Vascio
An Italian workspace where social media agencies and freelancers keep every client separate: brand strategy, assets and monthly content plans in one place, with built-in AI that drafts platform-specific copy and a share link clients use to approve.
What is Vascio?
Vascio is an Italian software-as-a-service platform for the people who run other companies' social media: agencies, freelance social media managers and in-house marketing teams. It is published by InnoBrain JC Srl, a digital marketing agency based in Bologna, and its stated aim is to replace the scattering of shared Drive folders, endless approval emails and mislaid client passwords with a single workspace.
The product rests on four pillars the site names explicitly: client management, the content plan, Word import and built-in AI. Every client gets an isolated workspace holding their logo, connected social channels, brand strategy, tone of voice, media assets and monthly plans. The point of the isolation is that an agency handling a dozen accounts never has to hunt for which credential or which brand voice belongs to whom.
The AI is genuinely central rather than decorative. It reads the strategy, tone of voice, target audience and themes already recorded for that client, then writes copy tailored to each destination, generating relevant hashtags and calls to action along the way. You can generate one post or an entire month at a click. The publisher makes a point of the fact that there is no external API to configure and no copy-pasting from ChatGPT, and it commits to reviewing nothing: generated text is editable in place, and the FAQ describes it as a starting point that should be checked before publication.
Planning covers Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Telegram and X (Twitter), with separate copy per platform. Existing plans can be imported from tabular Word documents, with column mapping before confirmation, and a client strategy can be loaded from a PDF.
Approval is the other half of the product. You generate a share link, the client opens a public page without registering, reviews the month's posts and either approves them or requests changes with a note; you are notified, then mark posts as published as they go out. Vascio is a web application only, in Italian, and free to use, with a Pro tier announced but not yet priced.
What it does
- Give each client a dedicated workspace holding their logo, social channels, strategy and assets
- Generate the copy for a single post, or a whole month's content plan, in one click
- Adapt wording automatically to each platform and produce matching hashtags and calls to action
- Import an existing content plan from a tabular Word .docx file, mapping the columns first
- Send clients a share link so they can approve the month without creating an account
- Collect change requests as tracked notes and export the plan to Word or CSV
- Pull already-published posts back in from the social platforms as assets or history

Pros & Cons
Pros
- Completely free today, with no credit card and no meaningful limits on clients, assets or plans
- Client approval needs no account from the client, which removes the usual email back-and-forth
- The AI already knows the client's strategy and tone of voice, so there is no API key to set up
- Word .docx import fits teams whose content plans already live in Word
- An explicit commitment that uploaded content is never used to train AI models
- European publisher under Italian law, servers declared in the EU and a published processor list
- Set-up is genuinely quick, with an interactive guide and nothing to install
Cons
- The interface is Italian-only, with no language switcher
- No automatic publishing: posts have to be marked as published manually
- No public API and no developer documentation
- No iOS or Android application
- The commercial model is unsettled: the Pro tier has no price, and free features could be restricted on 60 days' notice
- No DPA is published or offered, and no security certification such as ISO 27001 or SOC 2 is claimed
- A very small publisher, declaring one employee, which makes continuity a real consideration
Pricing & Plans
Vascio is free of charge. The publisher describes it as free forever to start with, no credit card required, and the FAQ confirms that the free plan currently gives access to every feature with no significant limits. A paid Pro plan is displayed as coming soon, with its price expressly left to be determined, so no entry price point can be quoted. The terms reserve the right to introduce paid plans later and undertake to give existing users at least 60 days' notice before any restriction of the free features.
- Gratuito (Free) — free forever
- unlimited clients
- assets and content plans
- access to all current features
- no credit card
- Pro — announced as coming soon
- price to be determined
- described as everything in the Free plan plus features still to arrive
- deeper social platform integrations
- advanced analytics and team functionality
Data, GDPR & hosting
A consolidated view of how Vascio handles your data.
GDPR overview
The publisher states outright that Vascio complies with the GDPR, on the grounds that InnoBrain JC Srl is an Italian company. The privacy policy, last updated February 2026, is unusually specific for a product this small: it names a legal basis for each purpose (contract performance under Art. 6(b), legitimate interest under Art. 6(f), legal obligation under Art. 6(c)), lists the data subject rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and points to support@innobrain.it to exercise them. It publishes its processors and confirms the right to complain to the Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali. Cookies are technical only, with no third-party profiling. No DPO and no Article 27 representative are named, neither being required for an EU-established controller. Note this is the publisher's own declaration: no external audit or certification is claimed anywhere on the site.
Who owns the data?
You keep full ownership of everything you upload. The terms grant InnoBrain JC Srl only a limited, non-exclusive and revocable licence to process that material for the sole purpose of running the service, and the source code, design and Vascio trademarks stay the publisher's property. The privacy policy states plainly that data is never sold to third parties. Personal data does reach three categories of processors: Supabase Inc. for cloud and database infrastructure, OpenAI and Google for the AI features on pseudonymised data only, and email providers for transactional messages. The data controller is InnoBrain JC Srl, Via Michelino 93/2, Bologna.
Reuse rights
Because you retain ownership, you may reuse your own content freely and without asking permission. The licence you grant the publisher is limited to delivering the service and you can revoke it. Getting material back out is straightforward: a content plan exports to Word (.docx) or CSV, and the asset library exports to CSV. Anything the AI writes can be edited directly in the editor before you use it, and the publisher recommends reviewing generated copy before publishing it. Nothing in the terms assigns rights over the content you create to InnoBrain JC Srl.

Hosting summary
The FAQ states that Vascio's servers are located in the European Union and presents that as the basis for its GDPR compliance. Data is encrypted with AES-256 at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit; authentication tokens are encrypted and the API credentials for clients' social networks are kept in secure vaults, separate from the main database. Jurisdiction is Italian, with the courts of Bologna having exclusive competence, and the supervisory authority is the Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali. One point deserves attention: the privacy policy names Supabase Inc. as the cloud and database infrastructure provider and describes it as United States based, with adequate safeguards. A US-incorporated provider serving EU-hosted regions would reconcile the two statements, but the site never says so explicitly. No hosting certification such as ISO 27001 or SOC 2 is claimed.
Things to keep in mind
Risks and trade-offs to weigh before adopting Vascio.
- AI-written copy published without review; the publisher itself advises checking it first
- Brand voices drifting towards sameness if generated copy is reused across several clients unchanged
- Junior writers losing craft if one-click generation becomes the default reflex rather than a draft
- Client strategies, plans and assets passing to third-party AI processors (OpenAI, Google), even pseudonymised
- Social account API credentials for many clients concentrated with a very small publisher
- Operational dependence on a free service supplied as-is, with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability and liability capped at what you paid, which on a free plan is nothing
- No DPA offered, which matters because an agency remains the controller for its own clients' data
Setup & Integrations
Technical difficulty
Very low. Vascio is a web application, so there is nothing to install, and the publisher advertises being operational in under ten minutes with no complex configuration. You sign up with an email and password, no credit card, and an interactive guide runs on first login. The first client workspace is said to take three minutes: logo, social channels, strategy. No API key is needed, since there is no external AI service to configure. The only mildly technical step is mapping the columns when importing a Word plan; connecting Instagram or LinkedIn goes through standard OAuth.

Should you pick Vascio?
Vascio does one job and states it plainly: giving whoever runs other people's social accounts a single place to keep clients apart, draft the month and get it signed off. Within that scope it is coherent. The AI is not an afterthought bolted onto a planner but the mechanism that turns a recorded strategy into platform-specific copy, and the approval link genuinely removes the email loop by asking nothing of the client. Word import and Word or CSV export show an understanding of how these teams already work.
Its data posture is better than the size of the publisher would lead you to expect: an unconditional statement that uploaded content is not used to train models, a named list of processors, technical cookies only, Italian law and a Bologna forum. That said, the publisher's claim of GDPR compliance is its own, backed by no external audit or certification.
The reservations are mostly about maturity. The product is new, the domain having been registered in January 2026, even though InnoBrain JC Srl itself has been on the register since 2022. There is no API, no mobile app, no DPA and no automatic publishing, and analytics are explicitly deferred to a paid tier that has no price yet. Being free with no meaningful limits is a real advantage today, but it is also an unsettled commercial model, and the publisher declares a single employee.
For an Italian-speaking agency or freelancer wanting to tidy up client content and approvals at no cost, it is worth an afternoon's trial. Anyone needing another interface language, publishing automation or contractual guarantees should look elsewhere for now.
