AI Runtime is the engine room: a purpose-built disaggregated inference architecture running model execution, attention, scheduling and sampling directly on NVIDIA and AMD GPUs with no Python in the hot path, plus hot-swappable LoRA adapters, multi-model and bring-your-own-model support, and a five-tier KV cache. The same layer provides an S3-compatible datastore that merges knowledge graph, vector and full-text search behind a native MCP endpoint, alongside in-house speech-to-text, text-to-speech and a real-time voice engine with full-duplex audio and sub-300ms response over QUIC.
Origon Private Cloud covers deployment through self-managed datacenters, GPU clusters and a global anycast network, offering four environments that run the identical stack: Origon Cloud, customer VPC on AWS, Azure or GCP, on-premises with air-gapping available, and hybrid. An Engineering practice wraps all of it with architecture scoping, custom agent development, fine-tuning on customer data and continuous production operations.
Two native applications are live today: Resolve for customer support and IT helpdesk, and Connect for contact centres where human and AI agents work side by side. The company targets regulated sectors and backs the stack with SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA with a BAA available, and GDPR controls.

GDPR overview
Origon displays a GDPR COMPLIANT badge across the site and documents concrete measures: right to deletion, data portability, consent management and data processing agreements, all listed on the security page. A DPA is therefore available. Data residency is claimed to be enforceable per jurisdiction and per workflow, and the privacy policy grants access, correction, deletion and consent-withdrawal rights depending on the user's location. Notable gaps remain. No EU representative is designated under Article 27, no Data Protection Officer is named, and international transfers are mentioned only as taking place under "strict privacy safeguards" without naming Standard Contractual Clauses or any other mechanism. Who owns the data?
Customer data stays with the customer. Origon positions itself as the operator of the infrastructure rather than a party acquiring rights over the content processed on it. Data is handled on dedicated compute and storage with no multi-tenant co-mingling, encrypted at rest under a customer-managed key hierarchy. In a customer VPC deployment, data and control remain inside the customer's own cloud account; for fine-tuning work, training pipelines run inside the customer's deployment boundary and the vendor states data never leaves that environment. The group privacy policy commits to never selling personal data and to sharing only with essential service providers or where legally required. No public subprocessor list exists to corroborate that last point.
Reuse rights
Customers retain control over what may be done with their data. The strongest commitment is on model training: data is never used to train models unless the customer explicitly directs it, which makes training opt-in rather than opt-out and is more protective than the industry norm. Access is scoped per agent, so each agent reaches only the data and tools it needs, with permissions enforced at infrastructure level rather than by application policy. Customers can configure retention per data type and trigger a full programmatic purge across cache, storage, logs and backups. Under the privacy policy, individuals may opt out of specific data uses and request deletion by contacting the vendor. Reuse of data by the customer within their own deployment requires no permission from Origon.

Origon offers four hosting arrangements running an identical stack. Origon Cloud runs on the vendor's own self-managed datacenters and GPU clusters with dedicated tenancy. A customer VPC deployment sits inside the customer's own AWS, Azure or GCP account, where data and control never leave that network boundary. An on-premises option installs Origon hardware in the customer's own facility, with air-gapped operation supported, or builds dedicated isolated infrastructure in partner datacenter facilities.
