than sitting in a single feature. It categorises incoming reports from both text and attached images, detects duplicates when several residents report the same problem from different angles, and ranks jobs by configurable criticality. Computer vision processes 360 degree imagery captured from municipal vehicles and video from road surveys, producing pavement condition indices and flagging cracks, potholes and damaged signage. A WhatsApp channel lets a resident report a problem from a photograph or a transcribed voice message. The stated principle is that the AI proposes and the technician decides: every detection reaches a technician with its visual evidence, GPS location and criticality score, and passes human validation before it becomes a work order. Models are trained on data from the vendor's own projects and can be retrained on a customer's data during rollout.

Who owns the data?
The site states that operational data belongs to the customer.
