What is missing is everything on the product side: no DPA, no product subprocessor list, no retention rule for TaskAI data, and no explicit claim of GDPR compliance anywhere.
Who owns the data?
Nothing settles this. Sofistica Srl publishes no terms and conditions at all, so ownership of the data entered into TaskAI, the rights the vendor takes over it and any service commitments are simply undocumented. The only published notice is a privacy policy covering the corporate website: it names Sofistica Srl, Via A. Pacinotti 4-4/A, Venice, VAT 04789510270, as data controller for form submissions and server logs, and states that data is neither sold to third parties nor disseminated.
