SellerPic
SellerPic turns a single product photo into AI model shots, virtual try-ons, lifestyle backgrounds and short videos for online sellers. Its 25 tools cover imaging, advertising and social publishing, with a free plan and a Shopify integration.
What is SellerPic?
SellerPic is an AI visual production suite built for e-commerce sellers, published by ECOCREATE TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD., a Singapore company incorporated on 24 August 2024. Its premise is that one product photograph is enough: from a single white-background shot, the platform generates model images, styled scenes, marketplace-ready crops and short videos, in place of a studio shoot the site prices at 5,000 to 10,000 USD and two to six weeks.
The catalogue holds around twenty-five tools in four families. AI Model Image covers Swap Fashion Model, an AI Pose Generator producing left, front and right views, and virtual try-on for apparel, jewellery and accessories, with dedicated tools for rings, necklaces, earrings, watches and bracelets. AI Product Image adds Product Spotlight, Lifestyle Scene and Product In Hand. The AI Editor family gathers an upscaler, a background remover and replacer, image retouch, an extender, an enhancer, a colour changer, a magic eraser and an instruction-driven edit mode. AI Video offers Image to Video and LipSync Video, while the more advanced video tools redirect to Nexscope, a sister brand.
Around these sit an in-house agent called Sellerpic Claw, an Ad Clone feature that rebuilds a proven advertisement into on-brand variations, a brand kit, advertising data insights, and social scheduling that publishes to TikTok, Instagram and Facebook. The third-party models exposed on the site include Nano Banana, Seedream 4.0, Flux.1 Kontext, GPT Image 1, Kling, Sora 2, Seedance, Veo 3.1 and Hailuo.
Everything runs on credits: one credit per image, ten per video. Access is through the web application, an iOS app, a Shopify app rated 4.7, and a versioned REST API documented for developers. The interface is offered in twelve languages, and the site displays a 4.9 Trustpilot rating across more than a thousand reviews.
The publisher states that uploaded and generated images are never used to train its models, and that users hold full ownership and commercial rights over what they create. Set against that, the compliance paperwork is thin: no data processing agreement, no subprocessor list and no stated hosting country.

Data, GDPR & hosting
A consolidated view of how SellerPic handles your data.
GDPR overview
Compliance is claimed but not documented. The security page states plainly that SellerPic is fully GDPR-compliant. The privacy policy, last updated on 4 November 2024, contains no GDPR section whatsoever: no legal basis for processing, no list of data subject rights under Articles 15 to 22, no data protection officer and no Article 27 EU representative. No data processing agreement is published or offered. Users may update, correct or delete their information from their account settings, or by writing to support@sellerpic.ai. Transfers outside the user's own jurisdiction are expressly contemplated, with a general undertaking to maintain adequate controls but no standard contractual clauses or adequacy decision named. The publisher is established in Singapore, outside the European Union.
Who owns the data?
SellerPic's terms state that images generated on the platform belong to the user who created them, with full ownership and commercial rights, and that users keep the intellectual property in the original files they upload. The platform's own content, software and trade marks remain the publisher's property. One clause sits awkwardly beside this: by posting contributions, users grant ECOCREATE TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD. an unrestricted, unlimited, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free and worldwide licence to host, use, copy and reproduce them. Both statements appear in the same document, so ownership of the outputs is clearly stated while the licence taken over uploads is considerably broader than that ownership language suggests.
Reuse rights
Yes. The terms grant users the right to freely use, modify, distribute and sell products made with images generated on the platform, without additional licensing fees and without asking permission; the paid plans list commercial use explicitly and the homepage advertises unlimited, royalty-free usage rights. Two clauses in the same terms pull the other way, and are worth knowing about: section 8 forbids using the Services for commercial endeavours other than those specifically approved by the publisher, and section 2 describes the platform's content as being for personal, non-commercial or internal business use only. Separately, the publisher states that uploaded and generated images are never used to train its AI models.
Data retention & training
Hosting summary
SellerPic does not publish a hosting location: no country and no region is named anywhere on the site. The security page names Google Cloud Platform, Amazon Web Services and Cloudflare as infrastructure partners, but says nothing about where customer files are stored, and presents them as reliability partners rather than as subprocessors. The privacy policy states that information is processed at the publisher's operating offices and in any other place where the parties involved in the processing are located, and that data may be transferred to and held on computers outside the user's state, province or country, where protection laws may differ. The publisher undertakes only to ensure adequate controls, without naming a transfer mechanism. The company itself is established in Singapore. For information, the website domain resolves to an Amazon Web Services address in Ashburn, United States, but that reflects where the site is served, not where customer data is kept. Buyers with data residency requirements will need to ask directly.
Things to keep in mind
Risks and trade-offs to weigh before adopting SellerPic.
- No refund applies once credits are consumed, and the three-day trial converts to paid billing automatically
- The terms grant the publisher a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide licence over uploaded contributions, alongside a clause promising you own your images
- Section 8 of the terms forbids commercial use without approval, contradicting the paid plans that sell commercial use
- GDPR compliance and SOC 2 Type 2 are asserted without any document a buyer can inspect
- Nothing is published about where customer data is hosted, while international transfers are expressly permitted
- AI models and virtual try-ons can misrepresent how a garment or piece really fits, exposing sellers to complaints, returns and advertising claims they cannot substantiate
- Leaning on generated visuals can quietly erode a brand's own photographic craft and its ability to show a product as it truly is
Setup & Integrations
Technical difficulty
Very low by the standard route. SellerPic is a web application with nothing to install: register with an email address, upload one photograph and generate. The free plan needs no payment card, the advertised flow runs to three steps, and a published review reports four minutes to grasp how it works. A one-click install is available from the Shopify App Store, and an iOS app exists. No photo-editing skill is required. Only the REST API calls for developer work: authenticate, create a task, poll its status, then retrieve the download URL.

Should you pick SellerPic?
SellerPic packs an unusual amount into a low-priced subscription. For a seller who owns one decent product photograph and needs a catalogue's worth of visuals, the proposition is strong: AI models, virtual try-ons for apparel and jewellery, backgrounds, scene building, short videos and ad variations, plus scheduling to the main social platforms. The specialisation in jewellery and accessories, with a distinct tool for rings, necklaces, earrings, watches and bracelets, goes further than most competitors. Two commitments stand out and are rare enough to be worth naming: the publisher states that customer uploads and outputs are never used to train its models, and the terms grant users full ownership and commercial rights over what they generate. A documented REST API at this price is also unexpected.
The reservations are contractual rather than functional. ECOCREATE TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD. was incorporated on 24 August 2024, which makes the company young for a business asked to hold a brand's product imagery. The compliance material is thin: GDPR conformity is asserted on the security page but nowhere reflected in the privacy policy, SOC 2 Type 2 is claimed without an inspectable report, no hosting country is disclosed, and no data processing agreement or subprocessor list exists. The terms themselves read like a lightly edited template, with unfilled fields and a clause forbidding commercial use that flatly contradicts what the plans sell. Add a no-refund policy that bites as soon as one credit is spent, and credits that expire monthly.
The verdict follows the use case. For fast, inexpensive production of e-commerce visuals, SellerPic delivers and the free plan makes it cheap to judge. For a buyer with contractual data protection requirements, the paperwork needs scrutiny before any commitment.
