Evolup
Evolup is an AI-powered affiliate store builder from French e-commerce publisher WiziShop. It bundles hosting, domain, one-click Amazon imports with automatic price syncing and 50+ native SEO optimizations, from $10/month excl. tax on annual billing.
What is Evolup?
Evolup is an AI-powered builder and host for affiliate stores, published by the French company WiziShop. The site presents it as the only solution 100% dedicated to the creation of affiliate stores, powered by artificial intelligence. The model it serves is simple: visitors browse your store, finalize their purchase at the partner, and you collect a commission, with no stock, no order preparation and no after-sales service on your side.
The whole pitch is set against the classic route of WordPress plus a stack of plugins. With Evolup there is no hosting to install, no modules to assemble and no manual updates to run. Hosting, tools, support and the domain name itself, bought and configured automatically, come with the subscription, and the solution updates itself.
The AI has been trained for e-commerce. It suggests a niche based on your interests, then a brand name and a tagline, writes product descriptions and blog articles, with content claimed to be produced 6x faster, and translates that content into seven languages.
SEO gets serious attention: a dedicated dashboard, 50 exclusive optimizations, semantic silos, URL obfuscation, internal linking, loading speed and caching, sitemap, robots.txt and log analysis.
The Amazon side is the most automated part. Products are imported by the AI without any Amazon API key, prices and availability are synchronized, affiliate tracking URLs are created automatically and Amazon's rules are respected, with 50 products included per plan. This is also the stated limit: import and synchronization are only available for Amazon, other programs being announced for the coming months. The tool still works with any affiliate program, simply without that automation.
On the design side you assemble pages from 80 WiziBlocks and free templates, with a blog built into the store, notification bars and custom messages for conversion. Unlike the one-site-per-WordPress-install pattern, several stores run from a single account, and administration happens on admin.evolup.com.
WiziShop SAS, based in Nice, has been in e-commerce since 2008 and also publishes WiziShop, Dropizi and Pizi; Evolup launched in 2023, with localized versions on evolup.fr, evolup.es and evolup.it. A 7-day trial, with no credit card, no commitment and access to all features, is the way in.

- Content creators, bloggers and influencers looking to turn an audience into commission revenue
- Non-technical founders who do not want to install hosting, assemble plugins or run updates themselves

- Anyone waiting for a permanently free plan, as Evolup offers a 7-day trial and nothing beyond it
- Developers who want server-level control, self-hosting the WordPress way, or a product API: Evolup publishes no API documentation
- Enterprise buyers whose procurement requires a DPA, a subprocessor list and a published privacy policy

Data, GDPR & hosting
A consolidated view of how Evolup handles your data.
GDPR overview
Evolup is published by WiziShop SAS in Nice, France, so the tool sits inside the EU: the terms are governed by French law, and an Article 27 EU representative is not applicable. The legal notice claims compliance with the amended French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978 rather than naming the GDPR itself, and states that WiziShop is registered with the CNIL under number 1380010. Users are told they may access, rectify, delete and object to the processing of their data by contacting the company. Beyond that the record is thin: no privacy policy is published or linked on any of the eight pages checked across evolup.com and wizishop.com, the cookie banner mentions 'our privacy policy' without a link, no DPO is named, and nothing mentions a DPA, a subprocessor list or standard contractual clauses.
Who owns the data?
The WiziShop terms of use are explicit about the split. Article 13 states that all services supplied remain WiziShop's property, and that the data collected through the use of your store is accessible at any time by WiziShop for support and invoicing. The same article allows registration and usage data to feed statistics common to all WiziShop clients, which may then be published on various media. Article 7.4 makes you responsible for the collection and processing of the personal data gathered on your own site. On termination, article 12 lets you download your products, customers and orders, while WiziShop expressly keeps a copy for evidentiary purposes. No privacy policy is published, so the terms and the legal notice are the only sources.
Reuse rights
The legal notice says personal data is collected to identify users and provide the services, and that it is never passed to third parties unless the client has given prior consent and the third party complies with the amended French law of 1978; WiziShop is registered with the CNIL under number 1380010. One documented exception concerns analytics rather than store content: Google Analytics cookies transmit data, including your IP address, to Google servers located in the United States. The cookie banner asks for explicit consent and offers a 'Continue without accepting' button. Article 13 of the terms adds that registration and usage data may be aggregated into statistics covering all WiziShop clients and published on various media. On your side, article 7.4 makes you responsible for the personal data you collect through your own store, and article 12 lets you export your products, customers and orders when you leave, which is the practical route to reusing that data elsewhere. Nothing in the documents retrieved mentions customer data being used to train AI models.
Data retention & training
Hosting summary
The legal notice names OVH SAS as the host, registered with the Roubaix-Tourcoing trade register under number 424 761 419 00045, in France. DNS resolution is consistent with that statement: the site answers on 87.98.250.187, AS16276 OVH SAS, in Dunkirk, France. Jurisdiction therefore sits in France, and the terms of use are governed by French law. Nothing else is documented: there is no trust or security page, no published privacy policy and no other hosting country or region announced, so backups, replication and any regional choice remain undisclosed. One documented exception concerns analytics rather than store data: according to the legal notice, Google Analytics cookies transmit data, including your IP address, to Google servers located in the United States. Anyone with strict data localization requirements will have to ask WiziShop directly, since no DPA and no subprocessor list are available to confirm where processing actually takes place.

Things to keep in mind
Risks and trade-offs to weigh before adopting Evolup.
- Automation is Amazon-only: import and synchronization cover Amazon, other programs are merely announced, and the included quota stops at 50 Amazon products per month
- The AI is billed on top of the base plan, from $5 per month, and the $10 monthly rate assumes an annual commitment against $15 without; all prices are excluding tax, and while monthly rates are quoted in USD the annual totals appear in EUR
- The terms of use are the WiziShop group's generic ones, dated 26 January 2023 and written for merchant stores: they refer to transaction fees on sales and to a 15-day test period, where Evolup advertises a 7-day trial, so read them knowing they do not match the product exactly
- Article 8.5 sets an unqualified-traffic clause: if the store averages fewer than one sale per 1,000 visits and exceeds 30,000 visits in the month, WiziShop may charge one cent per additional visit
- Article 4.2 allows an inactive account to be deleted after 30 days without a login, termination carries 30 days' notice, and breaking a commitment early is billed through to its term
- No privacy policy is published, the cookie banner pointing to one without a link, and no DPA or subprocessor list is offered, which is a real obstacle for any procurement review
- Google Analytics transmits data including your IP address to Google servers in the United States, and the contract is governed by French law with jurisdiction at the Nice commercial court
Setup & Integrations
Technical difficulty
Low. Evolup claims a store built in a few clicks, and nothing in the path requires code: there is no hosting to install, no module or plugin to add, and updates run automatically. The domain name is bought and configured for you, Amazon products import without an Amazon API key, and pages are composed from 80 WiziBlocks on top of free design templates. The site openly contrasts this with the WordPress route, which it presents as long and technical. Expect the real effort to sit in choosing a niche and refining content rather than in setup.

Should you pick Evolup?
Evolup's proposition is easy to grasp: verticalize what WordPress and its plugins ask you to assemble and maintain yourself. Hosting, domain name, design blocks, updates, SEO and support arrive in one subscription, and the AI covers the parts affiliates tend to dread, from finding a niche and naming the brand to writing product descriptions and blog articles and translating them.
Its strongest cards are the Amazon integration and the SEO work. One-click imports with no API key, automatic price and availability syncing, tracking URLs generated for you, 50+ native optimizations, semantic silos and log analysis add up to a lot of machinery for an entry ticket of $10 per month excluding tax.
The weaknesses are the mirror image. The automation that makes the tool attractive is tied to Amazon: any other affiliate program works, but manually. The AI that carries the marketing pitch is a paid option on the base plan, from $5 per month, unless you move up to Evolup AI. The $10 rate assumes an annual commitment, the included Amazon quota is 50 products per month, and no permanently free plan exists.
The publisher is a known quantity, WiziShop, in Nice since 2008, with hosting at OVH in France, but legal transparency lags behind the product. No privacy policy is published, and the terms of use are the group's generic ones, dated 26 January 2023 and written for merchant stores, to the point that they mention transaction fees on sales and a 15-day test period where Evolup advertises 7 days. Read them before signing, the unqualified-traffic clause included.
The 7-day trial, with no credit card, is the honest way to settle the question: build a store, import a few products, and see whether the SEO and the AI hold up on your own niche.
