In exchange you grant CODESAIL LIMITED a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable and sublicensable licence to use, reproduce, modify, process and display that content in order to operate, improve and provide the service, explicitly including model optimisation and quality assurance. Publishing a generation to the community gallery goes considerably further: public content carries a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, sublicensable licence covering platform operation, promotion, research and model improvement, extending to derivative works and to media formats that do not yet exist. That licence survives the deletion of your account.
Reuse rights
Outputs are yours to use for personal and commercial purposes without asking permission, subject to Creen's content policy and to whatever your own jurisdiction says about AI-generated material — a caveat that matters, since several countries restrict copyright in machine-generated work. The permission is not unlimited: the terms forbid content involving minors in sexual, violent or exploitative scenarios, extreme violence, sanctions breaches, infringement of intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights, unauthorised face swapping and impersonation. Creen reserves the right, without any obligation to exercise it, to review, restrict or remove anything that breaches those rules.
