Chatzy AI
Chatzy AI is an agentic platform that deploys AI agents across WhatsApp, voice, website chat, Instagram and Telegram, funnelling every conversation into one inbox where automation handles sales, support and operations before handing off to a human.
What is Chatzy AI?
Chatzy AI is an agentic AI platform for customer conversations, built by Cybersharp Technology LLP in Noida, India. It deploys autonomous AI agents across WhatsApp, telephone voice, website chat, Instagram, Messenger, Telegram, LinkedIn and in-app messaging, then funnels every exchange into a single omni-channel inbox. Agents answer first and a human can step in at any moment with the full history intact; routing works on intent, sentiment or SLA, and escalation and handoff behaviour is configurable rather than fixed.
Agents are assembled in four stages the product labels Knowledge, Settings, Actions and Optimize. Knowledge grounds the agent on sources the customer nominates: website URLs, uploaded PDF, DOC and TXT files, media, a connected Shopify catalogue, and Google Sheets or Drive documents. Settings cover the base prompt, tone, model choice and temperature, and for voice the gender, accent, language, speed and pitch. Actions wire the agent into channels and business systems, so it can look up an order, create a CRM lead, open a Zendesk ticket, post a Slack alert or book a meeting through Calendly or Cal.com. Optimize exposes conversation analytics, agent performance and resolution rate.
The voice side is the most precisely specified part of the product. Chatzy quotes average response latency below 300 milliseconds, more than 10,000 concurrent AI calls per campaign, warm transfer to a human in under two seconds, more than twenty selectable speech-to-text, language-model and text-to-speech engines, and ten or more Indian and international languages. Beyond single conversations, Journeys automate lifecycle sequences, and the platform runs WhatsApp and voice broadcast campaigns, audience segmentation, Instagram comment automation and LinkedIn outbound sequences. From the Growth tier upward a WhatsApp API and a Chatzy AI Agents API let agents be driven from an existing CRM or embedded in the customer's own product, and customers may bring their own model keys.
Industry playbooks exist for healthcare, fintech, insurance, edtech, real estate and travel. The enterprise tier adds SSO and SAML, audit logs, on-premise, private-cloud or region-specific hosting, and a 99.9% uptime commitment. Figures such as 99.9% uptime, five-minute setup and fifty-plus languages are vendor claims, and the five reference customers on the homepage are described by sector only, never named.

When to use Chatzy AI / When not to
A quick filter to help you decide if Chatzy AI is the right fit.
When to use Chatzy AI
- Customer support teams handling high message volume on WhatsApp, Instagram and website chat who need first-line answers automated with a clean human handover
- Sales and SDR teams qualifying inbound leads around the clock on messaging channels rather than by email or phone callback
- Indian and India-facing SMBs and mid-market companies, for whom rupee pricing, WhatsApp-first design and Indian-language voice agents are a natural fit
- Shopify merchants who want order lookups, returns, product recommendations and abandoned-checkout recovery to happen inside the conversation
- Product and engineering teams that need to embed conversational agents in their own software through an API rather than adopt a closed front end
When not to use Chatzy AI
- Consumers looking for a personal AI companion or a general-purpose chatbot: this is strictly business software, restricted to users aged 18 and over
- Anyone who needs a permanent free tier or a refund path, since every plan is paid, all fees are non-refundable and chargeback rights are contractually waived
- Organisations under a strict EU-only data residency mandate, as hosting may span India, Singapore, the United States, the EEA and the United Kingdom
- Procurement teams that require independently auditable certificates, because SOC 2, HIPAA and AIUC-1 appear only as claims with no report, auditor or trust centre
- Use cases the acceptable use policy forbids: adult services, political campaigning, biometric surveillance, and unsupervised legal, financial or medical advice
How to use Chatzy AI
A typical end-to-end flow, from setup to results.
- Start a 14-day free trial from the web app; no credit card is required at sign-up
- Connect your knowledge sources: website URLs, PDF, DOC or TXT uploads, media files, a Shopify store, Google Sheets or Drive
- Set the agent up: base prompt, introduction and tone, model choice and temperature, and for voice the language, accent, speed and pitch
- Connect the channels you want to serve, from website chat and Instagram to WhatsApp and a voice phone number
- Wire the actions the agent may take in your systems: CRM lead creation, ticket opening, Slack alerts, custom webhooks
- Define escalation and handoff rules so a human inherits the conversation with its full context
- Build Journeys for lifecycle automation and, if relevant, launch WhatsApp or voice broadcast campaigns
- On Growth and above, let Chatzy run the hands-on WhatsApp setup: official API, verified badge, Click-to-WhatsApp ads and conversion API
- Watch conversation analytics, agent performance and resolution rate, then refine prompts and routing
- Cancel before midnight IST on the final trial day if you do not want the automatic charge, since no expiry notice is sent
Pros & Cons
Pros
- Genuinely broad channel coverage in a single inbox, with WhatsApp and telephone voice treated as first-class rather than bolted onto a web widget
- An unusually detailed legal corpus for a company this size: nine documents and a named subprocessor table listing OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Deepgram, Azure Speech, Sarvam AI, ElevenLabs and others
- Published retention periods in concrete numbers rather than vague assurances: subscription plus ninety days, logs typically twelve months, backups ninety days
- A transparent pricing page with numeric per-tier limits for messages, journeys, seats, agents, knowledge-base size and concurrent calls, plus a plan-and-credits calculator
- Credit consumption explained in plain units, with one credit equal to one rupee, roughly half a credit to one credit per chat reply and five to ten credits per voice minute
- A precise and measurable voice specification, covering latency, concurrency, transfer time, model choice and the option to bring your own model keys
- Deployment flexibility rarely offered at this price point: on-premise, private cloud or region-specific hosting with data-residency controls, alongside a public status page and open documentation
Cons
- A flat contradiction on model training: the privacy policy requires express prior written consent before customer input trains shared models, while the terms grant an irrevocable perpetual licence to train AI models on all customer property
- No documented way to opt out of training and no retention control exposed to self-serve customers, despite an enterprise claim of zero data retention across model providers
- Compliance is asserted, not evidenced: SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA, AIUC-1 and GDPR appear as page badges with no report, auditor, certificate reference or trust centre
- Commercial terms are strongly vendor-favourable: no refunds under any circumstances, a waiver of chargeback rights, liability capped at three months of fees or ₹50,000, and suspension or termination at Chatzy's sole discretion without notice
- Mandatory individual arbitration in New Delhi before an arbitrator appointed by Chatzy, with no opt-out and a class-action waiver, and policies that may change at any time with immediate effect
- No Article 27 EU representative despite claiming GDPR applicability, and no published data processing addendum, which must be negotiated and signed before personal data may be submitted
- Visible inconsistencies on the live site: the navigation advertises 30% off while the pricing FAQ asks about 50% off, the footer claims fifty-plus languages against ten-plus on the voice page, legal documents link to paths that no longer exist, and all policies are still dated 1 January 2024
Pricing & Plans
There is no permanent free plan. Every self-serve tier includes a 14-day free trial that requires no credit card, after which the registered payment method is charged automatically. The cheapest paid entry point is the Starter plan at ₹3,499 per month, currently discounted from a list price of ₹4,999 under a 30% promotion. All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees only, renew automatically each month or year, and are strictly non-refundable.

Data, GDPR & hosting
A consolidated view of how Chatzy AI handles your data.
GDPR overview
The governing regime is Indian, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 and the IT Act 2000, with the GDPR applied where Chatzy processes data about people in the EEA. The privacy policy sets out GDPR-style legal bases (contract, legitimate interests, consent, legal obligation, vital interests) and grants access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent. Requests go to legal@chatzy.ai, acknowledged within 72 hours and answered within 30 days. Standard Contractual Clauses are named for EU transfers, and the enterprise page lists GDPR beside SOC 2, HIPAA and AIUC-1. Two gaps deserve mention: no Article 27 EU representative is designated anywhere on the site, and the data processing addendum is not published, being available only on request before personal data may be submitted.
Who owns the data?
Under the terms of service the customer keeps ownership of its input, output and data, but grants Chatzy a royalty-free, worldwide, transferable, sublicensable, irrevocable and perpetual licence over all of it: to operate and improve the service, to develop, train and fine-tune AI models, to compile aggregated statistics, and to market Chatzy's own business. Aggregated de-identified usage statistics and every platform improvement belong outright to Chatzy, and any feedback is assigned to it. For a customer's own end-user data Chatzy acts as processor under a signed addendum, leaving the customer as controller. The privacy policy's consent requirement for model training sits awkwardly beside that perpetual licence.
Reuse rights
Output is assigned to the customer, who may reuse and distribute it without asking permission. Three conditions attach. Output may not be unique, since the same or similar result can be generated for other customers; the customer carries all risk of a third-party intellectual property claim, as Chatzy warrants nothing about originality. The acceptable use policy then requires a suitably qualified professional to review AI-generated content before it reaches clients, patients or students, and demands a conspicuous AI disclosure in consumer-facing medical, legal, financial, journalistic, educational and public-information settings. Output must never be passed off as wholly human-written, and the service may not be used to benchmark, reverse-engineer or build a competing product.
Data retention & training
Hosting summary
Chatzy is headquartered in India and states that personal data is primarily processed and stored on servers in India, or in jurisdictions the Indian government has approved for cross-border transfer. The SaaS agreement is broader: unless otherwise agreed in writing, customer property may be hosted and processed in India, Singapore, the United States, the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, and the customer consents to that. Transfers rely on adequacy under Indian law plus contractual safeguards, with Standard Contractual Clauses named for EU transfers. Enterprise customers are offered on-premise, private-cloud or region-specific hosting with data-residency controls, and the voice product advertises Indian and US residency options. No cloud provider is ever named: the subprocessor table carries only a generic cloud hosting line, and residency detail is available on request from legal@chatzy.ai. One caution, the domain resolves to a Cloudflare anycast address that geolocates to the United States. That is a content-delivery edge node, not a storage location, and should not be read as one.
Things to keep in mind
Risks and trade-offs to weigh before adopting Chatzy AI.
- The perpetual, irrevocable licence in the terms covers conversation content, meaning your own customers' messages, and it does not end when your account does
- The clash between the privacy policy and the terms on model training means a business can believe its data is excluded while the signed contract says otherwise
- Deploying agents on end-user data without executing the data processing addendum leaves the customer exposed as controller with no contractual cover
- Voice and WhatsApp automation at broadcast scale can breach anti-spam and telemarketing law, and the contract places that liability entirely on the customer
- The acceptable use policy binds you to professional review before distributing AI content and to a visible AI disclosure in regulated sectors, obligations that are easy to overlook
- Answers grounded in a knowledge base can quietly propagate outdated content, while the vendor disclaims all liability for inaccurate or offensive output
- Suspension without notice or refund puts business-critical customer channels at platform risk, and unused prepaid credits combined with automatic renewal can accumulate silent spend
Setup & Integrations
Technical difficulty
Low to start, moderate to industrialise. A website widget or a knowledge-base agent is genuinely no-code: connect a URL or upload files, set a prompt and publish, which Chatzy claims takes five minutes. Friction arrives later. WhatsApp Business API onboarding, the verified badge, Click-to-WhatsApp ads and the conversion API are handled hands-on by Chatzy and only from the Growth tier. Voice deployment needs phone numbers, concurrency planning and model selection. CRM write-back, custom webhooks and the Agents API need a developer. Enterprise rollout is explicitly a guided three-step project with a dedicated team, not self-service.

Should you pick Chatzy AI?
Chatzy AI covers more conversational ground than most tools at its price. WhatsApp and telephone voice are treated as first-class channels rather than add-ons, the voice specification is unusually concrete, and the pricing page publishes real per-tier limits instead of vague tiering. For an India-centric support or sales team working WhatsApp-first, the fit is obvious and the entry price is low against the cost of a human agent, which the vendor itself uses as its comparison.
The reservations are contractual rather than functional. The terms of service grant Chatzy an irrevocable, perpetual licence over all customer property, explicitly including the development, training and fine-tuning of AI models, while the privacy policy promises no shared-model training without express written consent. Both statements cannot hold at once, and it is the conversation content of a customer's own end users that is at stake. No opt-out is documented. Around that sit strictly non-refundable fees, a waiver of chargeback rights, liability capped at three months of fees or ₹50,000, suspension at the vendor's sole discretion, and mandatory arbitration in New Delhi with no opt-out.
The security and compliance story is asserted rather than demonstrated: SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA, AIUC-1 and GDPR appear as badges with no report, auditor or trust centre behind them, and no Article 27 EU representative is named despite the GDPR claim. Rupee-only pricing and Indian-language voice support point to an India-first product, whatever the global wording suggests.
A reasonable path for a serious buyer is to trial it on a real channel, then before signing ask for three things in writing: the data processing addendum, the SOC 2 report, and an explicit commitment excluding your data from model training. Note also that every policy is still dated 1 January 2024, so terms deserve rereading at signature.
