AdManage
AdManage is a bulk ad launching platform for media buyers and agencies. A single upload becomes 150+ ads across ten channels, from Meta to Taboola, billed as a flat monthly subscription with no share of ad spend.
What is AdManage?
AdManage is a web platform for launching and managing paid advertising in bulk, published by ADMANAGE LIMITED in London. It is not presented as a replacement for the ad platforms' own consoles: the publisher describes it as a launch layer on top of the marketing APIs, leaving budgets, bidding and native reporting to Ads Manager and its equivalents. Ten channels are covered from a single interface, Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, Snapchat, Pinterest, Reddit, X, LinkedIn, AppLovin and Taboola, and the company claims official partner status with Meta, TikTok, Google, Snapchat, Pinterest, AppLovin and Taboola. The site is not consistent on that count: the Trust Center and the FAQ mention nine channels rather than ten.
The workflow has three steps. Connect the ad accounts, load the creatives by cloud import or drag and drop with naming and grouping applied on the way in, then review the batch and publish. AdManage claims an average of two minutes between first connection and first live batch, with no implementation project and no onboarding call, and contrasts this with the figures it quotes for Ads Manager: 17+ clicks per ad, 10 to 20 minutes for one ad, three to four hours for 150.
Signature functions are multi-format auto-grouping, a persistent lock on Meta Advantage+ creative enhancements, Post ID reuse that preserves social proof, dynamic naming conventions, one client preview link per batch, UTMs, sitelinks and scheduling. Supported formats run from single image and video to carousels of up to ten cards, flexible ads, partnership ads, collection and catalogue (DPA), lead forms, app promotion and multi-language ads. An AI creative studio produces statics from a product page, comparison layouts, creative clones with a different actor, video from a still image and burned-in subtitles, running on GPT Image 2 and Nano Banana 2 Lite. AdScan.ai, the ad library acquired in December 2025, adds 5.8M+ indexed ads and 10.6M+ creatives. A documented REST API, an official MCP server, an automation rules engine, a cross-account comments inbox, creative analytics and role-based workspaces complete the platform.
Founded by two former media buyers, the company reports 1,046,899 ads launched in the last 30 days and publishes case studies with claimed savings, such as MoneyGram at 7,424 ads and 866 hours.
What it does
- Launch 150+ ads in a single batch across ten channels from one interface
- Import creatives server to server from Google Drive, Dropbox, Frame.io, Canva, Bynder and nine other media libraries, with no local download
- Auto-group 1:1, 4:5 and 9:16 formats by filename and apply a dynamic naming convention to every campaign, ad set and ad
- Lock Meta Advantage+ creative enhancements once and keep them off
- Relaunch existing ads by Post ID while keeping likes, comments and shares
- Share one preview link per batch for client sign-off, without Business Manager access
- Launch from Google Sheets, the REST API or an MCP client such as Claude, Cursor, Codex or Perplexity
When to use AdManage / When not to
A quick filter to help you decide if AdManage is the right fit.
When to use AdManage
- High-volume media buyers and performance teams that ship dozens of creative variations a week rather than a handful of ads a month.
- Agencies running paid social for several clients at once: the publisher cites a six-person agency, Catalyst, covering more than 25 clients.
- DTC and e-commerce advertisers working with catalogue, collection and partnership ads, where one product range produces many near-identical placements.
- In-house teams that need client or stakeholder sign-off without handing out Business Manager access, thanks to one preview link per batch.
- Technical and multi-market teams that would rather launch from Google Sheets, the REST API or an MCP client, and need localised copy across 50+ languages.
When not to use AdManage
- Advertisers who launch only a few ads a month: the value of the tool comes from batch volume, while the price is fixed whatever the usage.
- Anyone looking for a free option: there is no free plan and no free trial, only a money-back guarantee, and the cheapest paid entry is 99.99 GBP per month.
- Buyers who want the ten advertised channels on a small budget: the Essential plan is limited to one Meta ad account and one platform, and multi-channel starts at 499.99 GBP per month.
- Teams expecting a replacement for Ads Manager: budgets, bidding and native reporting stay with the ad platforms, since AdManage is a launch layer on top of their marketing APIs.
- Users who need a mobile app or a browser extension: the product ships only as a web app, a REST API and a Google Sheets add-on.
How to use AdManage
A typical end-to-end flow, from setup to results.
- Create an account on the sign-up page: authentication is passwordless, through Google OAuth, an email magic link or a one-time code, with WorkOS SSO for eligible organisations.
- Connect the ad accounts of the channels you need through OAuth; tokens are scoped and can be revoked at any time.
- Load the creatives from connected cloud storage or by drag and drop; filename and ratio grouping and the naming convention are applied on import.
- Fill in primary text, headlines, descriptions, calls to action, URLs and UTM parameters, or apply a saved copy template.
- Review the batch, share the preview link with the client if needed, then publish, with the option to launch paused.
- As an alternative, launch from Google Sheets with the Google Workspace add-on, in plain language through the MCP server from Claude, Claude Code, Cursor, Codex or Perplexity, or through the REST API with an ak_ key generated in Settings.
- After launch, manage campaigns in the native ads manager: bulk editing, filters and custom columns.
- Set up automation rules and handle replies from the cross-account comments inbox as campaigns run.
Pros & Cons
Pros
- Time savings reported by named customers: a batch of 150 ads in minutes against three to four hours in Ads Manager, with 866 hours claimed at MoneyGram, 686 at Shirt in a Box and 80 to 100 hours a month at ARCO.
- Flat monthly pricing with no percentage taken on advertising spend, whatever the volume launched.
- Real multi-channel coverage on the In-House and Agency plans, across ten platforms.
- The Advantage+ enhancement lock and Post ID reuse answer two concrete irritants of Ads Manager, the second preserving the social proof of existing posts.
- Several ways in for different skill levels: interface, Google Sheets, REST API and MCP server.
- Security documentation above the sector average: Trust Center, named subprocessor list with countries, published DPA, a 29-section security policy and an explicit commitment that customer data is never used to train models.
- The AdScan.ai competitive library is included in every plan, and live chat support is advertised seven days a week, with a dedicated Slack channel on In-House and Agency.
Cons
- No free plan and no free trial: entry at 99.99 GBP per month, with a money-back guarantee only, 7 days on Essential and 30 days on the other plans.
- The Essential plan is limited to one Meta ad account and one platform; the ten advertised channels only start at 499.99 GBP per month.
- Billing in GBP only, with no price displayed in EUR or USD.
- The site contradicts itself on three points: ten channels on the homepage against nine in the Trust Center and the FAQ, storage entirely in the United Kingdom in the terms against the United Kingdom, EEA and United States in the privacy policy, and support seven days a week on the homepage against Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm UK time in the terms.
- SOC 2 Type II is announced as an audit in progress; no certification has been obtained to date.
- Terms that heavily favour the publisher: service provided as is, no availability guarantee, no liability if an ad account is restricted or banned, 30 days' notice to cancel and no pro-rata refund for a started month.
- No mobile app and no browser extension, no minimum age of use stated, and an address published on the site that differs from the registered office recorded at the UK companies register.
Pricing & Plans
There is no free plan and no free trial. AdManage is sold as a flat monthly subscription in pounds sterling, with no percentage taken on advertising spend: the lowest paid entry point is 99.99 GBP per month for the Essential plan, followed by 499.99 GBP for In-House and 999.99 GBP for Agency, with Enterprise priced on request. Payments are processed by Stripe, billed monthly, on 30-day payment terms. In place of a trial, the publisher offers a money-back guarantee of 7 days on Essential and 30 days on the other plans; a started month is not refunded pro rata and cancellation requires 30 days' notice, with access maintained until the end of the billed period. Annual contracts are available on In-House and Agency, and every plan includes a monthly allowance of AI credits.

Data, GDPR & hosting
A consolidated view of how AdManage handles your data.
GDPR overview
The stated framework is the UK GDPR, and the Trust Center advertises GDPR compliance with a DPA available. The privacy policy effective August 2026 enumerates the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and freedom from automated decision-making, promises a reply within one calendar month and points to the ICO for complaints; requests go to raph@admanage.ai, while the security pages name security@admanage.ai as Data Protection Officer. A DPA is published at /security-practices#data-processing. Breach notification to customers is promised within 72 hours under Article 33, transfers outside the UK and EEA rely on standard contractual clauses and adequacy decisions, and a versioned subprocessor list is published. Two gaps: no Article 27 EU representative is designated although the publisher is established outside the EU, and the SOC 2 Type II audit is described as in progress, with no certification obtained to date.
Who owns the data?
The customer is the controller and AdManage acts strictly as a processor, with no joint controllership claimed. Under the terms updated in September 2026, the customer retains all rights to its Customer Content: campaign structures, budgets, media plans, creatives, targeting and audiences, ad account identifiers and configuration, and the related performance data. That content is covered by the confidentiality clause (section 10), which survives three years after the relationship ends. Intellectual property in the platform stays with ADMANAGE LIMITED and is licensed only for the duration of the subscription. On termination, the customer chooses deletion or return of its data. The publisher states it processes no personal data about ad audiences or viewers, the metrics shown being pre-aggregated by the ad platforms.
Reuse rights
Customers can reuse their own material without asking permission: creatives, copy, campaign structures and performance data remain theirs, and the platform provides exports, custom columns and a Google Sheets export to take them out. On the publisher's side, the privacy policy in force since August 2026 (section 11) lists providing and maintaining the service, notifying changes, interactive features, customer support, improvement and analytics, incident and threat detection, anonymised statistics on advertising trends and aggregated educational content, on the legal bases of legitimate interest, consent and legal obligation. Creative analysis, naming suggestions and text generation run on Google Gemini under a data processing agreement. The security policy states that customer data is never used to train AI models, that prompts and outputs are not retained by default, that processing is transient, and that Google Limited Use rules apply to Workspace and YouTube data. No data is passed to advertising platforms, data brokers or resellers, and no retargeting or interest-based advertising use is claimed. Disclosure is limited to staff and contractors, group companies, technology partners and suppliers, payment processors, professional advisers, authorities and a potential acquirer. Microsoft Clarity replays masked sessions of logged-in users who accepted analytics cookies, for diagnostics only, and Cal.com collects name, email and phone when a demo is booked.
Data retention & training
Hosting summary
The two published documents disagree. The privacy policy in force since August 2026 (section 3) states that data is stored and processed in the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area and the United States, with standard contractual clauses and adequacy decisions covering transfers outside the UK and EEA. The terms updated in September 2026 (section 8) state the opposite: that all customer data is stored and processed in the United Kingdom, in UK data centres. The published subprocessor list points to the first reading: PlanetScale (database, US), Railway (application hosting, US), Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery and Gemini, US and EU), Cloudflare (CDN, WAF and R2 media storage, US) and Upstash (Redis cache, US), alongside Stripe, Resend, Sentry, PostHog and Microsoft Clarity. AdManage is remote-first and runs no data centre or office holding customer data itself. It reports AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit and encrypted backups with tested restore procedures, and claims SOC 2 Type II for all these providers, ISO 27001, 27017 and 27018 for Google Cloud and Cloudflare, and PCI DSS Level 1 for Stripe. The discrepancy deserves a written clarification before contracting.
Things to keep in mind
Risks and trade-offs to weigh before adopting AdManage.
- The site contradicts itself three times: ten channels on the homepage against nine in the Trust Center and the FAQ, storage entirely in the United Kingdom in the terms (section 8) against the United Kingdom, EEA and United States in the privacy policy (section 3), and support seven days a week on the homepage against Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm UK time in the terms (section 14).
- SOC 2 Type II is presented as an audit in progress, not as a certification obtained; the report is announced under NDA once the audit is complete.
- No availability guarantee and no SLA outside the Enterprise plan: the service is provided as is.
- AdManage declines all liability if an advertising account is restricted, suspended or banned, including where this follows use of the service; only the ad platform can restore access.
- Commercial terms to check before signing: no pro-rata refund for a started month, 30 days' notice to cancel, and billing in GBP only, which leaves euro and dollar buyers exposed to exchange rates.
- Connected advertising platforms are not treated as subprocessors but as integrations authorised by the customer, under their own terms; Microsoft Clarity records masked sessions of logged-in users who accepted analytics cookies, including the account identifier.
- Formal gaps: no minimum age of use is stated, no EU representative under Article 27 of the GDPR is designated although the publisher is established outside the EU, and the address published on the site (9 Churchyard Row, London SE11 4FE) is not the registered office recorded at the UK companies register.
Setup & Integrations
Technical difficulty
Low for everyday use. Sign-up is passwordless (Google OAuth, magic link or one-time code), with WorkOS SSO for eligible organisations, and ad accounts connect over OAuth with scoped, revocable tokens. Creatives arrive by drag and drop or from connected cloud storage, and the interface is modelled on Ads Manager. AdManage claims an average of two minutes from first login to first live batch, with no implementation project and no mandatory onboarding call; one customer reports a 15-minute onboarding. Advanced routes ask a little more: installing the Google Sheets add-on, generating an ak_ API key, or connecting the MCP server.

Should you pick AdManage?
AdManage is a production tool: its value grows with creative volume, and it brings little to an advertiser who launches a handful of ads a month. For teams that ship batches every week, the case is concrete, and the publisher backs it with named case studies and a counter of more than a million ads launched over 30 days, figures that come from the vendor and have not been audited here.
The main trade-off is commercial. The flat subscription is high at entry, 99.99 GBP a month, but predictable, where some competitors take a share of advertising spend. Buyers should note that the ten advertised channels only become available from 499.99 GBP a month: the Essential plan is effectively a Meta-only plan, on a single ad account. Billing is in GBP alone, there is no free trial, and the money-back guarantee (7 days on Essential, 30 days elsewhere) is what replaces it.
On governance, the documentation is clearly above the sector average: a published DPA, a named subprocessor list with countries, a detailed security policy and an explicit no-training commitment. Two points still need clarification with the publisher. The terms and the privacy policy contradict each other on hosting, one claiming the United Kingdom only and the other the United Kingdom, the EEA and the United States. And the SOC 2 Type II audit is still under way, which matters for a purchase in a constrained environment.
The company is young, with a domain registered at the end of 2023 and a UK entity incorporated in 2024, but the usage evidence it publishes is substantial. A short commitment on Essential or In-House, within the refund window, is a reasonable way to test the fit.
