The second layer is the tool library. Miniflow.ai advertises 200+ ready-made AI tools; the public catalogue exposes roughly a hundred, overwhelmingly image-oriented, from style filters and virtual try-on to logo, icon and avatar generators, alongside a smaller text set covering generation, humanising, translation, summarising and spell checking.

GDPR overview
Miniflow.ai never claims to be GDPR compliant. Its privacy notice, effective 10 July 2024 and issued by Cloudlynx LLC as controller, does include a section setting out the legal bases it relies on under the EU and UK GDPR: consent, legitimate interests, legal obligations and vital interests. It lists the rights of people in the EEA, the UK, Switzerland and Canada, namely access, copy, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and not being subject to automated decision-making, plus withdrawal of consent at any time and the right to complain to a supervisory authority, the UK ICO or its Swiss counterpart. Rights are also detailed for 16 US states, Australia, New Zealand and South Africa. Requests go through a Termly-hosted form or support@miniflow.ai. What is absent matters equally: no Article 27 EU representative, no data protection officer, no data processing agreement, no subprocessor list and no disclosed hosting location.
Who owns the data?
Miniflow.ai states that outputs generated on the platform belong to the user, who may exploit them commercially. The terms treat anything a user posts as User Content: the user remains solely responsible for it and, in exchange, grants Cloudlynx LLC an irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide and sublicensable licence to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, adapt and otherwise exploit it, stated as limited to including that content in the Site. Users also waive moral rights and attribution. Cloudlynx accepts no obligation to back up User Content and may delete it at any time without prior notice. Reuse rights
Users may reuse what they generate without asking permission: Miniflow.ai grants full commercial rights over platform outputs, for business, freelance or employer use. On the company's side, the privacy notice effective 10 July 2024 lists the purposes Cloudlynx LLC pursues with personal data: creating and managing accounts, handling feedback requests, marketing communications, security and fraud prevention, analysing usage trends, measuring campaign effectiveness and protecting vital interests. For people in the EU and the UK, the legal bases invoked are consent, legitimate interests, legal obligations and vital interests.
